This is my fav Buffalo Wild Wings location in the area (been to the Braintree & Brockton locations). Service is typically fast and the food never disappoints. I've been a few times now since it opened. TLDR: Go somewhere else. The building is very bright, open, and energetic. There's a good ambience with more TVs that I cared to count, and it's quite loud (probably because there's no walls and every table is within earshot of all others). I've heard people complain about how bright they keep it (especially compared to the UNOs that used to be here, which was kept fairly dim), but I don't mind. Everything about this restaurant adds up to a great experience EXCEPT the food! Consistently some of the most mediocre restaurant food I've eaten. The wings, BWW's namesake, are entirely bland and forgettable. The appetizers are meh as well; you'll eat the whole thing and think to yourself "why am I eating this? It's not even good." Flatbreads and other main course food is as bland as the wings and apps. The one good menu item here is the burger, which is actually good. With so many great restaurants in the area that offer great food, service, and ambience, I see no reason to come back to a place with only one decent menu item. Avoid. read more

I had to create a yelp account for this because I still can't believe my experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings this past Thursday. My boyfriend and I went to the Hanover location for my birthday, and the waitress asked for our ID's. Of course, no problem. She asks if she can take them into the back. Sure! We had just moved to the Weymouth area from Nashville, (Im originally from here) so I get it, an out of state license might need some validating. I don't know what system they use to "verify" licenses, but after a while, comes back and tells me she can't serve me. I was shocked. My boyfriend's ID (also a Tennessee license) was fine. But mine, a state issued, completely legal and REAL license was not. She claimed the watermarks didnt line up? It scans, I know for fact but they use a "book"??? And visually, she determined it wasn't real. I was in complete shock and just kept saying I don't understand. We eventually just left, because I literally just didn't know what else to do. I wish I had asked for a manger or security officer, to help me validate my perfectly REAL id. We went to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Braintree, where both our licenses were accepted perfectly fine. Put quite a damper on my 27th birthday though. Don't come here unless you somehow have a way to prove your license is real? Do better. read more

Long wait with lots of open tables, Long wait for service after being seated, Band food: Warm and rubber texture on boneless wings. Also, they over billed my credit card; receipt stated one amount and my statement showed another amount $8.00 extra. Don't go very disappointing and they did not seem to care about the extra charge! We did take out first and with the exception of the wings, didn't like the food at all but decided to give it a try since often times, food tastes better when eaten at restaurant. Not the case. After waiting over 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon, we ordered a later lunch- I got the grilled chicken wrap on our waiter's recommendation. It was gross, couldn't eat it, the lettuce was bad, had a foul taste to it. Our waiter never asked how the food was or else I would've told him. Burger was okay, salad with grilled chicken also not good. The greens tasted bad. Only wings were good. Overcharged by $20. Check your bill. read more

I've been ordering take out from this location for awhile now. This past Thursday (boneless wing Thursday) I placed a pick up order for 2 16 piece wings. One was medium the other was Hot BBQ (didn't get it the way ordered). After realizing the order was incorrect I made a comment on there website. The next day I received an email stating how sorry they were and if I can call at my earliest convenience. I called and spoke to the GM Teddy he was very apologetic of the mishap and offered me a food credit for the next visit. I have never received such a great way of making up for a mistake. Stopped in for a quick dinner but should have gone to Rivershed for their wings. Bar was slow with 3 bartenders on duty but it took a while for a bartender to approach, take my drink order and serve my beverage. No offer to take my food order. Had to summon her to place my Street Taco order. Food was just ok. A couple of young men seated next to me at the bar apparently didn't realize that they were in a public place and their foul language was really tiring. No draw to return. We went on Thursday night which probably a bad idea. We didn't see a waitress for a good ten minutes. We ordered food and when it came they dropped it off without silverware or asking if we needed anything like drinks. I was recently at Buffalo Wild Wings in Hanover, MA and had a great experience! The bar was packed during a Red Sox game but my friends and I got served right away. The bartender was Bob and he made sure my drink was never empty. The manager Christine came over to check on us and we had great conversation. Was in there Friday the 16th and I walked in at the bar and asked the girl what she had on draft. Well because there are 30 beers I guess they don't have to tell you what they are. Well I didn't mind at first but then when she gave me the menu to check in was upset. My son works for buffalo wild wings in California and he has 48 beers on draft and knows them all but he said he would have asked me what I like to narrow it down. This girl wanted nothing to do with that. That's fine cause I had one drink and left. Think you guys should work on your bartenders. This would never happen in California. The restaurant was only about a third filled and there were uncleared tables in every section despite staff standing around chatting. It doesn't create an appetizing sight. Had an absolutely abysmal experience tonight. I have been to this location before, and experienced kind, helpful staff and good food. I ordered a fresh beer with my meal without incident. However, upon my return here tonight, I was treated far differently. I ordered a beer to start. The server took my ID, checked it and supposedly put my order in. She returned 5 minutes later and told me that they've had "too many fake Connecticut IDs recently" and needed to check mine again. I handed it over. Another 5 minutes go by, and the presumed manager returned with my ID and informed me they could not serve me because my ID was slightly "bent" and the hologram paper on its surface was frayed at the edges. Considering I've had the ID since I was 16 and I'm due for a new one in a few months, no wonder it was a little beat up! I offered my credit cards and student ID as alternative forms of confirmation, but the manager wouldn't even look at them. Considering that I've never once experienced any issues at other establishments verifying a valid form of identification, I have to say I'm floored. I understand I have an out of state ID and sometimes other forms of ID are required by management, but I have never been flat out refused the chance to present other forms of ID. Very disappointed, considering I've already had a few drinks here before! Guess I can't come back unless I bring my passport- but who knows, maybe that won't be good enough either! read more

