She took our drink order and did bring drink but no one at our table received a refill after that. When our food was brought out, two of the meals were missing sauces and one item was wrong. We asked our server for missing Items and the incorrect item to be fixed. She came back more than 40 minutes later asking what we were missing. By this time I was really upset. Saw this guy sit at a high table near the bar and get mistreated. When he sat down with his group they were told to at least order something to be able to watch the game and stay for it. However as time went on they were told to keep ordering food "consistently" to be able to stay. Because they were a group of teenagers the employees automatically assumed that they weren't gonna tip and mistreated them like they were kids. They eventually tipped and ended up leaving by the half but from an outside view I truly believe that the policies were not explained thoroughly and they were being constantly watched by the employees because of who they were and the stereotype. 5pm on a Saturday night they only had one server. With no line and hardly anyone seated, we waited 20min for a table. 95% of the tables were available. The staff had no interest in trying to assist us or even communicate what the issue was with getting us a table. When they did give us table, it was the weirdest seating arrangement. They put two tables together against the wall under the TVs. We would've had the 4 people in our party sitting in a line and staring at the 2 framed jerseys on the wall...I asked the guy if he was serious and if we could just sit at one of the 6 open booths. He long blinked at me..and said "you can sit at the table I made for you, or you will have to wait longer." Manager was no help at all either. Again this place was empty. Upon entry we were never greeted and every staff member just walked by and the person at the to-go counter just stared. We were finally told we could not sit anywhere but the bar area and to just go pick a spot. What turned this into a 3 star review was our server. He was absolutely amazing, great customer service, and attentive. Our appetizers came out and the mozzarella sticks are just fine, can't mess up frozen deep fried stuff. The drink from the bar was awful and it couldn't be fixed. We tried to bring it the managers attention but she was in the back overcooking these freezer burned finger bones. Counter gal says one part is finished, other part is half done. What??? So one half is drying up under the heat lamps and the other is half done, the order was placed 25 minutes ago!! Would you like to talk to a manager? Yes, please. Another 5 mins go by before the manager comes out (6:50). How does this happen? I'd like my money back. Let me go check on your order. Why? Counter gal just said one part was only half done. Manager disappears for another 5 mins, returns with completed order. We don't control what the website says. You're still way late and many other orders were ready when the customers came into the restaurant. So, clearly something went wrong with the order and they didn't want to admit to it. So I came here specifically to try the Bacon Smashed Hatch Chile Burger! I know, I know, how could I come to a wing place and get a burger and no wings but LET ME TELL YALL - IT WAS SO WORTH IT!! They just came out with this burger and I've heard amazing things about it so I KNEW I had to try it asap!! I am SO glad I did. Seriously. In case you didn't know, the bacon smashed hatch chile burger is a double cheeseburger, smashed and seared with bacon, and it has different types of chile peppers all over it along with grilled onions and a hatch chile aioli. This burger was absolutely incredible!! Seriously. The meat was SO fresh and juicy!! You could definitely taste the bacon that was cooked/smashed in the patty. The cheese was perfectly melted and the peppers totally gave you a super kick! Some peppers were obviously spicier than others so it was truly a surprise in each bite. This is definitely the type of thing that gets more and more spicy as you continue to eat it, so just bear that I mind if you plan on trying it! Anyway, based on the strength of the burger alone, 10/10. Would HIGHLY recommend! I also got the dirty dubs tots appetizer and the standard fries that came with the burger. Both were solid, but the burger was clearly the real star here! The service at this location was good too! Mind you, I grabbed the meal to go and left, but it was ready around the scheduled pickup time and the process was smooth!! All employees were wearing masks so that was also a plus!! Today was the last nail in the coffin. BWW used to be our go to place for wings and beer. Wings : Less we talk about it the better. They just failed miserably to keep up with the competition. Twin peaks just around the corner has better wings. Onion rings and Blue Moon were good. Tuesday night traditional wings BOGO, they were seating only quarter of dining area as they had limited wait staff and backed up kn kitchen. We had to wait 10-15 mins before getting seated. If you sit down at this location, they will seat you at the high seats near the bar. The food here was okay. Overall, I wasn't that impressed. Honestly, my favorite part of the wings were the celery, carrots and the ranch served with them. I prefer pluckers wings over the wings served here, and I haven't been to pluckers in well over a year. The onion rings were better but not super great either. Now I'll have to say that Customer Service at his place was fine. However, the food I received and the presentation of the food was horrible. The wings were cold. Whoever packaged the food apparently squirted wing sauce at the bottom of the box and then place the wings on top. So they weren't even prepared and tossed in the sauce, nor were they hot or warm. No change in the service, chicken wings luke warm with added flavoring of your choice (definitely been cooked in advance) or just sat waiting to be delivered or something. My Spicy Passion Fruit--was not spicy at all-- fixed by the bartender with added margarita salt (not the spicy spice they advertised). Took off before the second half of the game. Walking out.... Started out by walking in and standing at the front waiting to be seated for 10 minutes, no host at the front either. finally got seated and it took a good 10 minutes just to be greeted and get our drink order. After receiving our drinks.. we got no straws , and our waiter didn't come back around for a while so i had to ask another server. Took 20 minutes to get our appetizers out and a completely different server did that , which is understandable but still. after ordering we waited 40 MINUTES for our food , completely