Very much have turned this place around and I'm excited for it! This place was horrible 3 years ago and was alright a few months ago, but it is a lot better now! Service was great. Paige was very attentive and responsive, food order was accurate and quick. Didn't have to wait for anything. Got here around 530, so was in a real slow time either. Keep it up! read more

We meet our daughters and family here at a mid point for all of us. We all placed our individual orders. We ordered teriyaki wings and potato wedges, we'll done. All was tasty. It's quite loud here which made it hard to hear others. The little boys enjoyed all the tv screens. I think there needs to be some maintenance in the women's rest room. One of the toilets wouldn't flush in fact a little girl asked for help, which I tried but couldn't do also the had towel dispenser was not working. read more

Food was as good as expected, we sat at the bar and service was terrible, 25 minutes just to get our appetizer. We watched at least two people sit at the bar looking to order food but service was so slow they had one drink and left. Very disappointing as I love wings and have had much better service in the past. read more

I really want to like this place. Great beer selection good burgers but they just don't change their cooking oil enough. There is a particular look and taste of old oil. It's often the reason your stomach is a bit queasy after eating at questionable place. Attached is a photo of what tater tot's look like when cooked in old oil. Happens a lot here. And if you also fry the boneless wing is the old dirty oil it ruins the flavor. Could be a 4 or 5 star place if they would just change the oil and clean the fryer more often read more

We've been to this location twice so far - great food and excellent service! I read many of the negative reviews. So far, 2 tries, our experience has been very good both times. The food was great. It came out fast and hot. Our server was also very good. We had the same dude as our server both times. He was totally on top of everything, cheery, and attentive without being overbearing. I like the little retail area up front too. I grabbed a bottle of my favorite sauce to bring home with me. As a side note, amazingly, my friend had NEVER been to a Buffalo Wild Wings in his 60 years on this earth, mostly due to being a vegetarian for several decades. He's a picky dude. But he liked BWW and he readily agreed to go back a second time. FYI, the assistant manager was initially a little freaked out with all of my photography. Food was terrible, all boneless were bread and small. There were 3 that were bread only, plus the potato wedges were not fresh and small. Almost like they gave us the bottom of the bag. I doubt if I will return, or recommend this location. read more

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location. We always get great food & customer service. The Woodbury location always seems so crowded and stuffy, this location is definitely our go to spot! The only reason why I did not put 5 stars is because it seems they have much lighter on the lemon pepper dry rub. You can see it in my pictures attached. read more

Was out shopping for the day. Went there on a Sunday to get some stuff to go. Mainly their sauces. Due to the Pandemic they only seat to 50% capacity. There were two big games the day I was there around noon so there was a 'wait'. I believe the. I kinda played that day and then the Packers. So lots of fans out to check out the game. I got my order and sauces for when I cook out. I will be back again now that I know where they are. They are close to the home. Great staff. Clean store. Very fast and efficient. Bottom line just don't go. Short staffed, always dirty tables and bartenders who have no idea how to run the tvs. The food is OK...sometimes your wings might have sauce sometimes they might not. We use to go here weekly or bi-weekly to wach games and after this past visit we will not go again, it has gone so downhill in the last 6 months. The women's bathroom has had a broken toilet and one side of the sink broke for at least a year, I have asked about this, but no one has an answer. It's gross in the women's restroom, not sure about the men's. You will see dirty tables (especially if you sit on the hightops) the whole time you are there. We use to really enjoy the staff and how personable they were and the bartenders would put the noise from the games on to give it that fun Sports Bar feel...not no more. We noticed it's never busy for big games anymore. This BWW should be temporarily shut down and revamped. Please make it how it use to be...fun staff (properly trained) and a Sports Bar feel. One last advice...teach/train waitstaff they should clear plates off tables when people are done and when they leave clear the table. I really want to know what happened to this BWW that use to be busy, fun, clean, with a great staff. read more

