I had a delicious lunch at 110 Grill today. I love how allergy friendly this restaurant is. The friend who dinned with me had an allergy and the wait staff and kitchen were wonderful about it. A manager brought her food to the table separately. I also liked that they had small portions of entrees available for lunch. It was the perfect size! (It's a 90+ degree day. I'm in love...with a plate of prosciutto wrapped cod fish and a side of jasmine rice & broccoli. Why have I not have this heavenly dish before? Where can I find this dish in Texas?? Or who can I bribe to get me the recipe for this made-in-heaven-by-angels-in-a-chef's-cap meal??? Ok, I could go on and on about this for days!! But I'll stop here. The service was great! I couldn't have asked about a better wait staff. I have a shellfish allergy and I have never been to a restaurant that cared enough to "ask my manager" if it would be ok for me to substitute Jasmine rice for the risotto. I am grateful for this consideration!! Finally, our seat in the bar area was pretty nice too. The mega sized TV was the icing on the cake. Solid American spot located near the South Shore Plaza with tons of parking. I'm personally a big fan of 110 Grill's pulled pork mac and cheese! I first tried it at the Phantom Gourmet Food festival, and it was delicious! Having it fresh at the restaurant was just as good. It's actually not super cheesy (no cheese pull) and it's drizzled with bbq and ranch sauce on top. The pork was extremely tender and I loved the crispy onion strings that came on top. Also tried their gnocchi bolognese and 110 spinach dip. The gnocchi bolognese was really tasty, perfectly cooked. The 110 spinach dip wasn't bad either, but it did feel a little one noted. I do think it's a great app though! Service wasn't bad, but it was really busy in there. Our server probably only checked on us a few times throughout our meal (which is fine, I'm not a high maintenance customer lol). Have to give a shoutout to the GM though because our server accidentally double charged us (for items we didn't order) and I didn't realize until I got home. The GM (Rich I believe) was able to fix it over the phone which was awesome. read more

So something happened here somewhere around Thanksgiving I think. We used to go about once a week and sit at the bar. Went and there was only one bartender who was in a foul mood and almost burst into tears. Went back a week later hoping it was jsut a bad night, but same scenario. Now I'm reading about no cooks, lack of front desk and wait staff. Also they were closed for a week or two around new years. I"m not sure what's going on but clearly something happened and this place is tainted now. With TotS open in the old TGI fridays spot, this place is going to have a hard time if they continue on with the same old same old. Time for corporate to move some managers around and send in some new staff, or close and remodel to the italian restaurant they have now and start over fresh. read more

Never again will I eat here. The food was not only not good, it actually tasted bad. I got some mashed potatoes and the texture was weird. Like boxed mashed. I ordered and didn't eat any of it. First of all, at the end of what started to be a terrible experience at 110 Grill-the food was delicious. No complaints there at all. But getting to the food was the hard part. The hostess desk is a nightmare. Empty tables in the restaurant yet the wait is long. the foyer area was so crowded you couldn't move. Finally, we get seated at a high top near the kitchen. IF you're going to seat people near the kitchen maybe have the chef at least trim and neaten his beard. Our waitress was in training. She tried hard-but she wasn't being helped by anyone, so we watched her struggle. It was rough. Finally, we got our drinks after she struggled to order them in the system. Food followed about 45 minutes later. The water in the ladies' room to wash hands didn't work. The manager gave me some wet towelettes. Health hazard. Too bad-because the food is good. But the staff isn't up to the huge challenge on a Saturday night. read more