loosing our appetites at that point.. My family and I will not be coming to this location again! HORRIBLE SERVICE! After my family and I were sat, our waitress never came until I had to go to "host stand" and inquire about our waiter. Our waitress seemed to be all over the place. Speaking from experience most waitstaff are given a section to service, so it appears that management is not doing their job. Once we placed our order, our order wasn't brought out all together, but in separate orders. One order came out first, another, then another. When the 3rd order came, our waitress said the, food was on its way out. That wasn't the case, I had flag down our waitress to find out about our final order. I'm not a big complainer but here we go‍ I walk in on a Wednesday night with my siblings to enjoy some wings, thinking it wouldn't be that busy because it's a Wednesday. I LOVE BWW BUT THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST NOW! I love it so much I even went for my birthday!! But never this location. EVER. I walked to the front and I asked if part of the dining room was closed or something and they said to just go to the bar. I was to the bar, was super confused with what was going on and then I ended up asking a server. I work in food service so I definitely understand being in a rush or being too busy. I asked "hey! Is this self seating or..what's going on?" He managed to tell me that it was and if the tables are dirty just to wipe them down myself. He said that they were short staffed that night and a lot of people didn't want to work because they weren't getting paid enough. I managed to smile and say "ah okay it's all good!" and I walked away because I didn't want to bring more to the table and make them even more stressed out. BUT what reallly makes me frustrated was when the man continued, brought politics to the table and said "you can blame Biden for handing out unemployment checks to these people thats why they won't come back. You can do whatever the hell you want though but blame him." I was genuinely so confused because I don't understand why he even brought that up in the first place? Sheesh like just leave it alone. Two employees standing at the registers when I asked them if we should wait to be seated they said a host would be right with us and then just stood there with blank stares on their faces. DO NOT GO TO THIS B-DUBS! I would give them negative 10 stars if I could. Btw.... I never write Yelp reviews but this place has a REAL problem on their hands and honestly they do not care. I ordered a 30 wing bundle online and pre-paid on the Saturday before the Super Bowl. I placed the order to be be picked up at 4pm before the game. I arrived on Super Sunday at 4 pm to pick up my order and it wasn't ready. Okay cool, I get it, it's busy. I waited for an hour and twenty minutes, AN HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES! Outside in the cold and never got my wings. No one else got theirs either. There were 30+ people waiting outside and NO orders were coming out. It was embarrassing. As I was standing there waiting, one of the cooks came out with a big soda in his hand joking with the other employees that it was time for his 45 minute break and he "didn't give a damn" "he wasn't getting paid enough." I left empty handed but was polite to the staff when I told them I had to go. The following Tuesday I called the restaurant to speak with a manager and let him know what happened to me. He was friendly and all and we agreed that I would get my same order the next Sunday to be picked up at noon. On Sunday, I called the restaurant at noon (because I didn't fully trust them) to see if my order was ready to be picked up. A gentleman by the name of Brandon told me that they were closed (due to a winter storm) and he was only there for inventory and he hung up in my face, I understand the weather but hanging up on me was total BS especially after how polite and patient I have been throughout this stupid ordeal. Also I cannot find a way to report this to B-Dubs Corporate office but they need to know how badly this one is run. Honestly they deserve to go out of business. I will NEVER go to a B-Dubs again and I have been a loyal customer for years. NEVER EVER EVER, go this place, it's amateur hour and they don't give a damn. This place is a total mess, horribly run, and just pisses customer's off. The staff is lazy and sloppy. This is coming from a loyal customer that has bought wings for years and never complains about any restaurant. If any one from B-Dubs Corporate or management that has any self respect, you will address the staff at this place, you have a REAL problem on your hands. Not holding my breath though. Despite working alone during a busy time, William was very personable and polite as he made drinks for the entire restaurant and helped all his Bar customers. William's dedication to his craft and ability to provide extremely good service during peak hours is truly remarkable. Came in this morning with my son, 7/08/24 and was seated in the dining room, the servers name was Sara. She greeted me with a glass of water and a compliment about my purse. she noticed my son jumping everywhere and just being a kid to which she took our drink order and brought some paper and gave my son one of her pens (which helped a lot) I was slightly embarrassed she told me how she knows how it feels since she has nieces and nephews which made me feel welcomed. She took our food order and the food was done surprisingly fast, I was impressed, everything was still hot and was fresh. Sara checked on us repeatedly.the dining room was clean and looked relatively organized. I noticed she was the only waitress but she was still attentive as well as joyful. At the end of our meal she recommended some deserts and gave her opinion on some, then she alert me know there was an ice cream place next door. This is my go to location and we come here often. Today my husband and I can for a beer and a to go order. We got home (20 min drive) to realize we were missing 5 of our boneless wings. Ok, these things happen. So I call and call and call and finally get through and ask to speak to a manager. I was put on a very brief hold and then informed that the managers were in the kitchen helping because they were so busy and could I call back later or leave a message. I work in customer service as well so sadly I know how the "call backs" usually go. My complaint is that my call would've only taken about 5 min to hopefully get a resolution but instead I now have to try to call them back and maybe actually talk to someone. What could've been an easy fix of some sort now has me quite a bit more upset for the added inconvenience.
