It took no time for my order to be ready and everything was hot a delicious. Customer service was friendly and answered any questions that I had. We've gone to Five Guys for years and this location is where we we've gone for years. Unfortunately this time the place was not as clean as it's been in the past. Ordering was another thing in itself. The guy at the register was not engaging and it was hard to order because he wasn't paying attention. Honestly some of the worst service we've ever had here. Burgers and fries are typical of Five Guys. We got the classic special, but the prices keep going up. I was confused when I first walked up to order and a staffer asked me "How many patties?" Never asked that before. Was referring to regular (2) or "little" 1. Seems odd to ask for a counter tip, too. Got plenty of extra fries in our bags. Our cheeseburgers were cooked just right. This location had gotten rid of its tea options and only has one soda machine instead of two. Still has serve yourself in-shell peanuts. I would go back but the prices are off putting. Would not recommend this location. Since walking in the cashier kept on yawning while we were trying to place our order and took our order wrong. Staff kept on nodding their heads like if they didn't want us to be at the location. Multiple orders were taken wrong like the toppings we had requested or missing items. We haven't eaten at Five Guys in several years because we moved. We had business today in Plano & husband wanted to try Five Guys. It was around 530pm & the place was empty. I wasn't hungry, so he ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger/$12.99, Regular Fries/$7.59 (what?!!!) & a Large Diet Soda/$3.29- total was over $25 with tax- for ONE person! We are in good financial shape & eat out often. We don't usually look at prices unless we are in a high end restaurant. Dear Lord! This is a casual dining restaurant- no servers- the register automatically asks you to tip at time of order/payment. The food was okay, but not any better than Chili's! At Chili's you are served & this meal would be much less! So no more Five Guys- you have sadly become too enamored of yourselves! Price reasonable by all means, but $25 for a burger, fries & drink?! I did speak to the manager afterward to politely voice my opinion, he shook his head & agreed with me that pricing is too high. At least he was honest! I haven't eaten at five guys in a while but felt like a good hamburger so I ordered online. I had forgotten just how good their burgers really are! It hit the spot and was just what I wanted I need to start back eating here. Ordered online and the pick up was quick and easy. My food was hot and fresh when I arrived and I didn't have to wait. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will say that five guys is pricier for a "fast food burger" it is more equivalent to a sit down restaurant price like Wahlburgers. So if you're looking for a cheap burger this may not be for you. But if you're looking for a good burger this place is great. You can really get away with getting a "Little Cheeseburger" and a small fry because it's a lot of food I ordered a cheeseburger and regular Cajun fries. I did notice that they don't drop a whole bag full of fries in with your order anymore but that's okay because I could never eat them all anyway. They still give a good amount of fries. Prices higher less food. Not a great combo. Lunch - $18.44 that's a bacon burger, small fry (really small now) and large drink. The guy said they don't top your fries anymore. It has been many years since I went to a Five Guys. The Fries are really the thing here. On a blackboard, you can see what farm in Idaho the potatoes came from. The regular order was huge, fresh and tasty. The service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant was full when I selected the last open table. The food was ready in about ten minutes. The burger, the small one, was tasty and you can add as many condiments and you want when you order. Some complain about the prices. Understand that the standard burger here is a double patty. Go for the "little burger", which is about $6.50 and is a single. Some may have had a mixed experience here. I can offer that everyone seemed to be really pleased with their lunch. I'm celiac and can't have gluten, but I have been in multiple 5 guys locations where I told them upfront regarding in can't have gluten to be careful on the hamburger lettuce wrap. They said ok. When paying attention on my order I saw them handling other burgers and handling mine at the same time. He decided he wanted a burger so we settled on five guys. I was really shocked that the price of the burger included all of the add ons you could want! I went with the small hamburger and added carmelized onions, jalapenos and mushrooms. We also shared a small fry. It was a solid burger, nothing fancy but it hit the spot. Let me tell you, the smallest size hamburger was more than enough food! And i was super hungry! I almost couldn't finish it! The fries were handcut and ok, not my favorite so o only had a couple. The service was quick and polite and they got our order to us in less than 10 minutes which was great. It seems the quality and service varies by location. The structural integrity of Five Guys burgers often leaves something