Took a friend here for Birthday. Used to be his favorite place. They have changed the menu and prices have went way up!! I didn't like it. Service was very slow. Way to loud and food was horrible!! Staff is friendly, with each other. If you're not from around here then they definitely make you feel that way. Wings were pretty good, appetizer took 3 times to get it right. While traveling you expect a bartender or two to try and make you feel like it's your neighborhood bar. Always kept my beer full... just didn't have anything else to say. Absolutely TERRIBLE experience. I'm never one to complain. I am always understanding when an establishment is in a rush or busier moment. However, this was just unacceptable. My family and I decided to eat here on 3/2 to celebrate my sisters birthday. We arrived at 5:30 and was seated immediately. 20 minutes go by and we have not even been asked what we would like to drink, we hadn't even been approached by anyone. We asked the hostess what was going on since literally everyone seemed to avoid stopping at our table. She said the server for that table was not in yet and we were told someone should've picked us up. Nothing. Finally someone stops and takes our drink order. It came out wrong, no big deal, mix ups happen. We placed our food order about 6:00. 7:30 rolls around, still no food and every since person/group that was seated after us had eaten and left. We were only a table of four and an baby. At this point we were very irritated. We had an infant with us who was starting to act out because she was hungry as well as we all were starving. Our food finally comes and my food tasted as if it has been microwaved. The fries were hard and the chicken was terrible. We ask to speak to a manager. By the time the manager comes over, our waitress stated "I didn't know there was an issue." We hadn't seen our waitress other than one time in between ordering and receiving our food. When we asked her about our food she said we were the second ticket. How is that possible when it was 7:00 and we placed our order at 6:00? The manager was not helpful at all. Offered 25%. My mother began to state this is why we stopped coming here because of the service in which a remark was made on "why do you come here if it's always an issue." I have never been more displeased with service at any other establishment nor have I ever written a review on a place before. But this, this was just unacceptable. We all went home hungry because our food was terrible. I can promise we will never go back to a Buffalo Wild Wings after this encounter. read more

Sadly, I like BDubs food which is why I come here. The service is HORRIBLE. I've never had a polite or timely waitress/waiter. Managers are awful too- they stand near the host/hostess stand and giggle at whoever happens to be talking to them. The one in Portsmouth is just as bad (service-wise). Maybe BDubs wants the service to be terrible. I imagine the training they go through is as simple as: "Hey, can you ignore those people? And for how long?" God, these servers are an abomination against good restaurant staffs everywhere. Jesus Christ, I've had friendlier and better service at a McDonald's. Anyway, great food! read more

B Dubs is generally meh. This one is the worst I've been to. By far. Unclean tables. Understaffed, which is management's fault not your server's. Food is a 3/10 and overpriced. Generic beers, on and on. This mode of establishment went out of style in 2008. It's largely for high schoolers now. read more

My wife and I had lunch at the Buffalo Wild wings on Feb 27, 2019. It was not a very good experience. First off, the water was terrible and the Ice Tea made with it was not drinkable. In a town where there the water is bad, there is no excuse for not using bottled water. I had a sampler with both kind of wings, my wife just had the boneless wings. The wings with the bones in were excellent, moist, fresh and hot. The boneless wings were not wings at all. They were breaded chunks of chicken, fried and sauce poured on them. They were bad. You had to scrape the breading off to eat them. They should not be allowed to advertise them as "wings". The meal was over priced especially considering the poor quality. However the waitress service was very good. read more

Extremely disappointing. Diminishing beer list, the two I asked for they didn't even have. Settled on a Guinness and it was obviously poured improperly out a dirty tap and it was completely flat. Had a terrible experience with their take-out/catering. Ordered 200 traditional bone-in wings in four different flavors (50 of each) on a Thursday for a party I was throwing for my son that Sunday. He is heading to basic training for the Marines later this month and this party was a going-away type of thing. My fiancé went that Sunday to pick the wings up. When he got there, he had to wait 10-15 minutes to get the order because it wasn't ready yet. He brought the wings home and we set them on the table. About an hour after that, we opened one of the pans and noticed the wings were boneless. We went down the table opening each of the pans and 3 of the 4 pans of chicken were boneless. The one pan of bone-in wings didn't even have 50 in it. There was maybe 25 in there. I called the next day and spoke to a manager. He said he would call me back in 10 minutes. I waited 20 and decided to call him back. He said his boss wanted to talk to me and handle this and she would call me back. I waited about an hour and she never called. So, again, I called back and spoke to the manager again and this time he told me the store manager would call me back. I ended up missing her call. I called her back the next day, today, and she all but called me a liar. Kept asking me why I didn't call the night I picked them up and I tried to explain that with as many young 18-20 year old men that were all heading into basic within the next month or so I had at this party, I didn't have time to make a phone call that night, and if I did I doubt they would've been able to hear me. She said she had to discuss this with corporate and would call me in 15 minutes. When she did call me back, all she could offer were her apologies. I wasn't even asking for a full refund. I spent $140 on an order that was completely wrong. And because someone, a manager, messed my order up when I placed it, I am just stuck. I advise anyone that needs a large order of wings to not get them from here. It was a complete waste of money. I will NEVER visit this Buffalo Wild Wings again. read more

This is by far one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is served quickly and is of a high quality. The appetizers that I have had here haven't been the best (I could make better versions at home) but have been satisfying all the same. The range of sauces and seasonings is the best I've ever seen in an established chain of restaurants. For anyone that likes sports, you're in luck. While I am not a fan of sports, anyone that is will be very pleased with the wide range of televised sporting events. The trivia activities are very fun and can even be challenging at the same time; requiring some real thinking. Some of the tables can have small children that at times can be loud and disrupting, but it is not the fault of the staff or management. When leaving the building, I'd advise you check out their small counter, where you can buy any of the sauces or seasonings listed on the menu. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Great food, good pricing and friendly staff. I'd recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone. read more

The service here is usually either decent or really good. Tonight I dined here with my family and received EXCELLENT service by the manager, David. After we were seated and 10 minutes went by I got up to see if we actually had a server. The first person I saw was David and I just simply asked if our server knew he/she had been sat a table. He immediately took our drink order and then waited on us the entire meal. This impressed me, that he didn't just go yell at the server whose section we were in. He took the responsibility upon himself and provided us with great service. Kudos to David!! You need more staff like him. read more

You would think a place that specializes in wings would know how to cook them, but even the dry rub wings come out with soggy skin, almost as if they weren't deep fried. Even when you tell them specifically before you order that wings are supposed to be crispy, they will still bring you soggy wings. Avoid this place at all costs, I've eaten wings in almost every state and every major city in this country and this place ranks at the bottom. read more

Our family decided to give this place a try on a weeknight. Service was VERY slow even though we had not one but two servers, place was not crowded so don't know what their excuse was. Wings were nothing special, served in a dinky PAPER bowl, why so expensive then? Meat in burger was thin, dry, tasteless and COLD. Bun was STALE.
