Wings were decent size and came out hot. I was a skeptical about if the appetizers would first come out fast and then the future rounds slower. She went above and beyond for us. We ordered bone-in flats (10pc salt and pepper dry rub and 10 pc buffalo dry rub) and honestly, these were the best BWW wings we'd ever had! Perfectly made. The ambience was good, not too chaotic or loud as some of the other locations, but it was Nikki being friendly and welcoming that truly made it great for us. I'm very disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings today. I spent almost $60 on my order, and I expected better service. I arrived a little early for my pickup order, so I completely understood waiting about 15 minutes past the scheduled pickup time. That wasn't the issue. The problem started after I got back to my car and checked my order. I had ordered 2- 20 traditional wings with fries and a 6-piece boneless Garlic Parmesan order, but the boneless wings were missing. I went back inside to let the staff know, expecting a quick fix since it was an item they forgot. Instead, I ended up waiting nearly another 20 minutes just for those six boneless wings. I'm currently pregnant, and my kids were starving while we sat there waiting. It was incredibly frustrating, especially since the mistake was on the restaurant's end. The manager, Martin, tried to resolve the situation, but having us wait even longer after the order was already incomplete wasn't much of a solution. Better communication, urgency, and attention to orders would have made a huge difference. I understand mistakes happen, but when you're spending almost $60 on a meal, you expect your order to be complete and handled properly. Man oh man. This location has been here for YEARS and I always remember coming here. Never my idea to come here, but always something I've been dragged to, to be honest. Came in here on Friday night and decided to sit in the bar area so we could watch some sports. While our server was amazing, I could tell she was hustling and they definitely need more staff. She was the only server in the busy bar area, and she was even making drinks and serving those, too. This girl did it ALL! She did notice every time someone new sat down and did grab our drink orders. But again, it just took forever to get our drinks because she was riding solo. We did order some food. I got some boneless wings and ordered the veggies on the side, too. Unfortunately, my food was COLD and then I didn't even get my veggies either. Love the onion rings . I never come to Buffalo Wild Wings, and not order the onion rings. Honestly, have not found a place that make better onion rings. The cauliflower wings were okay I had better cauliflower wings elsewhere. But they hit the spot. I usually get the boneless wings and it's a hit or miss sometimes. I do not approve of this Buffalo Wild Wings. The service is horrendous waiting an hour to get a walk-in order for to go. Watching people come in with DoorDash or Postmates or whatever service and they're getting their orders pretty quickly and those walking in to order something or getting ignored by the people at the front the manager when you talk to her is extremely rude and abrupt because they were busy, she took it out on her clientele. I wasn't the only one she had done it to others as well. And that Alycia the manager behind the bar or that's where she was at that time the manager, the other manager or AMG or AGM was cooking, but no one was managing the floor. People were waiting. It was crowded and it was very uncomfortable and when you ask somebody oh well it's 20 more minutes. It's 20 more minutes and an hour later. You still don't have your order and you ask for your money back and they tell you oh we don't get cash back well I paid with cash and they didn't give me my cash back so I'm very upset. I'm very disgruntled and if they had that many problems with their ability to support the crowd, they should've had more people come in everybody knows when it's soccer and it's certain teams playing there's gonna be a busy night and they did not even a test to that or take care of that. Leaving negative reviews is not my favorite thing to do but this isn't my first bad experience at this location. In the past I decided to ignore the missing items or extended waiting time but I believe I need to share my experience because maybe (not probable) that will help improving the experience of future customers. I placed an order online, waited for my pick up time, walked in the restaurant, made eye contact with several servers and not a single person came to help. I would understand if the place was full but there were 3 tables being served. THREE!!! I even saw a server chewing on food while helping customers. I could care less if they are eating but even the servers are eating and I'm not. To make things worse, my order was sitting there for the 18 minutes I was waiting. They weren't waiting for my order to be done. It was done the whole time. Just no one came to help. I understand being busy, I understand prioritizing the customers who are dining in.. but to walk by me around 10 times, make eye contact with me, see that I am waiting, and not ask if I've been helped? That's upsetting. 18 minutes! There was a manager there so I'm not hopeful something will actually happen. But maybe if the owner can see this he/she will have a better understanding of what happens there on a Friday night when the place isn't super busy. read more

I like Buffalo for their jammin' jalapeño flavor. I was so sad when they got rid of it, but then I discovered they have Asian zing! Sometimes we'll just be craving those flavors, and most of the time they have some really neat beer specials. We ended up at this location after a doctor's visit for our teen. We were greeted and served by Diane or Diana, (I'm so sorry! I forget the names!) our server was great! She was handling us and about 3 more tables while I am assuming she was waiting for her relief. She was very patient, smiled, took care of our refills and checked on us multiple times. It wasn't too busy for a Wednesday either, so we were excited because we figured we weren't going to have to wait so long for our food. It started to get busy when we were finishing up, which was about 6ish. Our sampler was good. The boneless wings weren't really hot or warm though, and the cheese was stuck to the chips, as it had been sitting there for a while. All our traditional wings however, we're hot and full of sauces. Our fries were hot, and the celery and baby carrots were for some reason extra delicious and crunchy with our meal! The staff was great at helping each other out brining the food out, the establishment was clean and organized also.
