We were here a couple weeks ago for one of the US games. The place was pretty packed, but we found a spot at one of the shareable tables. There are TVs everywhere, which are great for sporting events and I believe I saw a pool table. We had the wings and the Irish nachos and really enjoyed both. My husband had a margarita and said it was just OK. He didn't end up drinking the rest of the second one so that kind of told me something. Went to Collins 18+ night with my friend. We were having a great time until we were trying to get out. It took about 5 minutes to walk a few yards to the exit. It was hot, packed with other college students, people were pushing and shoving, and the security workers were nowhere to be seen. There was a huge crowd blocking the exit and virtually no way to get out. It seemed like the establishment was hosting way more people than what is safe. I genuinely did not know if I would make it out and feared for my safety. Capacity should be better controlled and exits should be easily accessible. read more

Enjoyed St Patty's Day here because of the service we received. The atmosphere was nice and had a great vibe. I was hoping to have my favorite Irish cyber Magners which they didn't have, apparently it's been years. This is my first St Patty's Day without having it so needless to say I was disappointed. The fish and chips was pretty good the breaded fish was light and not over cooked but the chips were soggy, crazy as busy as they were you would expect crispy and fresh! Great, upbeat service...and the food was good, too! Spent a girlfriend's weekend in Flagstaff and Collins was a perfect place for 7 of us for lunch on a Saturday. We were sat in the bar area to the left of the entrance next to the pool tables. In that area are other games like basketball. There were a couple claw machines, air hockey, and a speed bag. There was a big family with a bunch of kids. All the tvs were on with the various football games. We had a great server who was attentively entertaining. I hadn't had a black and tan in forever so I had a nice pour of that. Split the fish and chips with a friend. They were pretty decent, not overly greasy, surprisingly enough. Fries were good. Overall, the experience was positive. My only complaint was that our booth was a little too close to the pool table. Not the worst I've seen, but it could prompt some people to make sure not to sit in that area if they don't want to have to deal with it for whatever reason. Today we visited with a party of 17. The waitress was very conscientious about keeping orders and people straight. In our party we had seven people we ordered the French dip, bacon Mac burger, salmon, bangers and mash, Parmesan melt, soup and salad and a chicken bowl. All the food was wonderful. As well as a few drinks. The winner for me was the mashed potatoes and gravy. The gravy is so rich and bold. The soup was good just not to my taste. It was served hot, so that is a plus. All the food was excellent. The kitchen did a good job with the food. I think when it came out it got mixed up but it was all delivered with no issues. Fun sports bar with an Irish twist! The inside is a pretty extensive sports bar. Lots of TVs, a big bar, and some pool and arcade games. Some friends and I watched a long football game there and the staff were friendly the entire time. Drinks and food took quite a while, even though there weren't too many people in there. When the food came out, it was surprisingly good. The Parmesan melt offered a European spin on a classic cheeseburger that really delivered. I also split chicken and waffles with a friend that were more sweet than savory, but still pretty good. Everyone seemed to enjoy what they got and we all had a good time! read more

Came here after a long day of hiking - typical sports bar, TVs all along the walls but the bar food was Irish inspired. Fish and chips were pretty good, BBQ burger was fine but I was really impressed by the steak. The steak was cooked just how I asked for it and the mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables were SO GOOD. The service was fine, we had to flag down the server a few times even though the place was only 1/4 full. Kinda odd considering the restaurant's 5% "minimum wage surcharge" on each bill. We made reservations at a restaurant online ... surprised to find they were not open Thanksgiving night!! Ended up at Collins and it was fabulous!! Delicious turkey dinner . I had fish n chips which was delicious . We also had grilled cheese sandwich with butternut squash soup because they were sold out of steak!! Also out of pumpkin pie!!! Not complaining. This is a great place to day drink! It's relatively quiet and they have a good mix of things on the TVs. We stopped in for lunch and to watch the F1 race. The fish and chips were wonderful, with the addition of bottomless fries! BEWARE! This restaurant charges a 5% fee to your bill for nothing more than adding hidden profit to the business. I asked about it and they said it was a Flagstaff fee to help maintain the historic buildings, etc. Research finds the to be BS. Minimum wage is high so the hide that rather than just raise prices as necessary. Flagstaff already has a super high sales tax at 9.4% and then they add another 5% on top of that. We will avoid spending our tourist dollars here! read more

Went there for our anniversary had a decent meal and several drinks . We went to do a walk about for about 20 min . By the time we got back someone had stolen the bag that was on the back of our chair. Had a tee shirt and chocolates . $50.00 worth of stuff. I will start of by saying I loved the wings and I am super picky about it. The happy hour was super misleading. We were told that there was a possibility of us not getting it despite it being advertise on each table. Luckily, we did get the discount. I asked about the well tequila for my friend and she requested hornitos and i clearly said a well margarita because well cocktails were 4.50. I got charged for a more expensive tequila that another person in our group had requested. We all wanted happy hour drinks, but unfortunately none of the well cocktails were rang in that way. My boyfriend wanted one final beer and waited 15 minutes for it and only got it after he reminded the bartender. I was in town with some friends so we stopped during lunchtime for a quick drink and our server was great! Forgot her name but she had dark hair, shorter and was super sweet! We decided to return after dinner and hands down had the worst experience ever! It was around 9pm on a weekday so the place was pretty empty. The bartender didn't acknowledge us (group of 8) as we stood at the bar waiting to order for the longest time. After one of us ordered a beer, she walked away as if she didn't hear us (maybe she didn't but I don't know how when she was right in front of us as we requested it). After finally taking our orders she rolled her eyes at one point, tossed the check presenter at us after closing it out, and the energy she gave us felt very "I don't want to help you"/"you're annoying". Someone called her Ginger but I don't know if that's her actual name or a nickname because she had red hair. There were 3 guys sitting at the bar who started mocking our laughs out of nowhere so I approached them and asked if we were bothering them. They claimed to be the cooks who worked there & when I asked why they were mocking our laughs, one sarcastically tried to blame it on "the ghosts" while another replied "we hear mocking laughs all day! That's basically how we talk in the kitchen" which confirmed they were indeed mocking us but had no reason for it. I returned to my party and we kept minding our business. We noticed an employee starting to close down the side we were sitting on so we moved to the other side of the bar that was staying open. After awhile the 3 cooks decided to leave & after they walked out the door, one of them flung the door back open, stuck his tongue out at us like a child while flipping us off with both hands and then ran back outside! We were so confused on what just happened and when we asked the bartender about it, she just said "idk why they did that". A random guy sitting at the bar witnessed everything and came over to our table to tell us we were great and didn't do anything wrong. We were just group of girls wanting to grab a drink and hangout and for whatever reason, the staff went out of their way to make us feel unwelcome. We work in the industry too so we understand having a bad day but I couldn't imagine treating customers the way they did! That was the last straw so we left after that. 10/10 would NOT recommend! I had a wonderful tasty Xmas weekend spent eating and drinking here. It is a restaurant, bar, arcade and later becomes a night club with a huge dance floor. Servers are great. I came Xmas day and returned Xmas Monday. I was so appreciateful that they were opened during these key holidays. They had a special Xmas menu and I slurped up their pumpkin soup. I came here with a group of friends for drinks and to watch some football games. Our server, Jenna N, sat us right away at a large table for 7. She took our drink orders, and another server brought them. She came back to take food orders, but we were only drinking since we had just came from lunch. Once she realized we weren't eating, she immediately tried to close us out and tell us to go up to the bar and order if we wanted anymore drinks because we were taking her time away from other tables. I felt super offended and couldn't understand why she would be turning away money.
