I have been to this location several times with family and friends and have always had a pleasant experience. I like going on bogo tuesday and 65 cent wing thursdays. Once in a while they dont have enough sauce on the wings but they have always been nice enough to give me cups of sauce when requested. I ended up going to the bar to have a beer, and the bartender was really funny and made my experience better. Stopped with my wife for an app and some boneless wings, we've always patronized BWW...very disappointed. French fries came hot and were good, chips and salsa were good but we ordered boneless and were given traditional bone in wings. They took them back and brought us boneless wings in about 2 minutes. Those were horrendous, seemed rubberized and the knife barely cut them. The meat was so dry and the coating was so touch and rubbery it was gross. Maybe they had re-heated these multiple times in a microwave? They were far from fresh, had to be days old and reheated multiple times. Worst we have ever had. Super disappointed. read more

Didn't realize I needed to clean my own table and wipe it down in order to have someone come and offer my a beer, I couldn't even get that. Thank god the bartender let me order a beer and even gave me a bar rag to wipe down the table! Best part of it all is the server didn't even want to wipe the table down and instead decided to pick up food from previous customers and throw it on the floor... too bad the stains from all the sauces couldn't be removed by her picking other noticeable crap off the table. We went to this location last night and were less than pleased with the food quality and management. There was a table of four of us, we ordered our food, and everything after that was downhill. My wrap with fries was the first to arrive, my fries were cold but I refrained from saying anything because we were starving. After we waited an additional 15 minutes my fiances BOGO wings came out, both cold. Another 15 minutes went by and our friends bone-in wings and appetizer came, the app was requested to be out before the wings. Our server came over and informed us it was last call for drinks, we asked her if she had any idea when the fourth persons food would be coming. She said she would go and check in the kitchen, she came back 10 minutes later to let us know the kitchen is working on it and her manager would be over. We cancelled his order since it has been almost an hour of waiting for a 10 piece order of BOGO wings. We waited another 10 minutes for the manager to arrive. When he finally got there there was no apology, no ownership taken of the situation, and only excuses provided. He stated that they bring the food out when it is up in the kitchen so that is why orders are staggered. He also said he was busy with the rest of the restaurant and he couldn't get here sooner. Again there was zero apology, the only compensation given was to take the wings off that our friend never received, and then he left. I will say our server was very nice and was overly apologetic. Our entire dining experience took two hours for one of ours friends never to get his food. I have worked in the industry as a manager for years and try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but this situation and the way it was handled left a very bad taste in my mouth. I was very disappointed in the lack of empathy, lack of communication, and lack of care for our situation from the manager. These are hard times and we try to eat out at least once a week but we will be taking our business elsewhere after this experience. read more

I've been to a lot of BWW in my life. This one by far is the worst. Unfortunately, I keep going back because of BOGO Tuesday and giving them more chances than I should. Only a handful of times have I been satisfied. Wings are usually undercooked and rubbery. Staff is annoying and slow. The only staff members I've had good experiences with are the bartenders. 90% of the time I have been there, I have ordered online. Here's the thing: If your website says my food will be done in 20-25 minutes, and I show up 45 minutes later and ITS STILL NOT DONE...there is a problem. Get your SHI* together BDUBS! read more

I dine in at BWW quite often and had quite a few reward points. So, I decided to use some of them on a pick up order. After having problems getting the system to accept the order I went to the location to make sure it was actually being made. It wasn't, but the reward points were removed. Spoke with the manager and after 10-15 minutes it was resolved, the order placed. Then came the truly absurd part, I got charged a "pick up" fee. What kind of sorry ass money grab is that? Charging me for coming to the location and picking up the food. There isn't a "dining in" fee, so why is there a "pick up" fee? There is no extra work for a pick up order and even less work than if I were dining in. Who thought this is a good idea? I will never be ordering pick up again and will recommend that no one else order for pick up either. Thanks for doing the work for us, have an extra fee for doing it. read more

