This is my second review for this location however we've seen the highs and lows...but consistency is just not there. Service has improved and the staff has been pretty attentive even at its busiest....however when you're not busy, please stop refrying pre-fried wings then tossing them in sauce. My dad and I ordered 2 fries and 10 lemon pepper wings. The fries were good and warm but the wings were the total opposite. The wings were barley cooked all the way and when my dad called up there they wouldn't even answer the phone. Even after calling multiple times they wouldn't pick up. Good thing we ordered 2 fries because that's all we had to eat for dinner. I hope when my dad goes up there we get some sort of compensation because this is ridiculous. What I got looked like they'd cut all the meat off the bone for their bites and fried the bone in the skin. There was no meat to taste.
