Outlaw Ribeye and and Grilled Asparagus
    Marvin J.

Try...the...wings...they are legit...crispy and well seasoned. I was really impressed and did not expect it. Best wings I've had in quite some time and at a chain steakhouse! Props. I was really there for a steak and went with the Outlaw Ribeye. It was well seasoned with a nice char just how I like it. Sometimes you can't tell if a steak was grilled or not, but that wasn't a question here. Medium well seems to be really difficult to get right. No matter the restaurant I always seem to get something closer to well done. The steak was still tender and flavorful and the asparagus was well seasoned as well. I didn't need salt for anything. Service was good and they had a good amount of clientele.

I' not sure what has changed over the past few visits but it's not great anymore. In the past we have always had nice host, great service and amazing food. My last few experiences have been hit or miss. Hostess was not friendly to anyone. Seated quickly though! Alway amazing looking and clean! The western decor is sweet! Waitress let us wait for 10 minutes before she said I'll be with shortly. Few minutes later we placed our drink and appetizer order. Drinks and app came quickly. Eventually after appetizer (Wild West shrimp, delicious) was gone and drinks the waitress came back to take our order. Salad came right out and so did our dinner. I had the fillet mignon (ordered medium) and salmon combo, sweet potato and brussels sprouts. Steak was rare and just a nuggett of the hardest piece of meat. A1 could not save it! Yeah that bad I asked for A1 sauce. Sweet potato not cooked all the way. Neither was my dad's. Salmon was so over cooked it was not worth eating. Brussels sprouts were delicious and so was the salad and bread. I would have said something but the waitress did not return for a long time. When she did it was a run by drop off bill. When she returned for the bill my son asked for boxes, my food was cold and we were ready to go! We have had great service in the past and amazing food. I hope your experience is better!

I know Longhorn Steakhouse is a chain, but we always have a great experience at this location. I don't know if we have been lucky or what, but we always get good service and our food is always amazing. Today I had the French onion soup and it was so flavorful and cheesy. We also had the wings to start. We always get the Buffalo sauce on the side. The wings are huge and so crispy and delicious. I'm also a big fan of the bread. Our server today was so friendly and cheerful. I wish I would've gotten her name. I stick with the NY strip each time and always have to get the Parmesan crust on it. It brings the steak to the next level and is so so good. I will keep coming back to Longhorn because of the experience and great consistent food. The decor is cute and the lighting is not too dark or bright.

Dinner , sat at the bar. Started with a house salad...very good. Then an 8 ounce sirloin. Outstanding!!! Side of brussels sprouts. Very very good. Diet Coke was spot on .

The sirloin was cooked exactly as ordered and was really delicious and juicy!

I'll admit, I didn't have high expectations going to a chain restaurant. My husband and I were out on 28th Street and he really wanted some steak, so we decided to give it a shot. We were both amazed how happy we were with everything!! The host gave us about a 25 minute wait, so we went to the bar to get a drink. It was a little slow. We ended up getting seated much earlier, and the service once we were seated was much better. Our server was friendly and fast. She didn't come back too often, but also never left us waiting. The food was all delicious! We started with the firecracker chicken wraps. We didn't even use the dip that came with them because they didn't need anything. Not the healthiest, but man, were they tasty. For my meal I had the shrimp and lobster chowder and a side Caesar salad. My husband ordered a steak (I'm pretty sure it was the Flo's Filet. It was cooked exactly as ordered, and was a nice cut of meat. He's had trouble finding a decent steak in town, and was really pleased with it! Oh, and they started us with bread, which was nice. Overall, very pleasant experience here, and we will for sure be back in!

Hospitality: 3.5/5 Quality: 3.1/5 Value: 3/5 Overall, average. French fries were under-seasoned so I used the bbq sauce from the ribs. There was more bone than meat to the ribs. Chicken wasn't juicy but edible. Service was great at first but got ignored near the end.

Fries and brussels were delicious, but the lobster mac is overrated (bland) and our steaks were mediocre. Both were slightly overcooked (not a dealbreaker, but for $85/each I'd expect better). Add in the fact that they just drown them in butter and salt to hide the poor cooking (somehow, very little sear and barely any grill marks on one of the two steaks). Service was excellent - I'll give it that, but it was a little slow at the end once our meal had concluded to get us packed up / being a check. Atmosphere - it feels upscale, but that's just because of the prices and menu selection / options. Food came out quickly, portions were good for the price. They also validate parking for the lot just behind their building (street parking is tight / limited). Unfortunately, it's unlikely that we'd come back. Good news is, there are lots of other options for special occasions in town so weigh your options before booking here.

Conversation with the staff comes so easily. And the food and drink are always delicious. Over the course of the night, we enjoyed the Seafood Cake Duet as our appetizer. Between the two cakes, the shrimp and lobster was definitely our favorite. The cocktails included the 60 Ottawa Old Fashioned, the Femme Fatale and the Cast Away. The old-fashioned was perfectly balanced. My wife loved the other two cocktails, especially the Cast Away. That one in particular was dangerously smooth. It wasn't my first time having the Halibut "oscar style", but I'm a creature of habit and it's hard to pass up. It always tastes fresh, is a milder fish and paired well on the plate with a nicely seasoned rice blend, asparagus and covered in a delightful bearnaise sauce. The wife had the Kvaroy Salmon which she very much enjoyed, but didn't come close to finishing. The brussel sprouts were cooked just right and the balsamic reduction wasn't overpowering, but instead just that right amount of savory. Leo's seems to change up their desserts fairly often, but frequently offer a crème brûlée. We opted for the vanilla bean this time and in hindsight, wish we would've each ordered our own instead of sharing.
