Terrible service, completely disorganized staff. Not knowledgeable, they didn't know what buffalo sauce was. Walked in to order lunch to find a long line, someone taking orders on phone and a manager and 2 employees trying to resolve errors in a large order and 3 other staff just talking by another register as people were waiting. Have always been a fan of bdubs. Happened to be shopping near the Hoffman estate's location and went in. It wasn't busy at all and it took 20 minutes for someone to actually come to our table in the lounge area. My wife and I were upset and just walked out when the server came. Informed the manager on out way out and never going to this location. Just sloppy customer service and the typical disingenuous apologies that are all too common in the service industry. read more

This has to be the slowest buffalo wild wings. I called in an order for pickup at 5:30pm was given a pick up time of 6:40pm arrived at 6:30pm and was alerted that it would be another 10-15 minutes. This was fine since I know I arrived slightly early. Unbeknownst to me it was national wing day and this place was packed. Needless to say the young lady at the counter seems pretty nonchalant in her tone and body language. after asking about my pickup twenty minutes later she goes to the back and comes back and states it's not ready yet maybe another twenty minutes due to the high volume of customers why give pick up times and then an updated ready time if you actually don't know when it will be done? Better yet why not tell the customer that there is a high volume of in store orders due to the promo when taking the order. Needless to say my order was not ready until 7:45pm this is unacceptable i tried to get a refund but due to the high volume "no mangers can be found". read more

My college kid took me here. It was the first time I've been to a BWW. This place is just bad. The staff is on auto pilot. The food is below average at best. Our waitress was horrible - her response to what have your got on tap was we have 24 beers which do you want?? She never checked back for food and never offered me another beer. Nice set up for watching sports, staff was friendly enough, went for dinner, waitress recommended a new wing sauce so I got half my wings with that and the other half with barbecue. The wings with the new sauce were really good, I could tell they were just cooked and the sauce was good. went here on 08/20 which was 3 days ago. Got greeted by the host and got sat acouple minutes after. Tables next to ours were very dirty, looked disgusting and unattended. Server took a very long time just to get us waters. There were 4 of us. I ordered the nachos expecting them to be great. I guess that was my first mistake. Our food took literally 45 minutes to get to our table, we were only 4 and didn't order much. Once the nachos got there it was like I asked for plain chips with chili and lettuce. I asked waitress if I could get some cheese on them because that cheese was nowhere to be found. Comes back with just more lettuce and no cheese.. Again. Tables next to us left way before us and by the time we were leaving they were still not clean. My daughter loves your wings . She gets the kids 4 traditional honey barbecue wings. It is really nice that you can sit outside. It is delicious. Everybody is so nice there. This place has went down the drain since new management has taken over! We use to go to this BWW all the time, but now MAYBE twice a month. The food is never fresh, the order consistently wrong, the oil tastes dirty every time we go there. The overall cleanliness also seems to be lacking as of late. What has happened to this place? The servers all use to be so nice, attentive, and friendly, and now you can't get a word out of them. Please do something with this place! Never have I ever had a terrible experience with this location. I've been there countless times, but this Thursday two of my friends, and I received the worst customer service. We arrived at the location and we went up to hostess to request a booth for three, I also asked asked if it was okay for me to have an outside drink (since I had record bought some green tea) the hostess told me it it was okay and that it wasn't a problem, she told us she'd go check to see if there was a booth available or else she's seat us at a table. She never came back... 10 minutes later! The manager comes to the podium and asked us how many people to be seated and again we said a booth for 3 and he replied a with a " a table for 5" first of all where do you see 5 people when there wasn't people in front or behind us. We corrected him again and requested a booth for three people, as he takes us to our booth we go across the restaurant and we noticed that there's plenty of booths empty and we saw our original hostess no where to be found. Before the manager sat us down he told me that my drink wasn't allowed Adam I explained to him that his employee said it wasn't a big deal. Obviously I didn't throw my drink away because I paid for it, so I was forced to to go to my car and leave it there. In the end we ended up eating there, the food is good there's no complain there, they should just fix their customer service. At the end though our waitress gave us a single check when we also requested separate checks from the beginning. Clearly seem like there's a communication and understanding/comprehending problems at this location. Should get fixed. read more