The food and everything was great but I honestly made this account just to write about how unprofessional/rude our waitress was. Her name was Crystal. This has been the second encounter with my family that she has treated us in a rude and unkindly manner. She came over immediately with an attitude. Never cracked a smile once. We had 3 children with us (ages 6-8) and she was very impatient with them. She rarely checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything, which didn't matter much to us because we're pretty easy to please. She was very rude and our visit seemed like an inconvenience for her. She was unpleasant, and when we asked for anything, it seemed like a chore. Made my family uncomfortable. If I ever return, I will definitely be requesting somebody else. I hope something will be done or said to make sure this doesn't happen to any other families during their lunch or dinner! read more

This place doesn't even deserve one star. the only thing nice about this place are the hostesses...very friendly. I went with two other people last night and got seated quickly. We sat at our table (with a 14 mth old baby) for a good 20 min. before or server came to take our drink order. After she took our drink order it took her forever to come back with them and when she did she only had my order which was wrong. She finally brings the other drinks plus my correct drink. We ordered our food and waited FOREVER for that to get to us as well. The boneless wings tasted like something I tried from BJ's and my hamburger tasted like leather. Portions are very small and the fries were AWFUL! It's extremely loud which is normal for a sports bar but no reason to have the music up that high. Will never go back again! read more

Absolutely terrible. Awful service, awful food. Waitress (Steph) was complaining about all the kids (we had 2 with us!) because of school vacation week. Our food (all we ordered was wings---hello!) took so long my husband actually went to get "Steph" after watching her hanging out chatting at hostess station, she then brought over cold wings that had clearly been sitting in the kitchen. The order was wrong, shocking. We ate & then had to go find the Steph AGAIN! Yup, at hostess station again chatting. Wildly awful experience. At the very least, BWW needs to hire a designated person to walk around with a pitcher of water to refill glasses - oh wait - first you need to give the customer a glass! And silverware! Also, it shouldn't take 15-20 minutes to get a second draft beer. What role do the "captains" play? Are they suppose to oversee things? Are they managers? We watched one male captain wander aimlessly - not assisting waitstaff or customers. Curiously useless role. I gave them two stars - one for getting our order correct (unlike the table of three people next to us who received only one of their orders made correctly). I have only been here two or three times since it opened and can't say I'd recommend it to anybody. Service is terribly slow and although our wings were comped it my boyfriend and I had been "checked on" once and no offers on refills for beverages. I understand that most new establishments in the first few months can even tricky. However, I believe at this point they should have their act together by now. First time trying this chain, heard mixed reviews so I thought we should give it a try not expecting much. The food was excellent much to my suprise and delight. oddly enough the snack sized buffalo wing we got for the table was the least pleasing of the whole order. My son loved the tablet he can use at the table. unfortunately the service was pretty lame. 20 mins for our drinks, even longer just to put our food order in. First off my chicken fingers (buffalo wild wings prides itself on chicken and sauce) wasn't even that good, the fried part just peels off the chicken and is way too crunchy and hard. Second, once the grand opening month died down, the service got crappier and I feel like the food did too. The only thing that I crave day in and day out and what I'd go back for is the cheese curds. The food is way to expensive for what food your getting and the service is almost better than the food and that is not saying much. It was about a party of 20. First the service was horrific but it was a busy night so we all wrote it off as we are a pretty understanding group. But then Today 05/21/2017 5 people out of the group woke up early this morning throwing up and have not been able to get out of bed since. As a considerate person I wanted to call in and just let Buffalo's know that they may want to look at the chicken wings and just make sure they aren't all bad because I didn't want some other poor sap to get sick. So I called and asked for the GM ( of course isn't aval till Wednesday ) so I nicely asked to speak to a manager sat on hold for over 5 minutes and the host picks up the phone like she is answering it for the first time again. So i again kindly explained I was waiting to talk to KEVIN the manager before I could get the whole sentence out she puts me on hold again. So I wait again, finally Kevin gets on the phone I explained the situation to him and he admittedly is just asking me for all the peoples information. No sorry, or are these people okay. He just wants to get off the phone basically. So I tell Kevin I don't really feel comfortable giving you peoples number and information over the phone but I will have them call in ( when they can actually get out of the bed or bathroom ) to give their information if they see fit. Kevin then gets a nasty attitude with me and says WELL I CAN'T PUT the report in unless you give me all the information. Then I proceed to tell Kevin I was just calling in to just advise that you should check the chicken because I didn't want other people to get sick. Then Kevin decides its his turn to talk and cuts me off and goes on his rant again so I cut Kevin off this time because I was getting agitated due to the fact I just wanted to help other people so they didn't waste the weekend inside the bathroom. Then good ol Kevin decides that this situation is now funny and proceeds to chuckle over the phone. So now I will be contacting corporate and the health department because Kevin obviously thinks this is all a joke! read more

I have been 3 times now. The first time was the grand opening and not great, but wasn't ready to rule it out. Second time was slow service and ok meal, but with little sauces and chicken was blah. Today was the third and LAST time. Service was Terrible! The food was worse! Ordered Ultimate Nachos that came with a spoonful of chili and about 6 nachos covered in a bed of shredded lettuce. Buffalitos were even worse: rubber, tasteless chicken with, again, loads of shredded lettuce. Clearly they are trying to save on the sauces and flavorings! My kids had the buffalo mac and cheese and chicken sandwich...both complained of scrimping on the bbq sauce and the chicken in the mac and cheese was like cardboard. I wasted $70 bucks! read more
