I've only been here once for an outing event with my residents, and been here once for picking up an order. The first time I dined in this restaurant, we seated 10 people. We went around noon and on a Friday - It didn't seem too packed. We were all seated and was served our drinks - I wish I remember the three servers (two other ones that helped our main server that day). Our server was nice and friendly, and our residents were very pleased as these folks have never tried BDubs ever in their life. Their burger was delicious as well as their chicken wraps. Their artichoke dip tasted wonderful with these warm pita chips! I was very pleased. Although, the fries could be a little warmer when served. They also didn't have Coronas that day, so I had to stick with a Modelo - It was nice of them to give me other similar options when a drink wasn't available. However, we had two people in wheelchairs, we all for fine for 10, but when we were leaving, the larger gentleman with a wider wheelchair couldn't fit through the isles. Although we could easily push the tables aside, I would have thought it could cause some issues if people were to be seated at the tables that needed to be moved at that time - Again, the place wasn't packed. Today, I ordered $45 worth of food for me, my boyfriend, and our son. It was scheduled for pick-up at 9PM. I arrived at a reasonable time - About 10 minutes prior in hopes of the food (maybe) being finished a bit early. Most of the food was ready by 9:05PM, the gentleman, William - who rang my order up, informed me that it would take another few minutes for my kid's corn dogs to be finished as he handed me most of my food. He apologized for the wait. It would have been nice to just receive my order in full as to waiting for corn dogs to be finished while I sit here typing with my food somewhat getting cold right by my side. Didn't receive my complete order by 9:15PM, and I understand it's the food and beverage industry, but I do appreciate the workers who do their best. I'd still come back here due to convenient location and due to previous positive experience. Well- Not really sure what happened to this location- but should have gone to a different one. I called an order in to pick up. 1st- they transferred my "up-front" where I waited on hold for over 7 minutes (should have hung up) They took my order. very specific. NOW- keep in mind that the hubby was picking this up on his way home from work and I live good 20 minutes away......The order included three kids meals which come with drinks which were read back to me when ordered. Got our food before our appetizer which was a pretty big downer. We didn't want the app anymore so they took it off for us. Also my wings weren't fully covered in sauce which is always a disappointment. I don't want barley sauced wings I want them fully covered. Not ready for Prime Time. The part of our orders that got right were very good. The 60% that was wrong was aggravating. We waited an excessive amount of time, which I expected and was prepared for. They shorted an order by 50% and the manager credited my bill for only 25% of that item. I ordered lunch from BWW through Doordash. BWW did not put my entire order in the bag. By the time it arrived, (at least 20 minutes away from my workplace) my chicken wrap was soggy and they did not include my side item. I work in a school so I could not leave to get more food. I called Doordash who told me that BWW agreed to refund the money for my side item ($.55 gee thanks, I'm starving). Doordash offered a $5.00 credit the next time I use them. If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I came in this last Tuesday (14th) -- NOT EVEN A SATURDAY OR FRIDAY, after a long day at Sixflags. We were told that we were able to sit at any of the high-chaired tables and some one would be right with us. We had Ericka as our server, who brought out our drinks in a timely manner but everything from that moment on was SUPER SLOW. We waited close to 45 minutes for our order, when other tables around us were getting their food close to 15-20 minutes after the order was put in. We received 4-6 LESS wings than what was ordered which was brought out not by Ericka, as well as our refills were filled by a different server. We even had to ask for silverware because there was none set on the table or brought out to us. After we were finished eating, it took another 30-45 minutes for Ericka to come bring us our check -- she was much more interested in helping the party of 6 outside. May I add she came up to us ONCE to ask how we were doing? The employees that work here are unprofessional, as we saw one girl on her phone for 15 minutes in the cashier booths rather than assisting customers. They do not care for cleanliness, as we witnessed a father and his daughter WIPE DOWN THEIR OWN TABLE in order to sit down. Don't come to this BWW. Our organization did a fundraiser at Buffalo WILD wings and was cheated out of money. For 6 weeks we had tons of business there for graduation etc. We were there for graduation parties for 5 hours and 5 different classes came in all using our services. The cashier did not enter code after HTA information presented. And we were cheated out of thousands of dollars to go towards school supplies for area youths and sports scholarships. We had 10 parents that expected our services for sports payments that had no choice but to unenroll their children. We were raising money for 2000 backpacks and school supplies