My family has been to this location many times over the years, though in the last eight or so it has been decreasing in frequncy as time goes by. The food keeps going downhill, with barely any sauce on the wings, lukewarm food, etc. Compared to other locations, I would have to say this is the worst for quality that I've been to - and I travel a lot for my job. Tonight even the service was bad - about 10 minutes from order time to getting drinks, slow appetizer, no napkins or trays with the nachos, didn't put buffalo sauce on the buffalo chicken salad, etc. Occasionally we figure we'll give them another try, but at this point we are done. Come on BWW - burgers and wings aren't that difficult. This location seriously needs to step up its game. read more

i mean it's buffalo wild wings of course it's good. the food is awesome, the service is always good, and the tvs everywhere really add to the atmosphere. the wings there are so amazing, i've never had a bad one. (i mean there were some flavors i didn't particularly like but the wings were always high quality) it's a great place to go and watch sports ! wings i recommend: teriyaki, asian zing, bbq! there are a lot of great flavors but those are my favorite. the dry rub wings also are really good. the salt and vinegar french fries are so good ! it is my favorite place to go with my family, and i will take my future kids there some day. it has a bar atmosphere, but very kid friendly. there is outdoor seating if you want to eat outside, too! overall, it's a great restaurant, great food, great atmosphere. read more

Most disappointing BWW ever. We love BWW and have been to many in several states. Food is good as always but extremely rude, slow service. There had to be close to 10 servers just milling around on a saturday afternoon. They would congregate in groups and not make way for patrons. With all those servers you would think we would get service right away but no we had to flag someone down then wait 35 min for wings with a restaurant that was 1/3 full. Probably by far the worst buffalo wild wings ever, and we love going to Buffalo Wild Wings. Have been here a few times and every time it is an awful experience. Will most likely not be back to this one. Typical Saturday night, nothing special going on so not super busy. It took us about an hour to get out food. That is just unnecessary with the amount of staff that were working. When we got out food the wings were extremely dry. Barely any sauce. Naturally when we were waiting we each downed 2 beers because it took so long which realllllyyyy raised the bill at the end. I'm not one to leave a bad review for anything but out of all the times I have come here I've never had such an experience. I ordered take out last night and got my food in the time it was done drove 10 mins to eat my food and the fries tasted like they were stale or sat out under the heat lamp for a while. One of our meals were suppose to come with chips and salsa and the salsa wasn't there. On the bag it said who reviewed our order so it should've been checked to make sure it was there. I wasn't really that upset about that, but I tried to call and let them know about it nice and civilized and the phone wasn't answered. I tried again someone answered and said they would get their manager. I was put on hold and then it was like they picked up the phone and hung up right away. I figured maybe it was a mistake so I called again, no answer, called one more time and they said the manager wasn't available at the moment and they would call me back. Didn't take my number because they "had it saved" I never got called back. Yes I was calling to complain (which is something I never do) but it was more like hey you need to know this happened and they didn't even seem to care. I was pretty disappointed in this experience. I've never had someone not ever care about a customers concerns and I hope that changes. read more

Lots of televisions to distract you from the fact you are paying a great deal of money for chicken that is served on what amounts to a cheap paper plate. This is the absolute worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever been to. It took forever for anything to come to our table and when it finally did, it was cold. After spending over an hour there, our waitress was nowhere to be seen. We had to ask another staff member to find our waitress so we could get our check- only to overhear them coming out of the bathroom mocking us (right behind our table) saying it's not their problem that everyone wants to leave while they're in the bathroom. After another 15 minutes we had to ask the manager for our check because our waitress was nowhere to be seen- which seemed like an inconvenience for him as well. I now understand why there were a total of 2 people eating there- all of which didn't look the slightest bit pleased. From the disgusting bathrooms, the cold food, and the horrible customer service.. don't even waste your money here. You'll end up getting sick once you get home anyway. read more

We are regular customers and have been going to this BWW for a long time. Unfortunately, the service has been getting increasingly worse over the past year. We met another couple there on Friday and this experience put us over the top. Service was terrible. We had to waive our waitress over every time we needed anything, which then was met with a very poor attitude as if we were bothering her. Our food took over an hour to get and then was the wrong order. Another 30 minutes we finally received our order. In the meantime, would have to waive someone over to get drinks. We asked to speak to the Manager and was told she was in the back and would not come out front. We are done going to BWW and will move to another local place for food and drinks. read more

We ordered wings and a salad on a slow Wednesday night at 9pm. The wings didn't come until 940. They looked dry and nasty because they probably had been sitting out for half hour. The salad didn't come because they had forgotten. We reordered the salad which took another 15 min. The server seemed annoyed that we asked him for a water. He couldn't remember who got what dressings. Then it took forever to get our checks. Once he swiped the cards he couldn't remember which card went to who.
