I haven't ordered out from this location in over a year (possibly 2) because every time I did, )through door dash, Uber eats or pick up)- the food was cold and the staff were unhelpful teenage assholes who barely cared about anything much less doing a decent job. I decided I'd give it a try, as its been over a year, maybe 2 since I ordered with them. I placed the order on the website and was there within 10 minutes. I wanted to make sure the food didn't get cold from sitting there waiting to be picked. I sent my daughter in twice, both times they said it wasn't ready - NBD, we were they 15 min earlier then the expected pick up time. My daughter goes in the third time and comes back with the food. We go straight home (Less then 5 minutes, I live around the corner) and surprise, all the food is cold. We ordered FRIED wings, FRIED wedges and french FRYS. It takes 3-5 min to fry and 1 minute to toss in the sauce. Why they can't get the kitchen to drop the food so it's all done at once or (at least ready within the same time frame) is beyond me. The Issues: 1. An order of wedges wasn't in the bag. I called the store and spoke to the manager who asked "Do you wanna come back and get them or..." Gee thanks, but no, I don't want to waste my time, money and energy to fix your mistakes. A simple refund would've been fine. She instead offers me a $10 credit which, I haven't received and doubt I will. She said she'd "Tell the hosts to make sure they were checking the orders" ??? What does that have to do with me??!? I don't care about your next customer you wasted MY time and money! Great. 2. The food was cold, well, the fries were lukewarm to be fair. Yum. 3. The chicken was dry and rubbery. It tasted like it was sitting under a heating lamp for 15 minutes. Yay. 4. The sauce on my 5 year olds honey bbq wings kids meal tasted like it had gone sour so she couldn't eat her boneless wings. Great. 5. They put the wrong sauce (extremely spicy) on half of of my oldest daughters wings (an order of 10) - so she couldn't eat half her wings because she doesn't eat spicy foods. Awesome. The manager is unhelpful, apparently the hosts don't check the orders, and the fry cooks don't understand you WAIT to drop food until you know the full order will be ready all at the same time (or know how to read a ticket). All in all, this is the WORST Buffalo Wild Wings location. If you're dining in, you may have better luck. Had I been there and they sent this out to me, I would've sent it back immediately to have them remake everything or asked for a full refund. Waste of $60+. The food when it finally got to the table was tasty. The service was awful. First when we arrived we were told that there was only one waitress in the "dining" area and that she had a 10 person party that was stressing her out. That table was the only one occupied in the dining side. So we sat in the bar area at a table for 5. There was a waitress who took 10 minutes to come take our drink order. There was nobody at the bar seats and only two other tables occupied with parties of four each. When our orders were taken another 5 minutes later, for drinks and food, the waitress put in the order to the bartender. In the next 10 minutes or so, 8 to 10 individuals and couples seated themselves at the bar. We watched while the bartender proceeded to mix and serve drinks to the people at the bar. One of our party went to the bar and inquired about our drinks. The sodas and water had been delivered but not the alcohol. The bartender made two other drinks then poured the one beer and mixed the two cocktails. They were not very tasty but whatever. In the meantime, about 15 minutes later we got the appetizers. When we had been at the table for about an hour and ten minutes, two of the three burger plates were delivered. At this point one of our party went and talked to the manager for about 5 minutes. Just before she returned to our table, the other two plates were delivered. The waitress left then came back and gave a rambling defensive speech about why the food took so long, why there were no side salads, etc. apparently the kitchen was out of lettuce as well as various ingredients that had already changed what food and drinks we had ordered. The waitress was very attentive and flirty with the table next to ours and on more than one occasion had to be reminded of things that she had failed to bring to the table. The food was good. My server was awesome. But what killed the entire experience is the fact that they put the game on at such a high volume that I left the joint with my ears ringing. I couldn't talk to my friends. I could barely scream loud enough for my server to hear me. We asked to have the volume turned down, but no dice. If the volume had been that high when I walked in, I never would have ordered. As it was, my food was already ordered so I stayed long enough to eat it, but I won't be back if there's any sports being played. After a long meal we were unable to pay due to system issues. After an additional hour and a half of waiting we still hadn't paid. The manager kept assuring us the system was going to come back up but it never did. Instead of taking care customers and comping the mean, we were being held hostage at the mercy of their machine. Luckily we were able to send someone out to get cash and eventually escape. Getting the sale is important, obviously. But people go out to eat in order to have a good time and generally have a quick meal. We do not have limitless time to be kept waiting for something out of our control. Some of the employees are so rude every time I go there I never can find the manager it's like the young people are on their own to run the place and they think it's a game to keep the customers waiting. Their uniforms are sloppy, their hair hanging down so much you can barely see their eyes. The front entrance is always so clustered people coming in don't know who to speak to about getting seated or picking up an order it's ridiculous and the sad part is they don't even care how many customers they lose on a daily basis. i have always been a fan of buffalo wild wings. I have been to this location several times and the food has always been good, for as good a food chain can be. Tonight we got served a veggie boat that had half frozen carrot sticks. Wings with way too much sauce on it and soggy. Onion rings where onions felt like mush in your mouth. My daughter and I came to Buffalo Wild Wings for the first and LAST time on 4-30-19. We were seated immediately and that's where it ends. Our server, Jose, came and took our drink orders and we didn't see him again for about 15-20 minutes. When he finally did come back, he took our food order and we never saw him again. This is the perfect restaurant to watch fights and sports. They got really good service but it is really loud in there during fights. They have a extra room for the people who wanna watch the fights in a less noisier room. Their food is amazing. It is kind of dark in there.
