This was pretty disappointing. The service was slow and the food was overpriced. Also the food was not good at all. My son has the kid boneless wings, and the chicken was to hard for him to eat. My boyfriend and I got tossed wings. The flavors were good but too strong to eat 12 of the same flavor back to back, not to mention both of our fries were cold as of they were sitting out for a long time. All of the servers would stand at the to go station talking to each other until one of them noticed we were looking around for our server. This is definitely a place I will not be coming back to. Visited your restaurant with my son. Ordered a sampler and a ton of wings. Asked for napkins and was told you guys were out of napkins. Asked for a hand towel out of the back at least. Was brought 1 for both of us to share. Hopefully you can see what is wrong with this, if not, I suggest you visit your store and try to eat wings in sauce with no napkins. I was told to use the alcohol pads as napkins, but having alcohol on hands while eating just isnt going to do. I just seems that the manager could have sent someone to a store to buy napkins or even paper towels for your guests. I know there were 3 employees at the to go place texting on their phones for the whole time we were there could have driven and gotten some napkins. We each at 1 wing and left our entire order on the table. Even paid for it. What kind of manager knows they are out of napkins at a wings place and doesnt get some? Supplier issues or not, someone could just buy some. Not only didnt we not get to eat, we got charged for the meal. I'm not looking for anything from you just want you to understand the level of management in your stores. Mediocre would be an upgrade. Service, food, cleanliness, ambiance....everything is exceptionally pathetic (Boneless) wings are abysmal. McNuggets do more justice to the concept. I have had the misfortune of dining here several times I ordered their tortilla soup, it was served cold. I ordered their chicken salad, the vegetables were limp and not fresh. I went here for a quick dinner at the bar with my boyfriend. After saying we needed a minute, The bartender disappeared for about 15 minutes. A few chairs down, there was a couple waiting to pay for their to-go order and they were growing impatient as well. So he finally comes back, takes our drink and food order. Everything comes out quickly. Me and my bf both ordered boneless wings, but he bought out bone in wings for my boyfriend. Instead of apologizing and bringing the wings back, first he decided to argue with my boyfriend, insisting he said he ordered bone in. he ends the conversation with "OK if you say so.." in a very smart ass way. My boyfriend and I were clearly bothered but the new wings came out in a flash. I just didn't like his energy though. He checked on us once, but most of the time was absent. Just a very lackluster, overly comfortable bartender. I love Buffalo Wild Wings food, but this isn't the first bad experience I've had at this location. Horrible service. I understand when people are busy in the service industry as my mother is in it and has been for her whole life. I walked in at the beginning of the Patriots vs Chiefs 3rd quarter (14:42 on the clock). I sat down and the manager got me a glass of water. Said the bartender would be right with me. He was busy so I didn't worry much about it. After people helped him and got caught up he started to clean the bar. He Talked to the 3 guys to my right and the 1 guy to my left. Completely ignored me. After sitting at the bar for 30 mins (2:30 on the game clock) I walked out and went to the Jaeger's seafood restaurant and got service as soon as I sat down. Yay! I'm a fan! After the horrible experiences (yes, that's plural) with the Veterans location, I decided to try this one - even though it's a little further away. I have been there four times now over the course of a year ( I like to give a place a fair shot) and they have been consistently better. The service has been on point, the sports bar type of food as perfect as I remember and the same great atmosphere. Great place to grab a beer and watch the game - just in time for the baseball season openings. I don't know if I will be a regular - but it's a good place to pop in. read more

First and last time at this location. Got seated at a dirty booth. Waited 15 mins, no one acknowledged us at all. Had several waitresses walk past us. Stopped the hostess to see if we were sat in a section somebody was working and she said yes, but still no one came. As a decent employee, even if this isn't your section, stop and ask if somebody has taken care of y'all yet. I can't say anything on the food because it didn't get that far, we left. Food less than mediocre. I ordered the street tacos they were not good, not average, but edible. My mother ordered the grilled chicken wrap with bourbon st. honey mustard and she said it was not tasty. The side of chips and salsa were okay, you can't mess up salsa but they did. The silverware here was filthy with greasy liquid covering them. The bathrooms were very slippery and the toilet did not flush. Our waitress was very sweet on the plus side. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! highly overpriced for no such reason. we talked to 3 different workers and only one was even close to polite and genuinely nice. my fried pickles were TOO fried to the point they were almost burnt. the mozzarella sticks tasted totally off . and the mini cake was freezing and it was hard to bite. food wasnt even the worst part. our waiter could not even speak for herself. the gentleman my friend and i were with , his card kept getting declined and she had to get almost the whole crew of workers to tell him that it wasnt working. reminder that the woman who told us was absolutely rude and had a huge attitude for no reason whatsoever. i recommend going to the one on vets if you do decide to go to buffalo wild wings read more

