Chicken wing were way under cook but she said the kitchen manager "checked" everything before it went out. Missing sauces that I paid extra and try to make it my fault by defending the employee that said she open my boxes for me but didn't. This place is an unorganized mess. It wasn't busy AT ALL. The waitress took our order, 15-20min pass and 1 order comes out (my order of wings and fries and my boyfriends fries) Waitress said my boyfriend's wings would be out in just a minute. We wait around and waitress went MIA for at least 10 minutes. At this point my entire meal & my boyfriend's fries are cold because I didn't want to start eating without him having his meal. Waitress finally brings out my boyfriends wings after almost 15 minutes off waiting, maybe longer. About 20 mins goes by she comes over to us and says "I'm So sorry I forgot to put your order in, but I'll put your food at the top of the list". About 15 mins goes by and food comes to table except it's not at all any of the wing flavors we ordered. We let her know it wasn't ours and she says well I can't take it back so you can have it, your order should be out in a minute. 30 mins goes by and our correct food finally arrives but missing my coleslaw. At this point I was already so over it I didn't even bother to let her know it was missing. My Daughter wanted dessert so we asked for the check and the dessert to go. Few mins later they bring it on a plate. Tell them it was for to go. 5 mins later it comes out in a to go box. Finally pay and still got charged for the coleslaw that I never received. As a patron, I don't care what the excuse is, you bring me the drink then figure the back end out later. The service continued to be slow, between filling waters, asking for extra napkins, we even asked for extra sauce for one set of the wings because they were dry, but by the time she finally brought it, we only had two wings left and were charged an extra $1.25 for the sauce. Again, I realize this restaurant just opened so I'm not going to knock it hard. I go to many Buffalo Wild Wings and always have great service. I have visited BWW on several occasions. The food is good - but, the service is horrible. On two occasions, it took my server about 15 minutes before they came to my table. Once they delivered my food, I never saw them again. One time I had to go to the bar and ask for my check, as I waited about 20 minutes for my server to bring me my check - NADA! I was seated as soon as i walked in and the place sure looks better on the inside than the shopping center looks on the outside. Let me give you a realistic review then most. This is a brand new restaurant, which means a brand new staff (including management). This is most of the employees first job. In the beginning, of course it is not going to be perfect. The staff is still learning and will only get better. Friday nights 7pm-9pm are the busiest, so expect to get your food out 40min-1 hour. You simply cannot get mad at the restaurant for having a full house (plus loads of takeout orders) and expect your food to come out quick. With all honesty, the kitchen is not bad, they just can't handle it when it gets too busy. So if you see the restaurant is filled, your food will take over 30 minutes WHEN ORDERED. The best time to come for a fast meal is 11am-6pm. After 6pm (Friday, Saturday, Tuesday and Thursday) the chaos begins. Do not blame the servers for your food taking forever. Understand that they do not have anything to do with the kitchen and can only do so much. So don't let your food wait time affect their tip. That is unfair to the servers. Most guest are impatient and expect everything to be perfect. If you do not have patients, Friday nights are days you want to avoid. This restaurant will progress and be better by the end of summer. The service isn't bad, most employees are fairly great at their service. It's just the kitchen that has troubles when busy. Give the staff time to get used to the fast pace. This area has been waiting forever for a Buffalo Wild Wings to open, so understand it gets busy quite a bit. The servers care about getting your food out as soon as possible! I promise they are in the kitchen trying to get your food out! It's stressful when many customers are yelling at you, so don't be too hard on the young staff. I'm a former employee who has been with Buffalo Wild Wings for 3 years. I've worked at different locations, including this one. Almost all the reviews are negative about service, but don't realize these team members are BRAND NEW. They won't know the menu 100%, they make minor mistakes too, even if they do make major mistakes.. Get a manager involved and get your food worth your money. They want you to have a good experience. 12pm-2pm = lunch rush, not so busy, not so dead either. (15-25 min wait time, sometimes sooner!) Order an appetizer while you wait! 2pm-5pm = your food will come out quick. These are the slowest time of the day. After 6pm = it starts to get busy. Especially on weekends. Once 7pm hits, expect 45min-1hour wait time for food until 9pm. The kitchen is slammed with rows of tickets. ESPECIALLY ON FRIDAYS. So grab a beer and be patient. Wednesday's, Monday's, not too bad at all... The busiest days are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday nights. Overall, 3 stars for the restaurant but after a couple more weeks it'll be a easy 4-5 stars when kitchen improves. read more

First of, the place had a weird smell at 7:00 pm. The floors were dirty like really dirty and sticky. We got seated right away and our waitress was right over, took our order and got our drinks. We ordered the special beer which was a seasonal goose island pale ale. Food took a while to get out. We had the fried pickles which had a weird texture almost like they were cooked the day prior and just got warmed up. The sauce for them also tasted off. I dont like that when your ordering it just says small medium or large. I would really like to know how many wings in those order sizes. Well we got a large which is 20 wings and get up to 4 choices. We got the Asian Zing, lemon pepper, garlic parmesan and bourbon bbq. Garlic parmesan wings were drenched in sauce and yes that also smelled weird.
