This place is what it it. Its a chain sports bar that serves wings with a million different kinds of sauces, has specials on (insert watered down domestic beer here), and plays sporting events on massive tv's. The female servers wear fitted jerseys and tight black pants. Its like a sterotype of a man cave, which is what they are going for, I'm sure. This particular location isn't any different. Its mildy busy during the week but I didn't have any wait getting a 4 person table this past Saturday night either. The service is fine. Our server was attentive but not overly chatty which is great because I'm not fond of the 'buddy server' thing that chain resturants seem to do. I got naked wings and my hubby got regular wings. Nothing to write home about - or write a yelp on as it would be- but they were filling enough. We came at the suggestion of some friends that were in from out of town who like this place. This was my best Buffalo Wild Wings experience I've had. This is a 5 star chain review. We went in here late night on a Saturday to a restaurant which seemed closed. There weren't many people there as most everyone was still out partying. I'm totally fine with that because they must have put extra TLC into the wings this night. I've become so used to being pissed at this chain for putting a minuscule amount of sauce on my order; however, this place drenched it. This is pretty much the old reason you eat here and they nailed it. I wasn't overwhelmed with the beer selection and considering it is "beer city" one would hope they'd really do up their selection. I can't really go too much into detail over a chain. I'm not going to go on about the way the chicken was cooked to perfection or the sauce had an abundance of sweetness with a hint of heat that comes on at the end. This is frozen chicken drenched in corn syrupy goodness and there is nothing wrong with that! I would like to see BWW drop their price point. I only went here because we had some seriously stellar coupons. The best Bdubs I have been to. Crown Royal and Jameson round out the genorous late night happy hour ($3) everynight!!! That's what keeps me coming back. Today, on the second of May, 2019, my classmates and I attended this establishment after calling fewer than 30 minutes ahead. The waitstaff was accommodating to our many needs, as we needed around 30 separate checks. They were generous in providing refills on drinks frequently, as well as ensuring that we were satisfied. My only complaint is I did not receive my ranch, but to be fair I never asked a second time. I recommend this establishment to all those who have the desire for great service and food. read more

WORST. SERVICE. EVER! Waited 1/2 hour to PLACE a drink order, and it took another 1/2 hour to get three of the six drinks ordered. The other three drinks took another ten minutes. The drink orders were for beer, and one of the bottled beers was incorrect. The food orders were placed, but took so long to get, some in our group had to leave before the food arrived. When food was actually delivered to the table, it was soggy and barely warm. Worst service I have ever received from a resturant. Came in with my family during Artprize. Told wait was 45 minutes. Sat there for 45 minutes and proceeded to sit us upstairs at a high table. We had a 2 and 3 year old with us. There was obviously no way to safely seat them at this table. After talking to the nice waitress we were relocated down stairs to a large corner booth where we proceeded to sit there for at least 10 more minutes with not even a request to take our drink order. We walked out and went to Ucellos and received excellent service. If there was less than one star I would give it to this BW3 location. Simply poorly run. read more

Came here after Monster Jam on a Saturday afternoon. 4 adults. 4 kids. Waiting is to be expected. Our server FAY was great - she was serving the entire restaurant and bussing the tables for the whole seating area. And filling her drink orders. Busting her butt. The bar tender was helping. My poor review is for the FOUR girls standing by the food window. They are responsible for long waits and lost business. Robert Irvine would have had a FIELD day with this place. Specifically these 4 girls Chit chatting, taking selfies, VAPING (by the food). None of these girls with time on their hands could bus a SINGLE table. Tables were going unbussed for at least 45 minutes - multiple at a time. But the selfies were a flowing. The vaping girls would scurry over from the selfie wall to turn people away at the hostess stand left and right but really they just needed to clean tables. One selfie girl started to bus a table - I about fell out of my chair - she must have gotten a text and just left to go back around the corner. Left the cleaning spray and rag on the table till the server finished bussing it. Watched a table accidentally spill a salad in the floor. 4 selfie girls couldn't help - server cleaned it up. I felt like taking them all by the ear and showing them how to actually work. Disgraceful. Not sure who was the manager or if there was one. I've never written a review before. Food was fine for BWW.
