Been to this location a few times and the waitress Val is great. She's very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. The tacos on Wednesday's are amazing and I love the Parmesan flavored wings. The liquor is a hit and miss depending on who the bartender is There's plenty of TVs in there to watch any game especially the NBA playoffs since it's that time of the year. The crowd is ehh! If I want to interact with a more diverse type of people then I'll probably head to Addison for that or another location. I'm going to sum this up in so many words; staff and Manager clearly don't care about the cleanliness of this establishment, dirty tables never cleaned and there were plenty of staff to assist with such. This review is indicative of just this location, not Buffalo Wild Wings as a brand. While Buffalo Wild Wings in general isn't as good as it once was, it's twice as bad as it ever was, and this particular branch is an exceptional example. I arrived on Sunday and waited to be seated. The staff passed by numerous times, and pretended to be oblivious of my presence. I finally flagged somebody down, which required a great deal of sticktoitiveness. The host seemed exasperated, and acted as if we raised his hackles purposefully simply by waltzing in. I attempted to order a beer (Sierra Nevada Storied Golden Ale) and they no longer carried it, then I attempted to order an alternative beer (Ballast Point Sculpin) which they didn't have either, I finally settled on a tertiary option (Stone Ripper) and they did in fact have that. However, I was delivered a Coor's Light. I again garnered the attention of a server, which was onerous, and he claimed to have already realized the faux pas. I then went on to order some other items, and unsurprisingly they did not have the wing flavor I wanted (Jammin' Jalapeno). I begrudgingly decided on a burger and opted for onion rings to accompany it. Of course the burger came out with fries instead of onion rings. While the burger was justifiable, after so many gaffes it was impossible to really enjoy. The menus are basically Sisyphean literature, which serves no actual purpose. While I have fond memories of Buffalo Wild Wings from years ago, I think they have been heavily soiled by not just this specific visit, but many before it. This place is absolutely awful. Normally this our go to restaurant for a night in and this has definitely been one of the worst experiences. We did DoorDash and are missing more than half our order. The wings and fries are ice cold. The fries are soggy too. Oh, to top it off, we ordered a 20 piece wing and they only put 16 in. We ended up throwing our dinner out and not being able to eat because it's far too late and everything is now closed. Bar was full, as for dining room service, only a handful of tables were being seated and I know why. It was a solid 10 minutes to even have our server come over. He took our drink order, 2 diet sodas a a club soda with lemon. I had a full view of the dining room and became absolutely appalled by what I saw. First, he didn't go to put our drink order in at the POS station for about 7-10 minutes as he was busy dragging a TRASH CAN around the dining room chasing tables to be cleared...WITHOUT GLOVES. Disgusting. My supervisor requested we put in our entrees as we ordered drinks because that took a significant period of time. I attempted to order the grilled chicken salad with the lemon vinaigrette. My supervisors ordered a pretzel appetizer, burger for entree, and the other ordered a lunch combo Of boneless wings and a side of fries. I am a very observant person and was a server in college so when something is completely wrong, I note it. He went to fill our drinks. Talking to himself at the soda station, he filled the sodas and with his dirty hands, not having been washing since he cleared a table across the room and left a trash can next to the table, he grabbed a lemon for my club soda, no gloves or tongs and brought them. I have just started this job the day before so I didn't want to embarrass my employers or make a scene, as they picked the restaurant, so I said nothing when our drinks came. When the food was ready, it was either brought by a runner or another server, I think another server. I ended up with a small house salad instead of what I actually ordered and the server kept randomly insisting I order a side salad for the lunch combo, even though I HAD A SALAD RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. I ended up with fries I never ordered, didn't want, and honestly didn't want to touch any of the food because of the trash can being dragged around the dining room! It was awful. Oh, and the runner or other server had to go hunt us down silverware which took another solid 5 minutes. My bosses thought their food was fine, except the clearly marked pretzel APPETIZER came with the meal. Incorrectly ordered. No one wanted it with the meal and the cheese sauce had a film for sitting too long. Final straw when I finally broke down and told my bosses about what I