Went to Buffalo Wild Wings because this one is located close to the Sears Centre in Hoffman and Me and my four buddies were catching the Strike Force fights on a Saturday Night. When we got there this place was packed line out the door, but a manager at the door told us to head for the bar so we could get a quick drink. Bartender was all over us quick, even though the bar was full and we were standing behind people sitting down. The guy talked me into a seasonal pale ale beer they had on draft, bit pricey, but it was great. All said and done he had us our drinks inside a minute and pointed us to a table that was heading out, had a cubs hat on so extra points there. The bartenders here are way quicker and more attentive then our usual late night hang out. Our waitress at our table was female and I didn't see too many guy waiters. 1-10 she was a 20. Her name was Corrinne and is definately worth a return trip herself, hot hot hot. Her service was good even though she was obviously swamped. She recommended a Caribbean Spicy Chicken sandwich and it was awesome, one of the best I've had. Wings Mango Hot were excellent as well, kinda small. Their gimmick is their sauces there are a millions to choose from that go on everything. I liked every one that I tried especially the Spicy Garlic. Fries were only mediocre, sort of bland. 2nd Beer was a Big Boy Miller for 3 bucks a steal. Food came out quick even though they were packed, which was a surprise. Bout 30 bucks for 2 beers, sandwich and some wings, which isnt bad. In and out in 45 minutes in time for the fight. This place has TV's everywhere with every college game and the Bulls game too. I wish I had this setup in my basement. Video games in the corners and Jukebox on the wall, but sports was playing on the speakers (fine by me) afterall its a sportsbar. Crowd was 20-30 somethings, not too many chicks probably because of the Stikeforce fights. Few kids here and there. Get there early cause this place was wall to wall people an hour and a half before the show. Bar area was clean, bathrooms reasonably clean for a busy night, just a few paper towels on the sink, but bathrooms smelled somewhat clean. TV's above the urinals is a plus. Tables in the bar area have no backs, kinda uncomfortable, but not bad. The bar chairs have backs, whats the deal with that? Left our car in parking lot, walked to the sears centre, a bit of a hike maybe 15 minutes or so down the street. No big deal to save 15 bucks on parking Back to wings after the fights. Sat at the bar for one last round. Girl bartender Heather all over us again, quick with the drinks which were half the price as the ones at the Sears Centre. 2nd bartender Cubs guy Dean checked in and mixed us some shots. Soco limes, pretty cheap 4 bucks in a glass not some plastic crappy shot glass. Young manager guy came by was bullshitting with us and let us know that Big John McCarthy was eating upstairs. Got a quick autograph, said goodnight to my would-be girlfriend and we called it a night. Overall food was good, service was better, huge menu with all those sauces and we found our new hang out. Heading there on Sunday for the Bears game and definately my pregame spot before events at the Sears Centre. If you haven't been there you NEED to check this place out. Buffalo wild wings is known for their wings, and I was not that impressed. I ordered some boneless wings and then ordered another batch later during a sports game. The inconsistency was ridiculous. Both times I ordered 6 wings and the first order was twice as big and much drier. Other than that, they do have a ton of TV's. read more

I just had dinner here and I must say: Run Away unless you have a long time to spend here. We waited about 20 minutes for a table which is not unreasonable for a Saturday night. When we were seated, they had about 3 tables open that seat 6 people. This restaurant is full of table for large groups, but they make everyone wait. That being said, we ordered our drinks and a Nacho appetizer. The beer arrived quickly. We then ordered our entrees. After a half hour of waiting, we saw other tables being served nachos that had come in after us. Our waiter checked on our nachos and came out with them. Our meal arrived 1 minute later which I sent back to keep it warm. After about 15 minutes, we requested the food. It came out warm, but not hot. Even with the problems we had, a manager never came by. THEY DO NOT CARE! Avoid this location if you can. There is a great sports bar across the parking lot. Just so you know, I have given this location 3 chances to redeem themselves and they have failed each time. read more

I used to come to this location but I go to the Schaumburg one more now. Haven't dined in at this one for a while so I can't comment on that. But last night I placed an order for carry out right before the game. It was a 45 minute wait for the order, which is understandable I suppose on game night. I showed up exactly 45 mins later to pick up, bring the food home, and I'm missing half of my boneless wings. They left out a whole flavor that I had ordered. It's just frustrating that you take 45 minutes to prepare an order and you STILL can't get it right. You have the right order on my receipt and you charged me for it, but you couldn't prepare it correctly? Unacceptable. I couldn't drive back because I didn't want to miss any more of the game but I called and spoke to a "temporary manager" whatever that means, he gave me a $10 credit for my next visit. I guess we'll see if that actually works or not, I have a feeling they're going to look at me with a blank face when I mention it to them. Also, the fries we got with our order were beyond cold. They honestly tasted like they prepared them right as I placed my order and let them sit for 45 minutes. They were hard, cold, and completely gross. Fries should have been the last item they add to the order. Never ordering from bdubs again. I'll dine in at the Schaumburg location but I wouldn't order anything to go. read more

no matter when I come to this place its cold inside. in the summer I was sitting inside and it was freezing, I had to go outside. last night I went again in November and it was cold inside, people around us were wearing their jackets. We asked the manager to lower the air but he did not, we got our wings and they were cold, we sent them back, the manager brought new ones to us without ever saying "sorry", than we tried to ask him again to lower the air and he just walked away. our waitress was great but management is horrible at this place. plus they still have old tube TV's hanging all around....how about some LED tv's? read more

I came to Buffalo Wild Wings with my cast members to celebrate our play we performed. We had a reservation for 20 people but 22 came. Instead of bring two more chairs to the table our waiter (Tony) made four of us sit alone in a separate group on the other side of the restaurant. Also, the other, much larger, group was served way before we were and by the time everyone else finished eating we finally got our meals. This was after waiting more than an hour. We waited a long amount of time for our food and check to be delivered and picked up. We had come in around 10PM and didn't leave until after 12AM. The service was the worst I have ever experienced. They were not very busy so I do not understand why much larger groups (not even with us) that were seated after us got to leave and be fed before us. In addition we only ordered a salad and two sides of macaroni and cheese. And the other, bigger group mentioned that the server didn't give them their change back, they had to go to the desk to ask for their change from the bill. Overall it was very poor service with pretty good food. read more

Terrible service. I work right around the corner and have been here twice for lunch, supremely dissapointed each time. I will not return to this location. Most recent experience: I went with a few people from work for lunch. The server took our order and we waited the standard amount of time for our food. when they brought it out, mine and another person's orders were wrong (I ordered chicken tenders from their lunch special menu, they brought me some kind of sandwich). after waiting 30 MORE MINUTES for the correct food (all others at our table were finished long before) we asked to speak to a manager. the very timid manager came over, and I explained: each time I have chosen to spend money here, my food has been incorrect. I am on lunch and don't have time to fool around while they figure it out. I understand mistakes happen, but 30 MINUTES for a few chicken tenders? the MANAGER (who I would think has decision making capabilities and the autonomy to do so) said he would have to talk to him GM to see what he could do for us. Their solution? 10% off my bill. it didn't even cover the tax on my food. Save yourself the hassle of a staff that doesn't care and go to one of the other 10 restuarants in the same shopping center. read more