If you are eating at this establishment, be sure to check you credit card bill. We dined there last week and on a 41.94 bill, we added an$8.00 tip. Fortunately Capital On Fraud system asked us if we meant to leave a 59% tip, which we obviously did not. This is not just a clerical error. I have seen this restaurant popping up everywhere and have been wanting to try. It did not disappoint! The bar is huge with a beautiful granite top that shimmered. I sat at a high up booth...so comfortable. The kitchen was to my right. I liked the fact that I could see what was being cooked. I was going to get fish and chips but after seeing the burgers coming out, I decided on that. So delicious! Onions strings and sweet potato fries were decadent. Prices were very reasonable. My family and I encountered a poor customer service experience. My mom contacted the restaurant to asked a question about the menu and the customer service representative was rude and abruptly ended the call reportedly saying he couldn't hear her. His response is NOT how you handle phone calls 110 Grill in Braintree NEEDS improved customer service. Also, my family and spoke to the manager in person, and his approach to the matter was poor as well! We take pride in quality customer service, and 110 Grill failed! SORRY this is long... Service was horrible from seating to payment. Hostess/ Waitstaff was awful as well as the manager. Arrived at 5:25pm for a reservation for 530pm. There was another group that was also waiting. Hostess/ Waitstaff asked us how many and we said we had a reservation for 6 ppl at 5:30pm. Then she asked the other group - they had a reservation for 6pm for 4ppl. She took them first and said that there was plenty of large tables. Mind you we were all there but she didn't seat us. Last I remember that 5:30pm is before 6pm but I guess I'm wrong and also the place was empty. so there was plenty of open tables. I asked the hostess why we are waiting when we had a reservation for 5:30pm but the other group had a reservation for 6pm. She said that she's not sure and the manager came by. He interrogated us and asked how long ago we had made the reservation. I said at least 2 weeks why should that matter. Then he found our reservation and walked away. I do not understand what happened... So we waited another 5 minutes before they actually seated us... If there was so many tables available why did we have to wait at least 15 mins when our reservation was at 5:30pm. POOR SERVICE right there... Food was NOT bad. The NY Strip was awful and grisly and overcooked. DO NOT recommend. Manager never stopped by. However he was serving 2 other tables that were in the same area. We had to flag the waitress every since time... napkins, drink, refills, everything. She never really came to check on us... Very disappointing. :( :( read more

Got seated immediately on a Friday afternoon. The waitress was friendly and checked on us a few times. The food was pretty good but the amount of dressing and sauce they drenched it in was pretty ridiculous. I love plenty of dressing & sauce but this was too much even for me. I did order the same salad for takeout another day and they put the dressings on the side, which was much better. Prices are a bit high for the quality of food, but I guess that's the new norm. read more

My Party of Five plus one we were meeting for Lunch were greeted to a friendly host and even friendlier waitstaff to have us seated. The Waitress was attentive always asking if my kids needed a refill on their milks. She also refilled my Diet Coke twice without anyone asking A++ The Appetizers came quick My tuna appetizer (not pictured was so good I ate it before realizing I should take a photo for Yelp. 110 is a scratch kitchen and the food deliciously reflected it. My ribeye was cooked to my request. And everyone else in the party was happy with their meal as well as the clean comfortable look of the place. We will come back several more times. Ordered a takeout a few months back. The process was smooth and the meal was great. Placed an online order which is preferred over phone to avoid confusions and miscommunications. Ordering interface (their own, not third-party) is user-friendly. Can order hours ahead; options and features provide customizations (ex. extra sauce) and notes for allergy alert. Also have the option to check on/off for utensils to avoid unnecessary waste. Overall well-designed and easy to use. A great plus for ordering out! Arrived shortly after pickup time and food was ready. Was led to the back counter to pay and food's mine! Only small complaint is that the parking lot was very full (hotel + restaurant lot). It would have been nice to have 1-2 spots reserved for things like food pickup or hotel drop-off. Got the calamari, steak salad, veggie/pesto penne, pulled pork (sandwich? not pictured), and prosciutto-wrapped cod (not pictured). Everything tasted great. Food packing shows consideration and care (different containers for different types of food). All in all, one great meal and job well done. read more

110 Grill is a great restaurant. Beautiful pictures of Braintree scattered around the entire restaurant, and a diverse menu. I came here with 10 friends, and no worker even batted an eye. Teenagers get such a bad wrap and are stereotyped as "troublemakers," but the service was patient, kind, and quick for 11 people. My friends orders went from cheeseburgers to swordfish, all with crispy delicious french fries as a side. My one complaint is it's location. 110 Grill is located right next to a movie theater and you have to drive on a lone road with no sidewalks for pedestrians just to get to it, but to conclude this review, 110 Grill exceeded my expectations; however, it's location is inconvenient. read more

