I did my research before choosing Boot Hill to have a meal to celebrate my birthday, and boy did I…read morechoose well. I had their bison skewers, and they were to die for good. I really only have one regret. The Boot Hill Legendary restaurant, lounge and night club are in Gillette, WY and I live in Georgia! That might be to far to eat here regularly, but if you are anywhere near Gillette and you don't make your way to the Boot Hill Legendary restaurant, your taste buds will haunt you because you missed out on one of the best meals of a lifetime. FYI... I am not related to anyone there, but you couldn't ask for a nicer staff. Curtis the manager was very personable and helpful. I got the opportunity to meet the owner as well and he too is a great guy who actually cares about his customers. Don't miss this place!

I give this location 1 star (would give it zero if possible) for the main reason that me and my…read morebusiness associate chose to spend our evening here (and spend over $400) only to be told by the owner "Who the F__k" are you?" at the end of the night when we asked if we could get assistance with calling a taxi (we did not have cell reception). This was our first time in Gillette and our first time at this location. There is nothing that I could say that is positive about the experience. The staff was indifferent. The owner was a jerk and I felt that I was not welcome or appreciated as a visiter from out of town or as a customer. I would never come back to this location ever again and regret spending my money here. I would avoid at all costs. Find a place that appreciates your business. This place does not.

It definitely doesn't beat Wing Shack... but it is really good. Me and my husband LOVE IT. We don't…read morelike eating inside and it IS cheaper to order online. Inside would be like $30-40 but with the deals on the app, it comes down to around $20. Sometimes the service is fast, sometimes very slow. It can get pretty loud but it isn't that bad. They do well keeping it clean. Food is always hot. If we were rich we'd def go a lot more.

So I'm teetering between 3 1/2 and 4 stars, but I'll go ahead and give it the extra 1/2 star…read more This place isn't really that bad. I've been to multiple BW3s all over the country, and trust me, I've been to much much worse. Your typical franchise BW3's, sports theme, sports decorum and TVs everywhere playing woke NFL football. I was greeted after maybe about a minute or so meandering around the entry point. Really nice girl with Halloween makeup asked me where I wanted to be seated but I wanted to sit at the bar so she told me to just make my way which is what I did. The bartender, actually all of them were super cool. I wasn't sitting there more than 30 seconds before being acknowledged and ordering my first cocktail. And the entire time I was there, I felt valued and was in constant conversation with a majority of the service staff as well as other customers. It was actually really nice to be honest. All great people. I ordered 20 wings with 4 different sauces. I wanted my wings drenched and with the salt and vinegar dry rub, over the seasoned, but they didn't come out that way. But it's fine, they were hot and still flavorful. I ordered fried pickles immediately when I ordered my cocktail, and they sort of dropped the ball on that, because my wings came out first and I had to ask about them, but that's not really a big deal either. It's not like I'm sitting at a white glove five star Michelin restaurant. It's Buffalo wild wings after all and the attention and service supersedes other people's reviews here on Yelp. I sat, ate, imbibed, and had a great overall experience with quite a few of the staff. You can't really ask for much more, so if you're giving 2 stars or less, you got to be pretty snooty considering the place you are writing a review on. The next time I come through Gillette, I would not hesitate to come back in here again. It was pretty damn good for what it is.

Yes i'm leaving ANOTHER review...... but this one is even better…read more Sadly I can't have dairy or gluten :/ so I got the chicken cashew salad--and OH MY GOODNESS. Let's just say it was worth every penny (except someone else paid for me, so bless their heart.) Our server was FANTASTIC-- super nice. There was a big group of us and they cared for us wonderfully. It was really enjoyable. My husband got the steak sirloin with french fries--and omgoodness their french fries are everything Love love love!!! Not in our budget though..... so we will probably not be back for a long time.

To start we ate the most delicious and tender calamari. We ordered the Senior Prine rib dinner and…read moreadded the wedge salad for an extra $5.99. The prime rib didn't look as how we expected, very lean but it was surprisingly tasty. Our waitress said the potato soup was good and so we chose that. It was nice with chunks of potatoes with a deep cheddar flavor. The wedge salad was half a head of iceberg lettuce cut in half. It was so huge that I needed to use two plates to cut up the lettuce and toss it wth all the toppings. It was quite delicious and fillings. We also ordered a Rib Eye dinner which tasted really good. To end our meal we ordered the Sky High mud Pie to share. It had delicious coffee ice cream covered in whipped cream and drizzled with chocolate and maybe it was caramel syrup and a lot of chopped peanuts around the edge of the plate. It was really delicious but now that I think about it I think if it were toasted almonds instead of peanuts it could of been tastier to me. Our waitress was so wonderful, funny and attentive. She was good and honest about recommendations and wanted to know what we thought about the calamari because she gets mixed reviews. The restaurant is open to 10 which makes it great for those on roadtrips and want to stop at and have a nice sit down dinner. We arrived around 8:30 and the restaurant was still busy.