saw was when we asked for the check. He came back with 3 separate checks, NONE of which we requested or asked for. We then watched him go outside for a cigarette break and took 5 minutes to come back in and correct the bill. This location should be ashamed of itself. I was literally appalled by what I saw and left having a glass of club soda, which I never even touched and had bottled water in my car, and lying to my superiors as to being "cold and not hungry" for not eating, was to not want to make a scene. Oh, and the server who ended up bringing our food and insisting I get a side salad for the SALAD I actually order, couldn't stop sniffling and sweating. I would stay away and wouldn't be so harsh but this is an absolute mess of an establishment. Plenty of options on this road, DO NOT GO HERE! Seriously, dragging trash cans around a dining room to clear tables, not knowing the menu, cigarette breaks, random separate checks, poor service check ins, and not even knowing there menu. We happened to go on a Thursday night where they have .65 boneless wings and specials on appetizers and drinks. We split the chili con queso which was $4, and it was average queso. The chili tasted like it came out of a can. The drink specials were $3 for absolut which is a really good deal. When it came to the wings, I ordered the spicy garlic and the mango habanero. If you can handle your spice, the mango habanero had a really nice and extra kick to it. The spicy garlic was pretty good as well. Our server was really nice and checked on us a lot to see if we were doing okay. The manager seemed really nice as well. This place is perfect for watching sports events, so if you want to watch a game or a fight, get here REALLY early. It can get packed really quick. I went here today for lunch & to watch the Rangers playoff game. I met some friends that had a table and ordered food about 10 to 15 minutes before I arrived. I ordered my food around 12:40 this afternoon along with a glass of water and a beer. I finally got my bar about 15 minutes after I placed my order separate from the rest of my table. I had to go find the waitress and ask her to please bring me my water & beer before my food would arrive. I was originally told the food order would take around 15 minutes. The food finally arrived about 1 hour later. I know for a fact that this is a location that has a pretty decent sized lunch crowd normally. It really seems like management dropped the ball badly not having enough people to either make the food or bring it out much faster. I didn't want to seem like The A$$hole that has to ask what's the deal but my coworkers were going to have to get back to work pretty darn soon. I think the thing that pisses me off the most is that not once did you see a manager walk around and say anything to any customers. I think our waitress tried to save face after about 50 minutes when I asked if she was going to check on our food or just tell us she didn't know what was taking so long. We've been to BWW before, but came to this one for the first time. We were seated right away. They took our orders and a few different people brought our food out - all very friendly, including the manager. There were a few different issues that came up. - Our waitress, Kari (or Keri), said she would put in the kids' orders and appetizers so we could get those first. Unfortunately, they came after every other order came out. Thus our kids had nothing to snack on or eat until after everyone else. If you have kids, you know that this can be an issue. - They brought out 2 extra orders of fries, that we didn't ask for. We had enough food, but the kids didn't have their's so we figured we would just pay for them and keep them. - Then the bill came out and we were charged for the fries, which we expected, but also an extra order of wedges. It would have easily been overlooked with 11 people on one order, but I happened to see it. When I asked, the waitress said we had ordered it. I explained even if she thought we ordered it, we never received it, so it wouldn't make sense to charge us. With quite a bit of attitude, she repeated we ordered it, but she could take the $3 off. Now, I completely understand mistakes. However, when they are made, there's no need for an attitude. We were willing to pay for the food they served, including the fries we didn't ask for. First, I want to admit up front that I do not really care for this particular chain. The thing is, I like many other "wings" or "sports bar" type of places better overall than BWW, so I don't go often unless I have no choice. In this particular case I was given a gift card for BWW, so I had no choice. When I arrived, the staff completely ignored me. I stood at the front waiting while three of them talked to each other, laughing it up without one looking my way. I paced a little and cleared my throat so that someone would hear me. Finally a young lady, looking annoyed, came up to me and said "you want a seat at the bar?" I said, "no thank you, I'd like one of the regular tables