This sports bar has gone down in the years. It once had great food and great service. But now it only has the service. The food has gone down way too much. It now is with apple bees in my opinion. It seems like everything is just microwaved or precooked. With the prices going up doesn't mean the food quality will improve. Also the volume of the sound system is too loud. I understand if there is a sporting event going on and people came to see it. But on a Tuesday when nothing is happening why can't I talk to the person across the table or bar. They ultimately need to redo how they cook their food to win back their fan base. read more

The food is okay, the wings overhyped imo. Definitely don't recommend the cauliflower wings. Staff is fairly friendly. Burgers are alright.

Yummy food, great menu options. Affordable for restaurant eating. Service is amazing! I particularly love their burgers ... not really a wings kind a gal, but so appreciative for the other options. It can be a bit loud in there, but seating options allow for conversation. read more

My experience at this restaurant was OK. The server was friendly enough but didn't check on our table very often at all and my glass spent minutes at a time empty. I ordered 15 boneless buffalo wings and to my delight the wait wasn't long at all. Plus there was a great ambiance and a good amount of people with good games on the tv's. My wings arrived and were disappointing to say the least. Some parts of the wing was drenched in sauce while other parts were bone dry. some wings were good and some were putrid. I have been to several Biffalo Wild Wings, all over this country. Love their boneless wings and variety of wing sauces. But this location, in Hutchinson, MN, is by far, the worst franchise lication I have ever been into. I have given this location 4 different trys. And not on one single occasion, was the food up to standard. And the service is worse than any restaurant that I have ever eaten in. Sat at the bar ..after my food came no one asked me if I needed anything.I like to sit at the bar for conversation but no. I've been here a few times now. The food is pretty standard chain restaurant style, but they put effort and always good! All the servers and bartenders are great! Managers are present and making sure the restaurant is running smoothly. I had Hanna tonight as my bartender. She was just fantastic! I work in the industry and have been eating out quite often lately. Hanna just blew me away. It's been a long time since I had such a sweet, attentive, and perfect bartender. Incredibly busy for a mid afternoon Saturday. This made our service spotty. The waitress seemed to be overwhelmed by the larger party & then having other tables to boot, so we waited quite awhile for our drinks as well as our check. There's not a ton of options for wings in Hutch, but these guys satisfied my need there. Their special wing sauce, Crimson Citrus, was really good. Although, our server admitted to not having tried it. Seems kinda necessary for a specialty item. If the service would've been better, probably would've tacked on one more star. read more

I got the worst service I've ever had at this Buffalo Wild Wings. I stopped here on my way home from the airport for some late night dinner. I figured I'd sit at the bar because I was going to have a beer. We ordered beers, and an appetizer after being asked what we wanted to start with. The bartender was taking tables in the bar area (which should be no problem). We finished our appetizers, and finished our beers. The last 5 times I have been here I got food poisoning each night. I normally use to get the wings with mild sauce. After getting food poisoning twice from that I tried the cheese curd burger and received food poisoning from that. I tried that wings again and same result. Lastly, I tried the nacho's, they were tasty but received food poisoning again. I will not return to this location, maybe never go to a wild wings again as it is not the same food as it use to be several years ago. read more

I've been here on multiple occasions. It is fairly new and was built in the parking lot of the mall. Getting there is kind of confusing but there is plenty of parking. They also have outdoor seating which is a plus. The wait staff has issues counting sometimes. On a few occasions I have ordered 18 wings and only received 12. So make sure you count your wings! read more

I'm not a fan. We've been half a dozen times and each time has had less than stellar service. Their food is pretty consistent each visit. I just think it's a little overpriced for what you're getting. I do like the local flair in this chain's location. All the servers wear hutch apparel and they is a lot of hutch memorabilia too. My first time at a Buffalo Wild Wings. Came here with colleagues and my boss for business trip. Happy hour going on and everyone had wings except for me. I ended up with the salad which was pretty good. Waitress was attentive and had great service here. Plenty of TV screens to watch the baseball games. Not too busy early in the evening so nice atmosphere. read more

Very disappointing visit. I love me some Buffalo Wild Wings, but this visit left me flat. Ordered the boneless wings with mild buffalo sauce, and potato wedges with shredded cheese melted in top. The wings were not only nearly devoid of sauce, but they appeared to have been under a heat lamp for a very long time. The potatoes had a little cheese on them, I guess, but it was VERY little cheese. Not only that, but it felt like we were eating either in a refrigerator or in the patio in early March. It was frigid in there! Definitely won't be going out of my way to come here again. Maybe the BWW in St Cloud will be better. read more

Stopped here for a bite instead...when our favorite place was overpacked. Crappy service on March 17. Sat by back door by bar. Waitress rarely checked on us. Food order was wrong. Asked for ranch. Got ranch 15 minutes later after asking again. My date received his food 15 minutes after mine because it was wrong the first time. My burger was very over cooked. Edges were even crispy. Water was empty and promised to be refilled but too late. Bill was wrong too. We were charged for three meals. But that was corrected. Not impressed. read more

I get the whole COVID crap but the fact I called ahead of time told them a family of 12 and made a reservation they made us choose who we wanted to sit with. When family from Kansas and others from other cities came together to have a family meal today but was told tables can't be pushed together then said because people need to be six feet apart but how is that when I can put my arm behind me and touch the guy behind me with out even trying. My boyfriend and I have been coming here every Sunday to watch the football games. It tends to be a little crowded (after church rush and it's football season!) but I've never had a problem with efficient service! Food sometimes takes a bit but it is always phenomenal!
