Met Karen, she was asking if I gonna order food. I just ate dinner at home & I was ok for a couple of Tsingtoas for now. Really a cool place & judging by everyone's dishes- Super NICE! Karen introduce me to her Mom. This is family owned business & hopefully be back SOON! Thank You Karen & thank you for the Sugar Cane shot! Love this place

Kosmik Fusion was a good dinner experience from start to finish. This is a very low key restaurant that delivers a high profile experience. We were able to read a little bit of the history of the business and how far the owner has come to get to this point and it just makes this place that much better. The rich culture and history line the walls of the building setting the tone for a great meal. We went on a week night and it wasn't very busy maybe 3-4 tables taken. The menu is very simple and our waitress had some great recommendations for what we were lookin for. If you're in the Flower Mound area this is a must try!!

I really like the concept of this place. Execution not so much. If you are looking for good Vietnamese food, this probably isn't the place. However if you are looking for a fun environment with unique bites maybe this is for you. The interior is gorgeous. I love love the decor and I couldn't stop looking at everything and reading their signs. There's a sign in the front that talks about Vietnamese people and their love language which I adore and it really resonated with me. I would definitely come back here for happy hour (3-6pm) for drinks and maybe a light snack. I got the popcorn chicken, the beef pho and the bun thit noung. The popcorn chicken was the best thing we tried. The sauce was solid but the chicken was like cubed chicken breast so it was a bit dry. The bun thit noung had good flavor on the meat but the fish sauce was so so bad imo (coming from a Vietnamese person but my white boyfriend liked it). It was too salty... I feel like it's supposed to be a sweeter fish sauce. The pho was okay... it was missing a lot of dimension in the flavor but not bad. I thought 18$ for pho is criminal but there was a lot of food. Service was pretty good, they were super attentive (maybe a smidge too much) and even packed our leftovers for us. Overall, a pretty good date night spot but just don't have extremely high hopes if looking for authentic Vietnamese food. They are a fusion after all.

Fantastic. This is the kind of refined vibe and menu you'd expect in a high-end urban area, but with warm staff who feel like friends. - Food: TOP tier, truly so good - Bar/beverage menu: extensive and creative - Ambiance: elegant but comfortable, with lots of attention to detail - Service: friendly and fast - Prices: reasonable Add this spot to your go-to rotation. The food is delicious (fresh, balanced, wholesome, filling) and it's a place that would be perfect for friend-group meetups, family outings, or after-work scene.

Came here for lunch. I ordered Thai milk tea and beef pho. The milk tea we great, not too sweet. The beef pho was good too. The server was very nice and attentive. I will be returning and trying other things on the menu.

The makeover from the previous business, "Teaholic," brings new looks while memories of previous establishment are scattered about. The dining room makeover is a noted improvement. We tried a few dishes. They were good. Ordering was a bit confusing with the two menus presented with several overlapped items. Worth going back for another visit. Service was a bit slow. I think we had the bar staff serving our table. This us difficult when out of clear sight. There were only o afew tables seated when we dined. Not horrible, but not what I would expect at this pricepoint.

We wanted to have a new experience and noodles. We got vibrant flavorful food and open, friendly service in a completely welcoming environment. When we arrived we were acknowledge by Victoria with a smile, and a quick comment before we waited to be seated. Once seated she and Mai were our attentive servers and gave us great suggestions. It was genuinely pleasant talking with both of these ladies throughout the evening. We ordered peach tea, matcha milk tea, tamarind noodles and the pork patties. Every single thing was incredible! We planned our next visit before we left.

Kosmik just had their soft opening (it used to be Teaholic) and I was really impressed! The chef came from a Michelin restaurant in another state, and it shows in the food. The rib eye with sauce was outstanding, the fried fish was a standout - crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful inside, with a sweet-tangy tamarind sauce that made it unforgettable. The crispy pork ribs were amazing too. Don't forget to try a fresh salad on the side - it balances the rich flavors perfectly. The vibe was warm and cozy, staff super friendly, and the bar area is beautiful - perfect for cocktails, dates, or just hanging out. Love seeing the owners improve and bring new energy to the area. Highly recommend!

Nice vibe, great food, and even better drinks. The Tamarind Whiskey Sour was amazing. My bf got the Nem Noung Skewers, which I've never heard of, but definitely getting them from now on. Oh, and the fried rice was so good, but I forgot to take a picture

FINALLY, there's a good pho place in Flower Mound! The noodle to broth ratio is perfect and the broth doesn't need any add ins. My partner and I were so delighted by not only the food but the beautiful atmosphere. The restaurant is stunning. The family that runs this amazing spot is very kind and attentive as well. We will be coming back for sure!

The experience was consistent with the same friendly, personal, amicable service that I received it each visit. The food was on par with what I've come to expect. And at Rustico, although the menu had few choices, one could tell that the quality represented there was consistent. Instead of trying to do too many things well, the restaurant has a few really good choices. At the table of six where I was sitting, we had burgers, steak, lamb chops, and I had Seabass. Plenty of different vegetables for sides and everyone satisfied. Not particularly stuffed, which isn't a bad thing. The location didn't seem conducive to big parties and even finding seating for our group of six seemed intrusive to the flow in the restaurant. Grace, our server, did a fantastic job of greeting our table, ensuring that we were well informed about the specials, and also ensured that we didn't miss the opportunity to order some happy hour drinks and appetizers before 6 o'clock rolled around. The only things that I would change would be having accommodations to suit larger parties, and possibly offering some specials that weren't just derivatives of menu items, but were truly special items. Verdict: Go check it out... multiple times. The value of the food and service combine for a well-rounded dining experience.