to be given to area youths. All they gave was a check for $121 when it was clearly a mistake. We had a fundraiser for one day in Kenosha Wi and received $94. The Gurnee fundraiser is completely wrong to say there is nothing they can do to fix this. We go to BWW's a lot. They have Gluten & Peanut Free offerings, which makes it more favorable for our family. This was the first time we went to the one in Gurnee. I noticed that our waiter's face was very red. I am sure he was working very hard. I was just totally grossed out because the sweat was dripping off of his face! We requested that someone else bring our food to the table, because ... well, because no one wants their waiter's sweat in their food! And to top that off.... Went with my friends here today for their buy one get one free deal, and we expected it to be one small wing get another free so only two of us have to pay. Sounds like a great deal right? Well when we got there there was no promotion or anything for the buy one get one free deal so we didn't find out until we ordered. So we order and our food comes out pretty quick but we were all given large orders. We got confused and asked and they said the large is the equivalent to the small size, we were still confused but since we asked multiple times and got the same answer we just figured they meant we got larges for the order of a small at the same price just for more. They also got my order wrong but out of everything that happened it's the least of my complaint. So the check comes and it comes out to be 50 dollars which makes absolute no sense for the buy one get one free. It should have only been 20 dollars plus tax right? So we ask our waiter who goes and gets the manager and we explain how we were under the impression when we ordered a small wing that the other one we ordered would be free, because that's what the deal sounds like. When in fact the promotion was supposedly saying when you order a small size you get another small size for your order free which results in a large. We didn't know that and it was nowhere in the promotion or explained to us at all when we previously asked. The manager named Megan was extremely rude and just kept telling us the same thing over and over and when we told her we wish we had known that before had she told us we should have clarified. Why should we as customers have to clarify with your promotion?! Other people there were having the same exact issues as us with the promotion. It was false advertising and a way to steal money. Normally I am a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings . Today I ordered online . A order of medium boneless (parm garlic, honey bbq and medium flavor ) and a order of regular fries . I placed my order at 6 pm and was told it will be ready at 630 . Cool no problem so far . I get there at 630 wait for my order . I continue waiting untill close to 650 when I finally receive my order. A little upsetting but I understand maybe because they were busy . I'll give them the Beni fit of the doubt . I take my order home and start eating . About Halfway through my order for some reason I take a look at one of the wings that I just bit in half . I have no idea what was wrong with that wing but I threw the rest of my order out . Looked like maybe a undercooked piece or maybe a bad piece of chicken but the whole nugget pretty much was black/ purple inside . I attached a picture of what it was . I have dined in twice in the last month and a half. Both times the facility was at most 1/4 full, incredibly overstaffed, yet our meals took over an hour from time of entry to be delivered. Neither time were the orders complicated, grilled chicken and boneless wings. Both times, I watched multiple others be seated and served after my table (my son and I alone once, six plus a baby the second). As a restaurant manager myself, as well as a chef, I cannot understand how they are running things. There is absolutely zero excuse for the slow service. Even if there was only a single person running the kitchen, the expedition of food would be faster. Both times our food not only took over an hour to arrive, but came out cold, not even room temperature. I have not ever had this issue at any of the other locations. After being open a few months, you would assume they would be running a well oiled machine, but still perform as a rusty tricycle. I have also carried out, and my order was inaccurate and took 25 minutes longer than stated, and came out cold as well. The servers are lucky I do manage a restaurant, and understand they work for tips, because they still make over 30% of my bill from me. Today our server never even returned after requesting hot food for not only myself, but the baby whose side of grilled chicken came out cold and disgusting as well. We were at the location for an hour and forty five minutes for two meals the first time on a Tuesday evening, and two and a half hours on a Saturday afternoon the second time. Ridiculous. read more

Came in today with my girlfriend and might I say the experience at this place was not a good at all. Ordered a drink and could hardly taste anything in it. But that's not what irritates me most. What did was how the food turned out. The bartender hardly acknowledged us what so ever. My side Cesar salad that I asked to come out first came out with the meal. The lettuce was drenched in ceaser dressing. The lettuce was wilted and soggy beyond belief. Our wings came out extra crunchy and hardly chewable.