Just terrible business all around. First i tried calling the restaurant at least 5 times to order a pick up and the worker kept answering and then hanging up the phone so i had to drive all the way there which is a 30 min drive plus i had to wait for my food to be made which added another hour just to wait for it. And then when i requested for my wings to be wet (because they never put enough sauce to cover the wings) they tell me i have to pay extra when all the other locations do it for free. Overall I would not recommend you to order food from this location. Order from the Oakdale and Maplewood location. And the manager i spoke with was using profanity when i called him out on his lies. Service was horrid. My partner never even got their water they order. Waitress forgot we never recieved our food and dropped the check off. Took forever to even leave. Worst service I have ever had I was giving it a second chance but the time before the waitress was at her server station just talking ran our food out and turned around with our food still in hand and never brought it back for 5 mins.... idk i never going back. The bar is decent. Usually a beer deal or two. Now let me talk about the food.... I never understood how a wing-centric place like BWW could take so unbelievably long to make a batch of wings. With the equipment they have this should be 15 min TOPS. It usually is 30-45 min. And when u get them they usually are cool and barely have sauce or dry rub. I always have to ask for more. Placed a pick up order at this location a couple weeks ago. Got 40 wings and they shorted us on 10 wings. Didn't get the order correct on the sauces for the wings. Also, paid for celery that we never got. Drove a half hour to 40 min for that. Got home and called to complain and the best they could do was send a $25 card in the mail that I NEVER got!! Me and my family of 6 came here at around 1:30 for a late lunch and ended up not leaving until 3:30. We then ordered and waited over an hour just for our food to come out. After we ate when we were paying we found out she charged us for something we didn't even ask for but they just gave it to us. I have never had to wait that long for a meal. We were an coming home from a long trip and had an hour left until we were home. We could have stopped at McDonald's, gotten our food in five seconds and gotten home faster then we were at bww's. My husband I have been coming to this location for years. I also used to work here. Today, we had the worst service we've ever had. We waited 20 minutes to be seated (it wasn't busy when we got there), we waited almost 45 minutes for our food, when we go our food, it was cold. I don't even think I have enough words to describe how horrid my experience was but I will try to share so that I can possibly save the next person the effort and money and hopefully business will suffer enough and they will just get the hell out of my hood. It was a series of events that night that just continued to piss me off and make me want to go into a rage worthy of a buffalo. We went to celebrate my son's birthday (he picked this place much to my dismay) My husband and I arrived first and were seated very quickly. It was still happy hour so we ordered two drinks--we were not told about happy hour food specials! My son and family arrived right after and it was still happy hour at the time of his arrival---She proceeded to ask what he wanted and then told us about the food specials. We decided to order a few apps and guess what happened? When she went to ring it she said oh --i'm sorry it is three minutes after and I cannot punch it in at those prices now.....Seriously???!!! That really started me off on the wrong foot. If it were just me I would have walked at that moment. But we said WHATEVER.....AND skipped the apps and just placed our orders. I totally feel like you get ass-raped on product and price at this place.....The only thing I think that is a value on the menu is the chicken sandwich---it was decent and not badly priced for the portion. Our servers were available but not that chirpy or helpful. The ladies bathroom is one of the filthiest I have been in EVER! It made me throw up a little in my mouth. I've had good experiences and bad ones at various Buffalo Wild Wings. I come to these establishments for that Caribbean Jerk and also for local craft beers. I came here for the Surly Furious and was not disappointed. However, in general I wasn't disappointed either. It seems to be a pretty good BWW. The place was clean and busy which are two good things for such restaurants. My server was Jordan. He was attentive at just the right level but prior to things getting going he and I discussed beer options. He was knowledgeable, pulling from past experience, and quite relatable. Someone else came out with the food but she came back to check on me also. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. I think it's easy to hate on places like these and hell, sometimes rightfully so, but today, when I sat down just before the Tuesday night dinner rush, I had a great experience. Something must be right because the place is packed now with happy people. read more

Visited this location on a Wednesday night. First off, the ass hat bartender never had his mask off his chin for the entire 70 minutes we were there. This location is the worst at managing takeout. Of my last 5 takeout orders, some ASAP and others ordered well in advance, they were all 20-40 minutes past the scheduled pick up time!! I chalked up to COVID initially, but it doesn't matter what time of day even if I order at slow periods in the day. So frustrated that I won't be placing more orders. If you're trying to keep business going despite lower capacity then staff differently and change your process to keep your loyal/local customers coming back!!! read more

