This was the first BWW I had ever eaten at years ago when it opened and was my favorite. Until last night that is when an overnight stay brought me back here. Best way to put is this place is a train wreck. After we ordered we began to look around the place and well, let the pictures speak for themself! Place is filthy and even at 830 pm seemed to be unorganized chaos. Several times our server asked us if we needed anything, we would respond with what we wanted, yet it never seemed to make it to the table. Glass of water? Nope. Extra ranch? Nope. Even my beer failed to show until I asked twice. There were disinfectant bottles everywhere but as we saw they were mostly for show. When you have one thing to get right and you don't. We had never been in here and wanted to watch a little football and grab a bite to eat. We ordered 12 piece boneless wings, four park Garlic and 8 buffalo flavored. Thinking it's Buffalo Wild Wings , so why not? And we ordered the three piece chicken tenders, just to mix it up. I had a tall draft beer and my wife had a water. It took 33 mins for the food to arrive, when we questioned it they made an excuse for being understaffed, etc.. and it was cold. Shoulda sent it all back but by now the beer was gone and we were looking for the wings. The server was kind of snotty when we questioned her about it taking so long. No apology or concessions were made by management. Other people seated after us were served prior. I'm not one to complain, but save your money and time and go somewhere else. Went in with a group, the hostess said she had to ask the manager if she could sit our group and was told it would be 1 1/2 hour due to the waiters feeling overwhelmed by a large table that , so we asked to be 3 different parties and sit wherever they have available. I am so not happy with Buffalo Wild Wings right now. This past Thursday I ordered wings online. I knew it was going to be busy with the NBA Finals, so I ordered them at 5p to pick up at 7p. I thought giving them 2 hours would've been enough time to prepare our order. I got there at 7p, literally on the dot. I go inside and there's a line. I stood in line for 20 minutes and when I finally got to the take-out counter, they tell me my order isn't ready and that'll it'll still be 30 minutes. I asked them how can I place my order 2 hours ago and it not be ready? And now you want me to wait basically another hour after I said I was going to be here to pick them up? There only response was, well it's a busy night. My thought was, that's why I placed my order two hours ago. I ended up cancelling my order and asking for a refund. They took my info and told me I'll be refunded in 2-3 days. Which I wasn't too thrilled about either. Well, fast forward three days and I check my account. No refund. I called them this morning when they opened and they told me that they hadn't even processed my refund yet. They then tell me they're refunding me now and said my refund will take 2-3 days. The first warning was now hiring on the outside door and cooks needed on the inside door. The service was slow as far as getting our food and once we got it my chicken sandwich was dry, tasted like it had been microwaved to the point of submission. Came here with my family of 6. Do not order there hickory pulled pork sandwich. Wanted to try something different big mistake. There pulled pork sandwich is a disgrace to pulled pork. More like bacon bits . Nothing like it is described or looks like in the menu or photo. I tried sending it back and the manager said "there is Nothing wrong with it and this is how they come and will still be charging us for the sandwich and would not remake it." Ugh, such a disappointment. Every. Single. Time. We're sorry, but we love wings. We just can't help it. Sadly, that drives us to Buffalo Wild Wings once in a while. It took an unbearably long time to get us seated.Then, it took another unbearably long time to prepare our food. I am generally okay with waiting, but only if there's a reason. For example, if a place is full. This wasn't the case here. At the very least, the servers should put in the effort to get things done quickly. I just don't get it how all the BWWs I've been to have the same issue. Either the management makes it a point to hire inefficient people, or not hire enough servers to handle a huge place like BWW. We went so far as to research the company's history and CEO. Turns out the CEO likes people "to loiter" at the restaurant to give it an image of being happening! Maybe that's the core problem and I shouldn't blame the servers. As usual, the wings were amazing (with Nashville hot and Original Buffalo sauces). So were the potato wedges. read more

If I could put zero stars I would. We went here last Sunday for lunch, we waited 45 minutes just to get cold food- it was not yet busy. The server told us that the two managers who were on duty were too busy to talk to us. The server then had the GM come to the table and he look irritated being called over to us. He said I hear you had some issues which is surprising... they took forever to remove the charges for the cold food.. waited an additional 35 minutes for the checks.. overall poor experience, poor management, poor customer service. read more

Ordered 10 buffalo wings with extra sauce. Didn't mind waiting 45 minutes thought they didn't seem understaffed. When it came they were bone dry and over cooked. When I asked for a side of sauce I received I spoon full not even enough to cover one wing.the fries were limp and unsalted. They also forgot my drink. I come here to watch football and have wings, Tuesday's is buy 1 get 1 free on bone in wings! Lots of nice TVs to watch all the games, pretty good service. The wedges and buffalo chips go nicely along with some hot wings! It gets really busy and loud during football Sundays. Has 2 bars one on the top and one in the lower section. Came in and waited for over 45 minutes for me meal. Tried to get a manager to cancel our order. Server came over and made tons of excuses as to why it was taking so long. Was pleasant enough at the beginning but I didn't care for a long list of excuses. Manger ended up coming over. Was quite short and defensive. The bathroom looked like it had t been cleaned in some time and the trash can in the stall had lady products on top of the van, because it hadn't been switched all day, maybe weekend? We stay in Flagstaff once a month. Although they were busy, there were empty spots at the bar, which is where we tried to sit, but were told there was a wait. The two chairs we wanted remained empty for 43 minutes, until a guy came in, hugged it out with an employee, who then let him sit in one of the chairs. (Nov 2019)Customer service was not that great. We usually come here and everything is fine, but this time we just so happened to use GrubHub because it was a long day. Well something somewhere went wrong and BWW cancelled our order but never told us. We called them and the girl left us on hold for 10 minutes so we had to call back. When she answered her response was, "We don't know why it cancelled your order, but our GrubHub thingy isn't working so you'll have to resubmit the order and another driver will have to come get it." If your "GrubHub thingy" isn't working, why would I put another order through??? Very disappointed in the lack of intelligence BWW is willing to hire, and even more sad, is these are the idiots that are attending our local University. Will not be going back for quite some time. EDIT: (Feb 2020) Thought wwe would give it a try one more time. Placed the order online, no issues. Show up at the restaurant ant for the food and surprise surprise, they "didn't receive the order"! Again! So we had to reorder at the restaurant and wait 45 extra minutes. We should have known to check the food, but didn't have time so we left. Get home and the burger was made wrong, i.e. had onions and what not on it after we told them no onions, and the burger patties were beyond well done and very crispy (BURNED!). We will never return to the place and I will make sure I advise against this place to anyone asking for suggestions. Never left a bad review.. I ordered online three times separately over the course of the past couple of months. All three times I was either missing an item; food was cold. Or both. This past time I ordered chips and salsa and there was no salsa...... I ended up throwing the chips away cause wtf.
