Call ahead of time to make sure I could bring my dog out on the outside patio when I got here I could not get into the patio so I walked into the restaurant and the lady that was bartending pretty much ignored me and then I said I couldn't get into the patio and she didn't do anything about it. I tried calling no answer. I called again. Finally got somebody to answer on the phone and another lady came and helped me but the lady that was at the bar this is on Monday, August 31 about 130 2 o'clock. The wings lacked flavor and juiciness and were just overall inferior to a WingStop in many ways. I love their appetizers but surprising that their wings are not their best food given their name... Service was also super slow here. Are they understaffed? I came at 2:25pm on a Sunday and didn't get seated until 3:05pm - when half the store was empty the entire time. By the time I got seated, it was even more empty but I still had to wait quite a while to be served and get my food. I also feel bad for the server because it sounded like they had her rehearse every upsell possible for their entire menu. Normally the prices are too high for mediocre food but this time the meal was justified due to the promotion. All you can eat for $12.99 for two people was a deal. Food was hot and came out quickly. Our waitress was on top of things and friendly. The food was alright, nothing fancy. For the price however, it was completely justified. I was shocked for how empty the place was on a Saturday afternoon near lunch time. Will I be back? Probably not unless there is another promotion that justifies going there. As soon as we walked in the greeter wasn't good at all the look on her face made my husband and I feel I welcomed .. the fact that wasn't cheerful and happy to have served anyone and no name tag to place her . What a shame. Also seating area was fine but the floors were disgusting. They need retraining.. I'm a manager myself and would hope someone would tell me about it. The food was OK. I ordered the six piece flat only wings with the garlic and Parmesan, but when we looked at the order when we got home, it was a mix, it was not all flats. We also ordered the wings and fries with the mild buffalo sauce. We placed the order online for pick up, it was ready about 10 to 15 minutes after the online site said it will be ready. It was a Monday night. The parking lot wasn't really crowded. When we got home, the wings were still hot. When we ate the wings when they were hot, they were good, but after a few minutes and they cooled off, they were just so so. The french fries were hard and chewy as soon as we tried them. The ranch and the buffalo sauce were also just so so you could totally tell they were from a container, there is nothing fresh about the blue cheese or the ranch. Service is for the most part decent/good, but they are always really busy and always incredibly behind in the kitchen. Food was great! My boys and I got the bottomless apps for just $12.99, which is a great deal IMO, cause there's several apps to choose from. And of course we had to get wings... which were great too! It was pretty busy and they were short staffed, so things took a little longer than normal, which, whatevs, cause we weren't in a rush and our server was super nice and attentive. Only complaint.... I've never wanted to come here as I thought that wings do not make a meal. They have other offerings but of course the menu is wing-centric. The beer battered onion rings we're fine; we also got an order of chicken tenders/fries. Lots of different sauces to pick, we had hot bbq and spicy garlic. We waited patiently but then overheard someone being offered the table we inquired about when we first arrived so I stood up and mentioned to the waiter we were told it wasn't available due to lack of servers. She reviewed our wait and told us that we asked for 7, how someone can get that mistaken is beyond my understanding. So finally after waiting for an hour we sat down and enjoyed the food. The place was dull and the fight was only on a few tv's but you could barely hear it because the whole time they were playing music over it.