I made my reservation on Resy. A couple of days later I get a call from the restaurant saying they needed a $25 deposit over the phone, in case we cancel. I have dined at a lot of restaurants but never have I made a deposit upfront, they would just have a card on file and charge it if there is a no show. The lady on the phone (Chelsea) said we would only have 90 minutes at our table, which is standard for most restaurants. Nevertheless we paid $25 and kept our reservation, since Valentine's Day is busy time I figured this was the reason for all of this. Upon our arrival we were seated right away, and as soon as we sat down the hostess let us know that they would need our table by 5:45pm, because that is when the next reservation would be there. Right off the bat I felt rushed. I hated the table we were sat in, because we were so close in proximity to other people. Tycoon is very pretty inside, but if you are not seated in one of their spacious booths, the other tables are so close together, you will definitely hear other people's conversations. Let's talk about the food, I ordered the Lavender Lemonade as my cocktail and that was really good. For our appetizer we had the Deviled eggs, and I was excited because I love Deviled Eggs, but these were just okay. I didn't love how over stuffed they were, I just felt like it was too much. For my entree I had the Chicken Parmesan which I thoroughly enjoyed. I thought my meal was flavorful and the pasta was perfectly cooked. My husband had the sea bass and he loved his food. To end the night we shared their Dessert Trio and that was delicious, aside from the Creme Brûlée because that had no taste. Their service was good. Our waiter was nice and attentive. I definitely didn't feel rushed by him, but the same hostess stood near waiting for me to take my last bite of pasta so she could take the plate from the table. We were watching the time the whole time to make sure we got out of there on time. Overall I was disappointed. I get that Valentine's Day is busy day for restaurants but I don't want to be rushed through a dinner that should be enjoyable.

A short time later, the other bartender came to check if I was ready to order. The menu has "somewhat" improved. Gone is the messy and expensive Seafood Boil. In addition to the regular menu, there was a Wednesday Dinner Special and the Bar Top Bites menus. Of the three items on the Dinner Special menu, only the Cheesecake Basque dessert was on the regular menu, priced the same. Believing the portion size would be appropriate, I decided on The Hottie Calzone from the Bar Top Bites menu. The calzone took about 16 minutes. The server almost served my food to the customer who sat next to me. When the bartender came to check on me, she mentioned the calzone was missing the marinara on the side, and immediately went to the kitchen to grab it. The calzone was smaller than expected. Nor was it as stuffed as hoped. Considering its price was about half of their equivalent 12-inch two-topping pizza, it should have been expected. Because the jalapeño was not overpowering, the combination of the pepperoni, mozzarella, and the peppers was enjoyable. Although I still had an appetite, I passed on dessert. Many of the dessert items were served with caramel ice cream. Not a flavor top on my list. Also, my dining experience was not entirely pleasant. A nearby customer and the manager had a somewhat lengthy discussion about paying for an ice cube. Although it ended before I finished my meal, I was not in the mood to stay longer. In other words, you'd never catch a glimpse of it by simply driving through town (thank goodness for Google maps!) and even many of the locals are unaware of its existence. We did manage to find it though, with hopes that the food would be worth the effort it took to get there. My husband and I both started with caesar salads. Other than being a little heavy on the dressing, they tasted ok. The pecan crusted salmon and mac & cheese were next for me. The coating on the salmon tasted like the same stuff a Thanksgiving sweet potato casserole is topped with. Unfortunately, that's the one thing I never touch because I'm just not a fan of the flavors. Unlike the salmon and salad, there was nothing objectionable about the mac & cheese. My husband ordered a filet that arrived really cold and underdone. It was closer to mooing than medium rare like he requested! Even after they took it back to the kitchen to cook it some more, it came back pretty raw. The chocolate cake we had for dessert was probably the best part of the meal. It was so rich and decadent that we didn't even miss the raspberry sauce (I assumed they purposefully left it out since we got it to go). Considering that the management here has opened and closed so many different restaurants in this same spot, you would think that they would be experts by now at running a successful establishment. But for some reason, they continue to put out the kind of lackluster food that can be found for a lower price at a major chain. At least they can boast having a beautiful view if nothing else.

Certainly there's nothing wrong with doing traditional foods but at the same time a lack of creativity with nothing really new. To go along with that theme it's just basic blocking and tackling when it comes to Vietnamese food with a lack of deep soulful flavor. They don't have tripe, nor did the waiter seem to recognize what that is. I don't know what to make of the service as on the one hand I believe they're trying to be helpful explaining the menu. But on the other hand, it felt like they were watching over me like a hawk for whatever reason while I was eating. About $22 for a bowl of pho ($16) and egg rolls ($6) seems to be on the high side given the lack of taste. Ironically, I feel like the place that occupied this space prior went out of business for mediocre food and high prices. The place is new so maybe a return trip at sometime might yield better results, but for now I would say there are better Vietnamese places albeit another 10-15 minutes away.

This place is just alright. Pho is all about the broth and this venue uses the same broth (chicken,…read moreI think) for all varieties of pho. That was disappointing since it doesn't enhance the type of meat/seafood you selected. Avoid the rib meat pho - it's very fatty. I tried the fish pho and the fish didn't taste fishy at all. The broth can use more flavor. The one thing I liked about Blazing Lotus' pho is that they didn't seem to use MSG. Price point is a bit steep and it may be due to the restaurant being open only a few months. The menu suggests they are still under "soft opening" so there's a chance they can increase prices even more. Venue is nicely decorated and clean. Great place to try once if you're new to this type of food. But there are other places with better price point and flavor. Service was ok. The server was very nice and respectful. We did have a challenge ordering our dishes when we asked for no onions and they seemed to miss the memo.
