During this time our waitress walked around in her street clothes clearly ready to leave. Didn't refill my drink after she acknowledged that it was empty. Food finally came out after we were transferred to a new server. The burger was hard as a hockey puck and the cheese was disgusting. Our wings were supposed to be all flaps and they weren't. Personally will never come back to this Buffalo Wild Wings. Got there an hour before they were closed and told me that it would be a 10 minute wait and that i would revive a call. Waited 10 minutes and nothing the. another 10 and nothing, got fed up and went in and explained how long we've been waiting. Talked to a hostess and we're told that we couldn't be served then asked for a manger who was a bit** and told us to leave multiple times as we could barely get a word out. One of the hostesses names was "Jackie Chan" who should not be working in food service with the attitude she had. Before you say that i'm just being rude I have over 5 years in food service and have never seen anyone with a bigger hatred and total disrespect towards a customer. I had a burger with pulled pork, bbq sauce and if my memory serves me right, bacon and onion rings on it. I also got their signature French fries. First of all the wait staff were all very nice and attentive, the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was timely, so I have no complaints there. Now for the food review: The hamburger patty was thin, over cooked and dry. The pulled pork seemed like a tea spoon dollop under some cheese. The bacon and onion ring(s) were standard fare. Overall, the whole burger package was tasteless and unimaginative. With each bite, all I could think of is, WHY? Why does this not make me enjoy each bite? The French fries weren't hot and didn't take long till they got to room temperature. I didn't finish either of the above mentioned items. The craft beer was good and thus the reason for giving one star. Needless to say, my stance on avoiding chain restaurants remain strong as I'm an avid believer in supporting local eateries. I'm not real familiar with BWW but perhaps they should just stick with chicken wings......but even then I'm not so sure. For $14 bucks, I expect a pretty decent hamburger and fries. The 45 min wait to get a seat...not worth it. The 45 min. Wait for our food ...not worth it. The wings tasted dry and freezer burnt. The boneless wings had 3x more breading then chicken. The potato chips that they said to be Krispy In The menu were cold and rubbery! The appetizer came out 10min after the wings. No plates! This location definitely needs some work. The worst part was our waters tasted like there was bleach or chlorine in it. Didn't get a chance to tell our waitress because she didn't come back to check on us until after our food had been served. I wish I could give 0 stars. We came here with our 2-year-old son and were informed that they did not have a high chair for him, as they were all being used (apparently they only had 3 high chairs). We were told that we would receive one when it was free, but I had to end up grabbing one myself after another family left. And, most importantly, after waiting an hour for food, we asked our waitress how much longer it was going to be, to which she replied, "I'm too afraid to ask." That's your job! First time I went here was a bit after they had opened and my appetizer didn't come until I was paying the bill. However, it was really busy that night and they made it up by giving it to me for free. Past few times going there have been pretty standard BWW experiences. I would like everyone to read this review before going to any Buffalo Wild Wings. I ordered from their website a delivery order. When my order was delivered it was the wrong order. The order was for a different Steven. When I called them to tell them what happened they said it was DoorDash's fault and I could try to get my tip back from them. Problem is I didn't order from DoorDash I ordered from your website. The manger who's name is "nick" told me the only thing he could do was give me a refund and it would go through by the end of Monday. Well it's now Wednesday evening and I don't have my refund. I attempted to call their corporate offices and was hung up on before I could even state my issue. I have never had such poor customer service in my life. Not to mention im out 75 dollars for an order which wasn't my correct food or even half of what I ordered. I will not spend another dollar there due to this incident and I hope you don't either. Overall, great service and environment, but salty wings and long wait for food due to large crowds and newness of restaurant. Come for dinner not lunch. The venue is beautifully brand new and spacious with a patio. My husband and I came during the lunch crunch. We ordered lunch from the bar and played keno. The bartender was great and served us our drinks promptly. Unfortunately, after an hour, our order had not arrived and my husband had to go back to work hungry. We live nearby so I drove him home to get his car, then drove back to the restaurant to pickup our food as takeaway. Our order was there at the bar ready to go and everything there was correct. The bartender was apologetic about our wait. I ate the Thai curry boneless wings when I got home. The wings were WAYYY too salty for my taste but perhaps someone else with a different palate would have liked them. There is a fast break lunch menu but I wouldn't risk going there at lunch until at least the autumn when the crowds die down. Next time I will pay them a visit for a burger dinner, when I have time to sit down for a relaxing meal with drinks. read more

The one star is due to service and cleanliness. The food was on par with any other Buffalo Wild Wings I've been to. But the place was pretty dirty, and isn't it less than a year old? It was like walking into a 40 year old Big Boy. Our server was obnoxious. He talked so fast I could barely understand him. Super disappointed in how we were treated as customers. I called ahead of time to ask when they close and when we need to get there to ensure we are able to order and dine in. The employee on the other line responded with "if you get here by 10:45 we will serve you" (which is fair considering they close at 11:00) I was like "cool." My friends and I made good time and showed up at 10:10 P.M. The restaurant was a little busy at the time we showed up and the host asked me to leave my name and number and that a table would be ready in about 10 minutes. Due to covid they preferred our party of 3 to wait in our vehicle. I asked again "we'll for sure be able to dine in right?" "He said of course" I was like "cool" We proceed to our vehicle expecting to receive a text fairly quickly. 10 minutes goes by no text. Then 15.... then 20.... then 30 minutes go by and it's 10:45. We go back inside to see what's up and we are told that they're no longer taking new parties to dine in. I calmly explained to them that we are on the waitlist and we have been for the past half hour. They didn't believe me so I showed them my phone with an alert that says we have been added to the Buffalo Wild Wings wait list. They still told me there's nothing they can do. I take a deep breath After becoming apparently frustrated and ask to speak the their manager. The manager comes out and asks what the deal is. I explain to her the entire situation with high hopes that she would never let a customer go through all of that for nothing. She looks at me and says "if you were added to the waitlist after 10:20 there's nothing we can do." I calmly pulled out my phone and showed her the waitlist message that was sent at 10:17. At this point I was optimistic because the message was sent before 10:20 and she says "you can order takeout." I completely lost my cool at this moment and again explained to her all of the crap we've went through to see if she saw the problem that we have. At this point I am getting triple teamed by the manager and 2 hosts telling me to just leave the restaurant. The one hosts name was Jackie Cheng and I never got a look at the managers name tag. I ordered a chicken sandwich and it came with no toppings whatsoever but was advertised with tomato, lettuce, and mayo. When I requested the toppings the waitress seemed confused and annoyed. My girlfriend and I live ten minutes away from this Buffalo Wild Wings and go here once or twice a month for dinner. We have been to several Buffalo Wild Wing locations and find this one to be right near the top of locations I would recommend. The wait staff is attentive and very polite. We have had a server named Stephanie a couple of times and she does an excellent job! We haven't had a server here we didn't like. Our food has always come rather quickly as well. read more