to be desired, though the flavor and filling to bun ratio is pretty good, especially for a fast food burger. Their Cajun fries are my favorite, and they usually fill the entire bag with them regardless of which size you order. I love my fries thick-cut and potato-y, so the ones at Five Guys are great for me. However, I usually only come occasionally because I really can't justify the price to myself in comparison to other fast food places. This location is pretty close to my house, though, so when I'm feeling it I'll come sometimes. For vegetarians, their grilled cheese is actually quite delicious, especially if you add toppings to it! Fall from grace... two stars because it tasted good but no more stars. First the quality is GONE! Your burger is piled together and wrapped in foil. When you open it, you must rearrange everything to make it look like a burger. They are known for their fries, but not today and they are cold and soggy. They are chatting it up so much in the grill area that you don't even know if they called your number or just talking to each other. Premium prices for low quality food and services. Only five tables available during COVID and they are all dirty (only 3 customers in the store). Stainless steel doors to the kitchen and bathrooms are DIRTY like they haven't been cleaned in days. So I come here every other week on my lunch break. I've noticed theres 2 separate lunch crews. I'll call them crew A & crew B. Crew A smiles. Crew B frowns Crew A makes orders correctly. Crew B doesn't Crew A says thank you, have a nice day. & I assume apologizes if needed. Crew B doesnt. When Crew B left my onions out of my burger they dont apologize for the inconvenience. But credit to them, they ask if I want raw or grilled onions. Crew A makes your medium fries look large. Crew B makes my large fries look medium. Only go there when crew A is working. Is this Hopdoddy? Kinda, except the the food tastes worse, it's more expensive, and the customer service is.. wait what customer service? How a place like this charges $10 for a bacon cheeseburger while Hopdoddy charges less than that for most of their specialty burgers, I will never know. Anyway, our patties were horribly overcooked and the bacon was clearly reheated from three days ago. They forgot some things too, like the lettuce we asked for and the condiments we requested on the side. And the most irritating thing of all- we checked on our ticket about 15 minutes after we ordered. "We're waitin' on your fries okaay?" Does this mean our burgers are gettin' cold while the fries are cookin'? I wasn't sure but I was pretty hangry at this point. 15 MORE minutes later they call us up and as it turns out, our bag of food was sitting on the to-go order shelf the whole damn time. Visited this location for the first time today, after having been to the Galleria location probably a half dozen times. This one is definitely easier to get to, what with it not being in the MALL and all. Not a huge dining room, but they do have some outdoor seating for which today was a nice day For those not familiar with Five Guys, as others have mentioned, it uses the same basic plan as Mooyah and Smashburger (in fact, I believe 5G was the pioneer): No freezers and a limited menu. Burgers, hot dogs and fries, that's it. But those burgers and fries are great. Fresh meat definitely makes a difference, and as they promise, the meat comes out "juicy and well done", despite that sounding like an oxymoron. I usually get bacon, cheese, jalapenos (fresh, not pickled; a nice touch) and grilled onions. Fries can vary; sometimes, they're a little mushy or greasy, but usually they're right on, and the orders are FREAKIN' HUGE. Seriously, a small is more than one person can eat and a large feeds at least three. I like to apply some provided malt vinegar to them, but it's not everyone's cup of tea, I know. So imagine my disappointment a few weeks ago when both the burger and the fries were a huge fail (there was a completely new crew behind the counter). I waved goodbye as I left, expecting to never eat there again. But tonight the fries were calling out to me so my husband took me there for another try. Holy schnikes, Burger Man, this place is good! Their "little" burger is a normal sized burger with one patty, their "regular" burger is 2 patties. OUTRAGEOUS!!! They also have incredibly delicious cajun fries which actually have a kick to them. I love the simplistic ordering menu, and the quality of the food is definitely there. I'm hoping they continue to expand because they aren't all over DFW yet, but I'd love to have one closer to home so I didn't have to wait for the days I'm at the Plano office! Yum yum yum. read more

My wife and I have enjoyed visiting this location since they opened. We stopped by there on Wednesday afternoon and had a wonderful experience. The staff is always friendly and the location is always clean. We ordered our regular burgers without buns and extra A1 sauce, turned out perfect. They have patio seating on the side and front of the building. It was just a little warm that day to enjoy outside. The one draw back would be their tea. About what they are doing and even though they have few customers the attitude here is that they don't care. Both times I ordered I had to go back to get the complete order.
