I came to this location with my adult IDD client for an early dinner. He was not happy to be there and started to have an episode inside of the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were ok and asked if there was anything I needed. There wasn't hardly anyone in the restaurant but my clients' screams did startle some that were there. The staff wasn't afraid, they didn't awkwardly stare, they tried to HELP - no questions asked. Me and my client left about 3 minutes later and I called in my order instead. The manager, Jessie took my order and we went on a car ride to deescalate my client while they prepared our order. When on the phone, Jessie let me know it wouldn't be an issue for him to bring the order out to my car, if that made things easier, which it did. He kept his word and I obtained the order without my client having another break down. I am still amazed about how accommodating they were and so helpful when things could've been different. This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings. I specifically heard good things about their burger so I had to try it out. This particular BWW is larger than some others around the area. The dining area is very large with plenty of tables, booths, and even an outdoor patio area. Plenty of TVs and a bar on one end. I ordered the All-American Burger which is basically a double smashed burger with American cheese on a Challah bun. The burger was pretty good. Surprisingly not very greasy. A good amount of cheese. Unfortunately, the temperature was just mildly warm and the meat was actually pretty dry. I wonder if the patties were make ahead of time and assembled from a bin after I placed the order? The bun was good for what it is but it was too dense and sweet for my own preference. The chicken sandwich was great. The chicken was moist and the breading was clean and crisp. Fries are the default side but I was able to substitute with a side salad. The side salad was pretty good and a decent size. Dressings seem limited to blue cheese or ranch. Unfortunately, our service was mediocre. Our server had a very obvious attitude of not caring and was incredibly pushy and interrupting me mid-sentence to try to walk off before I could even completely my order. The extra crispy seems to soak up the "messiness" of the sauce and infuses the flavor throughout the meat. YUM. Location/Atmosphere: Located just to the west of the currently (continuously) developing Shops at Highland Village area. With the addition of a new entrance, it's easy to access off Justin Rd/407. Target audience: People who love wings, affordable food, comfort food, and 100 TVs and many kinds of other entertainment while you eat/drink. Time Required: 45minutes - 1 hours minimum for dinner when it's not slammed. 45 minutes for lunch, depending on what you order. Pre-Requisites: The bar is 21 and up after 9pm. When there's a playoff game, expect to wait 15 minutes to 2 hours to get a table, people seem to sit and watch the games after they eat, hogging the tables. Open seating in the bar is your best bet on those nights. Food: Wings, burgers, salads, a slew of fried options including mini corn dogs and chicken tenders, kids meals, and some select "healthier" options like the hummus appetizer. Wings can be ordered "crispy" (12 minutes to cook) or "extra crispy" (18 minutes to cook) if you find yourself with soggy and wet wings, or prefer them to have some crisp to them like I do. I have now visited several B-Dubs across the country mostly to grab an oat soda or two and play some trivia when traveling. This location is huge, and in a prime spot there on Justin Road with tons of other shops and restaurants nearby. This store was pretty busy when I stopped in with family to play some prime time trivia and grab a few drinks. We had a good time mainly because we had some great competition for trivia, and our awesome server, Brooklyn, kept our drinks cold and the food out to us quickly.
