I stopped by around 2:00 p.m. to inquire in person. After contacting the owner, the staff member informed me that I could reserve the table by emailing the owner and paying a $50 fee. What was frustrating was that the restaurant was completely empty at the time. It was difficult to understand why we would need to pay an additional fee simply to sit together and spend money at the restaurant, especially when the larger table was the only one that could accommodate our group. The most disappointing part was having to take our celebration elsewhere. I also felt bad for the server, who appeared to have very few customers and lost the opportunity to earn a gratuity from our party.
