The wings are good! My favorite are the mango habanero. Yumm! But don't order the new buffalo chicken burger. It sucked! First time the waiter didn't bring me the right burger and when she did the chicken tenders on the burger were naked not on buffalo sauce like it's advertised on the menu. My sister and I came for a quick to go order on the whim and for my first time eating BWW it was pretty good. I ordered half and half with the boneless Asian Zing (which was my sister fav as she couldn't take a break from eating them) and Lemon Pepper(which tasted like any regular lemon pepper wings). And the meal came with fries and the coleslaw or whatever it is and i asked the girl can i have all fries cause i dont like the slaw shit and she said yeah thats fine. We have never had a good experience at this location. The service and food is always awful. We waited around for our drink order to be taken. Had to go ask someone about it. The waitresses always stand around talking while there's one or two others running around busting their butts. We ended up with traditional wings instead of the boneless we ordered, so that was a complete waste of money. I recommend you save your money and go to pluckers. read more

My drink was messed up and I can deal with mistakes, but then I was charged for the expensive drink that I never received. This was poor performance. So I came here for a late lunch after being completely ignored by another establishment nearby. I was seated right away and though this is definitely a sports establishment, it is not overly loud. There were plenty of people around and still I felt as though the place wasn't too crowded. I love the booths with the high back. No unwanted eye contact with strangers. My server was James and he did a fantastic job with explaining sine if the things on the menu. My whole concern was portion size and he made great recommendations. I didn't take a picture of my did because I inhaled it and by the time I remembered my hands were a mess. The garlic parmesan wings are just fabulous, but bring a toothbrush or some gum if you have plans afterwards. It didn't take much cajoling, but I ordered the cheese cake bites. They came with caramel and chocolate doing sauce. All good things come with sweet dipping sauce. Everything here was fantastic. I don't know why I waited so long to come here. I would definitely make this one of my regular eating establishments. For some reason the tablet on my table kept restarting. That sucks when you're trying to play a trivia game. read more

Disappointed! We used to eat here frequently, haven't been in about three months. We usually sit in the bar, it was full, no biggie. We sat in dining room. We had gnats flying all around. I'm a HUGE fan of the BWW franchise, but I have to say that although I haven't had a terrible experience here, I've had a couple of mishaps. First time I went, wait time was like 30 mins (place was so busy, so understandable) and I ordered a draft beer which was lukewarm to say the least. At the same time my waitress came to check on the table maybe twice our whole time there, even when we had a empty glasses on the table. No issues with the food, which is great. Last time I went, sat at the bar and the bartender was super friendly, attentive and even offered me to try the new sauce that they have. read more

Service here sucks!! My husband and I enjoy the food and the service is so bad that normally we take it to go. However, today we thought it's Veterans Day let's go in. We got seated after a 2hr wait. (Expected that it's Veterans Day special and that's a great deal for military families.) however we got seated and it's been 20 minutes and we have not gotten even a drink order in. Or waitress is slow, uncaring, and pretty unhappy to be here. That carries over to the atmosphere dropping it a full star. A bad attitude and slow ruins most customer service outings. The food is great, if they get your order correct. They did not here today. My husband loves the hot sauce with the desert heat dry rub combined and though that is a normal order they have difficulties here getting it correct. We had to spell it out 2x and by time his order was done mine were gone. I did not wait as my mild wings would be extremely cold while waiting the added 30 minutes for my husbands meal. We went for dinner. We almost left when, after 5 minutes, no one had been to our table to bring us water. Once we had ordered, after 45 minutes of waiting and watching a full 5 tables who were seated after us receive their food, we still had not been served! We decided to leave. When we got to the front we tried to pay for our appetizer and everyone began to scurry around as though completely confused. No one seemed to know what to do. After about 5 minutes of this craziness, our server appeared with our food and acted confused about why we were leaving. My husband said he wanted to see a manager. She replied that she was a manager and he could talk to her. HOWEVER, she turned and walked away with the food, never to return. We saw her a couple minutes later come from the kitchen and return to the dining room. At long last another gal appeared behind the counter. Not wishing to go through the entire episode again, my husband just asked to pay for his appetizer so we could go. She couldn't even find our order in the computer and finally waved us away. The entire episode took almost an hour. We will never return to BWW again! read more