We have been to this Buffalo Wild Wings many times both to eat in and to-go. Today we ordered $50+ worth of wings to-go. We asked for veggies with the wings. In the past they have given us enough carrots and celery for a family of 6, there are 4 of us. This time we received 5 celery sticks, one of which was brown, and no carrots. I called to complain and "Jake" let me know he gave us what we ordered, and would not let me talk to the manager. After I bid him a goodnight, we ate. We went there last night to grab something to eat. So we got some nachos we started eating and then noticed it was cold on the eage and we could still some cheese not melted. We have 4 kids, 3 of which still order off of the kids menus. We love B Dubs and have for years BUT the bait and switch with the children's menu drink is certainly something that will drive us away. We've complained before to mgmnt.....but still happening. Kids order a drink...order off of the kids menu....and all of a sudden there is a $2.99 charge per kid is on the tab for a soda because it came in a glass cup vs. a plastic kids cup (was never mentioned as an option) ......I brought it up AGAIN to mgmnt (Joe) tonight and he seemed to be surprised. I hope the few bucks in kids soda is worth the $1000's that I'll spend elsewhere. On the kid's menu, drink is included but unless you specify the drink in the actual kids cup, you get charged for a regular soda price (around $3). I have no idea who convinced you this is a good idea but there is nothing but greed and ill-intentions behind this strategy. If I have to look at my detail receipt EVERYTIME to confirm that you have not ripped me off.....I'd rather take my business elsewhere...... Come on BW, focus on what is important....train your staff! In summary.....Food is good...Service is good... but the shady bait and switch with the kids bev menu will drive us to the many other local options. In a competitive industry that is evolving around service and pricing, I'd like to see this deceptive marketing practices discontinued. We spend $75+ each time we come with our family of 6 (2-3x per mo) and I'm getting ready to discontinue patronage here.....ridiculous. read more

Went into Buffalo Wild Wings in Hudson around 10:30 pm to get off the roads for the terrible storm. Our server, Lori, was terrible to us. Was very impatient when we didn't know what we wanted right away, no smiles, and no thank you's, granted we were thanking her all night. We found a hair in our nachos and she did not apologize and seemed annoyed to have to comp the item. Couldn't even fake a smile when she thanked us before we left. I love BWW, but the one in Hudson is not good. I don't know if management is new, but so unorganized. The food takes forever when you're there, and if you order takeout I would guess you'll be waiting longer than you would if you'd just have eaten at the restaurant. I complained after one particularly bad time and the manager offered me a bogo traditional snack wing. I politely declined. Giving this a 3 because I don't want the Hudson economy to lose this chain, but I'll be trying Woodbury moving forward. read more

I'm so over chains. Because they are chains, they can get away with charging for sub-par food that was prepared and handled thoughtlessly with no apparent concern that at some point, someone else will have to eat it. Last night we went to the BW3's in Hudson, WI. It was at a convenient midpoint to meet friends and this is the kind of place we'd all been coming to for years and knew it would have a relaxed environment with no food surprises. I thought the whole point in belonging to a chain was the consistency, but apparently I was wrong, because the food that was brought to our table was far from being the best meal I've had from this chain. Granted, we still ate what was brought to the table. But this was only because it was late and we were really hungry--and also because we were with some new people we'd never met before and didn't want complaining and sending food back to be the first impression we gave. Between the two of us, we ordered a burger and two different kinds of the boneless wings. When we put the order in, the server had forgotten to ask how we wanted the burger prepared so when it came to the table, it was not well-done, but over-done. There was a thick, black crust around the entire patty and the meat inside was dry and chewy. The fries that came with the burger were cold. The wings were partially dry, as in, they were only halfway dipped in the sauce and they had also been sitting out for quite some time before they'd been brought to our table. It was pretty disappointing and I don't plan to ever return to this particular location. There was a Minnesota Wild game while we were there so it was pretty crowded, but this is a sports bar, so my expectation is that they be able to handle this. One positive: every single employee we encountered was super friendly and quick to smile. read more

We were in the bar on a Saturday night and the Twins and the Brewers were on the TV's so lots of excited sports fans...(which I always thought was the target crowd) So when the manager walked up to a group of guys at the bar who had just finished cheering and warned them that another outburst like that was gonna get them kicked out...Well my desire to go back to at least that particular location instantly dropped! 9 out of 10 times I go to BWW for the games and the fun envirornment. It seems that Hudson's store is not looking to promote that. I'll go back because it's the closest BWW to my house, but I will look for other more crowd friendly establishments first! read more