This is my second time at the restaurant and I don't know why they accept reservations because I still have to wait over 30 minutes to be seated. We were lucky to find to seats at the bar while we waited. I ordered a Bloody Mary and it was very good. My date ordered the fish and chips and was pretty upset at the size of the fish and the tiny basket of fries. On the other hand I ordered the chimichurri steak. There was no chimichurri sauce at all, they just threw some chopped pickles on my steak. They also overloaded the meal with fries you couldn't even see the other steak. The only thing that saved this meal was the desert. The peanut butter cascade was good and saved the whole experience. I don't think I'll be back at this restaurant. read more

My dining companion and I visited 110 Grill in Braintree, MA on 10.6.23. I made a 5:30 reservation with a request of a corner table. We were seated promptly. Our server Ryan came over and brought waters. We each ordered a glass of the William Hill Chardonnay. The appetizer that caught our eye was the Fig and Prosciutto Flatbread: A Crispy Flatbread, Fig Jam, Caramelized Onions, Prosciutto, Goat Cheese, Arugula Tossed With Lemon Oil. It was very tasty. We chose the same meal for our entrees. The Prosciutto Wrapped Cod: Baked Seasoned North Atlantic Cod Wrapped With Prosciutto, Served Over Parmesan Risotto And Broccoli, Finished With A Lemon Butter Sauce. They gave us a generous portion of the Cod, Risotto, and Broccoli. A nice blend of taste and left us feeling fulfilled. Ryan was a great server, attentive, and nearby if needed. This was one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Ordered the steak tips - which are pretty expensive for steak tips, so I expected something great. Instead, I got lukewarm, chewy, undercooked tips that ended up making me sick for an entire weekend. Ruined the weekend. On top of that, our server abandoned us because she was dealing with a large party. Did not see her for 30 minutes. She had the nerve to apologize at the very end, when her tip was at stake. I will never, ever, eat here again. PS, In response to the reply from the business, about contacting them using their form, I did that prior to writing this review. Have not heard back all week. I'm already in touch with the Board of Health about this issue, I think that will be the better way to go. read more

I visited this restaurant one Monday afternoon to have an early dinner and a few cocktails. I was surprised with how busy it was only in the mid-afternoon. Nevertheless I ordered a couple Rum and Mezcal-Tequila cocktail before ordering my meal. The food was delicious as were the drinks! The people working the front of the house in an excellent job with the fast pace of the crowded restaurant. Both the food and the drinks are moderately priced. Mainly because the ambiance was more of a restaurant and sports bar combination I decided to take my meal back to the hotel. Overall no complaints about the food or drinks. read more

My friend flew in from FLA and booked the Hampton Inn on Woods Rd across the street. Some street tho, you would take your life in your hands to cross it. Very busy area as its the intersection of 3 major highways. I picked him up at Logan Express which is practically next door to the110 so it was certainly convenient and we were starving making it an easy decision to go. Has to be good right or it wouldnt still be there lol We knew that it would be at a minimum good enough for a couple of starving guys. And truth be told it was. Walked in and what strikes you is the massive rectangular bar and the open kitchen which I always love to see. The bar is the focal point and with all the hotels nearby loaded with business folks and their AMEX cards from all over I bet it does well. We had no problem getting seated promptly as it wasn't busy at 3:30 in the afternoon. Nice young lady server was very attentive and friendly and came by often. Gary got the swordfish with brussel sprouts and a side of rings. He liked it but wasn't raving. I got the cure burger which was actually quite delicious. The egg was over medium so the yoke held and didn't run down my chin. I took a picture but it doesnt show the thickness of the burger and all the goodies like the bacon and caramelized onion but be assured you cant go wrong. Can't say I would seek it out for a return visit, its' just another place but it happens to be ultra convenient to the Logan Express and the hotels so its always going to be a consideration. read more

Our party of six had a great time reconnecting and didn't feel rushed. Everyone loved their meals, but I can only speak, for mine although the chicken piccata with gnocchi looked especially delicious. The flavors of the guacamole, slaw, Pico De Gallo, and fried fish in the fish tacos blended nicely, without one overpowering the other. The tortilas got a bit soggy. The onion strings were thin and crispy, but the sweet potato fries were soft. The refreshing Truly sangria had a strong berry taste.