The ONLY redeeming service was out server, Marissa, who was as sweet as she could be. She was great at her job! When I walked in, I wasn't greeted for several minutes and when I was FINALLY acknowledged by the hostess who played on her phone for what seemed like forever, looked like Jaclyni or something unique, I already felt unwanted and like she had better things to do than sit my party. Way to welcome us to the restaurant. If it wasn't for Marissa, I'd have left a 1 star review. If I come back, it'll only be because the server made it worth it. Food was good but it was about 64 degrees in the restaurant. All singing had sweatshirts and jackets still on and when a couple tables requested the air be turned off or heat turned on the manager said she would have to ask the GM assuming the GM said no. I keep my home at 68 and this was so upsetting to be colder inside than it is outside and it's chilly outside. Will never visit this location again. My boyfriend, myself and our friend came eat here tonight and our service was horrible. Probably some of the worst service I have ever had. It was empty when we first got there. One side was busy so we sat in the area where you seat yourself. The hostess told us yeah it's faster on that side. Well that wasn't the case. The waitress took forever to wait on us. The whole night she never came to our table to check on us. We literally had to call her to our table every single time we needed something. My other friend was sat at the bar also said they had horrible service at one point when the bartender just disappeared for a good awhile. I was extremely dissatisfied. If you want a good tip then you better give good service . The manager definitely needs to speak to some of the waitresses that work there. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. Came in for lunch the other day and it wasn't all that busy. My brother ordered wings and I ordered a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with fries ........ I timed it and it literally took 26 mins to arrive to our table. I know it doesn't take that long to cook because I've worked for SEVERAL restaurants and am a Chef myself.... I credit that to the sever not being prompt or even giving a shit if her customers get hot food or not..... When I took my first bite of the chicken sandwich I couldn't even pull a piece of chicken off. It was so hard and rubbery it would not disconnect. Fries were ice cold as well. Which tells me our food was sitting in the expo window at least 10 minutes before it was ever picked up. My brothers wings were cold as well. This Buffalo wild wings is incredibly inconsistent. Good service great wings! The location is great, the wings are awesome. They separate all the flavors so you know what kind are the most spicy and the least. I love the mild traditional boneless wings because I love Buffalo wings. Perfect dine in restaurant to watch a game and relax with a group of people, friends, and family. They have over 20 TV's set up all around and you can pick whatever show you'd like to watch. It's a really fun and cool atmosphere, definitely my favorite wing restaurant. Prices are decent for how much food you get. I always enjoy myself every time I come here! read more

i had only ever been to this place one time before i went this week, and i was extremely disappointed. it took my table 30 minutes to even get drinks, and then it took 2 hours after that for our food to come out and by the time we got our food it was literally cold. i was so flabbergasted by this, i understand having to wait for food but then if should come out fresh and not COLD. i will not be eating here again. not only was the food cold but our waiter was terrible, he kept saying there was a wait because they were understaffed but that is no excuse for our food to be cold. read more

I have dined in here before and the service was not so good. The food is very frozen. The shrimp are disgusting. I ordered take out recently because my husband had a gift card. I was on hold for 7 min before my order was even taken. That was a sign right there. I went in and got the food it wasn't too long of a wait, considering they were very busy. The girl was apologetic and was trying her best. When I got the food home it was exactly what I thought it would be, frozen. Frozen everything. I don't usually start a review before I get my food but I'm inspired. Either I'm very unlucky or something about this place sucks. Let's begin with the fact that I've been here for 30 minutes and haven't eaten despite the place being somewhat empty. I am drinking a beer but they were out of the kind I ordered so I have a suitable alternative. Ten minutes after I ordered my food the waitress came back and said they were out of that too. My mistake for not ordering chicken wings I guess. I did order some chicken wings this time but I will take them to go because at this rate I'll miss my movie. Although the initial service was fine, our waitress could not answer simple questions about the menu. For example she did not know how many ounces were in a regular versus tall draught beer. For a place who's tag line is wings, beer, and sports I found this odd. The food was ok. No complaints but not amazing either. At least it was hot. I like this location because they are always quick. The dry rubs rock (I don't like it saucy!) And their drinks are surprisingly strong! The vibe is cool and their waiters agree pretty attentive. The inside is your standard BWW style and they keep it pretty clean. I'm familiar with "B-Dubs" as we had one near me growing up. I hate to review the food - you know everything came from a freezer the second it arrives at the table, but their wings and boneless wings are pretty tasty, I like their sauces well enough, and sometimes you find a gem on the menu (the cheese curds, for example are delicious!). We went at 10:30 last night after a movie, as Harahan in this area is lacking in any other late night fare (Side note: 10:30 on a Saturday is late night? Boo!) I can NOT go to a restaurant 45 minutes (or less) before it closes as I'm scared from a waitress job in a previous life, but they're open until 1 am on Saturdays, so we were in the clear there. When we walked in, there was an unmanned hostess stand. We stood in the doorway for a few minutes, being passed an unacknowledged by a plethora of employees (including one who was sitting on his phone on a bench by the hostess stand) before we were greeted and seated. The hostess asked us what type of table we wanted (booth, table, bar seating, high top) which was nice. We asked for a booth, and she immediately looked confused. She started leading us in one direction until a waitress passing us in the opposite direction told us "I don't want another table." She rerouted us as graciously as possible to another table and we were greeted by different server who was pretty great. BWW restaurants are always built BIG to accommodate the sports bar environment, and while there were a few other tables seated, it *was* 10:30 pm. We didn't expect the place to be packed when we walked in, but it was crawling with employees as if they were expecting a rush at any time. They scurried from place to place, bumping into each other, calling to one another from across the room, congregating in corners; if I had to guess, each person dining could have had 2 personal servers if they wanted! Honestly, it was a little stressful. All in all, we had a decently tasty meal at a weird time of night from a server who was nice enough.