please." She said, "that area is reserved" waving her arms out to the area of the ENTIRE RESTAURANT! I looked at her incredulously and asked "You meant to tell me the entire restaurant is booked?" I noticed that over half of the tables were empty, but there was a very large crowd of people at a crowd of tables in the middle of the place. She said "Yes, but you can have a seat at the bar." I responded, "Half of the tables are empty and there is no way you are telling me that someone booked the entire restaurant. I'll take a small table in the back that no one is using, please." She looked annoyed again and left to speak to someone. Eventually someone else shuffled up to to me, dejectedly. Without looking me in the eye he muttered, "OK, come with me." He ushered me to the back of the restaurant with a shuffle and sat me down and then promptly ignored me for about 15 minutes. No drink order, no appetizer questions, no nothing. Zilch. Nada. It's as if I didn't exist. While I was perusing the menu, I realized after some time I wasn't going to get ANY service. I guess when you insist on having a table that the waitstaff doesn't want to give you, they will just play the passive resistance game and ignore you. There! Done! THAT will show that presumptuous jerk of a customer who dares come into a restaurant that isn't full and wants a table! The nerve of him! I finally decided to just walk up to the front desk and ask for an order to go. I figured, I would just take my food home, using up the gift card I received, which by that time wasn't feeling so much as a gift, but more of a burden. I ordered some boneless and bone-in wings, enough to take home to my wife and child. They were VERY pricey. After an incredibly long wait, I finally received my order with the guy handing me the bag WHILE NOT EVEN LOOKING ME IN THE EYE! He handed it off to me looking the other way as if we were doing some sort clandestine drug drop. It almost seems that these kids who work there were trained to do poor customer service. Well, I got the wings home and choked them down. They were a bit cold by then and not very tasty. Their motto should be: Buffalo Wild Wings - expensive, so-so in flavor, tepid in temperature & mediocre over all, but you won't forget your experience because we will irritate the heck out of you! Shout out to Quincy for being awesome and providing great customer service. We ordered DoorDash delivery because we had a very long day at work and just wanted to be in jammies on the couch and enjoy some wings. Our delivery was delayed about 30 mins or so (dont know if it was Door Dash or BDubs but it wasn't a big deal) but when we finally got our food delivered we were missing a couple sides of sauce that we paid for. We ended up getting dressed and driving down there to get the sauce for our wings and decided we would just buy one of their large bottles they sell so we wouldn't have to worry about it in the future. Boyfriend went in and Quincy was at the front desk. He listened to our plight of having to peel ourselves off the couch and actually put clothes back on (oh, the horror!) to come get the sauce we paid for. He said he understood why we were frustrated and apologized for their mess up. We got our sauce and he even gave us the one we were going to buy on the house. No manager ever got involved. I have been to countless BWW's and I order the same thing everytime. 2 chicken breast and a side of carrots. My total is normally around $3.70. This new manager tried to charge me $27.00. When I told him that is not correct, he told me that, that would be the price. (Apparently, all the other locations are wrong and he is right) When i told him that i was in there yesterday and my price was $3.79, he said "i told you that is not the price, not on my watch". This was once my favorite wing spots but sadly after a couple of incidents I will no longer go here. I'm handicapped(lots of metal in my spine and neck) but when ya go in at 5:30 and there's maybe 30 customers all crammed in the bar area because they won't allow any seating in the dining booth areas. I cannot sit comfortably in one of the hard wooden barstools. I always request a booth simply for my special needs. I've been turned away from a booth twice now, both times I've walked out. I spoke with the manager upon leaving and he said "we do this to not put stress on our waiters". Now mind you, at 5:30 they were all standing around at the register, literally doing nothing. The whole point of their role is to wait on me, they get paid to do that; if they do it right they get tipped nicely and I always take care of somebody if their customer service is good. I've tipped for less service, I get it that this work is hard. I'm shocked corporate allows this activity to exists. Many folks eat between 5 & 6, why would you not want to seat folks in booths and not the bar area. We mentioned that we could not wait any longer. Manager came out with a "To Go" order and admitted that our waitress "forgot" about us and that he would cover the cost of our order.
