07/24/2026 Updated - As someone who regularly reviews businesses, and who works in business consulting and marketing with major brands, celebrities, and influencers, I normally don't go out of my way to post additional reviews. However, after reading another review that described the events very differently from what I personally witnessed, I felt compelled to share what I observed. I was seated near the large group wearing ServPro shirts, a company I know is based in Kissimmee, FL. Throughout the evening, they were loud, disruptive, and having conversations about pornography and other inappropriate topics that could easily be heard by surrounding tables, including families. The men at the table repeatedly called over our server Alysha, who was serving both their table and ours. While she remained professional throughout the evening, it was clear from her demeanor that their behavior made her visibly uncomfortable. Despite the circumstances, she remained patient, professional, and attentive with all her tables. I've visited many Twin Peaks locations over the years and even reviewed this Kissimmee location shortly after it opened. Because of that, I want to recognize Alysha and Manager William for how professionally they handled an extremely difficult situation. From what I personally witnessed, management made the decision to stop serving alcohol to the group. After that, members of that group became argumentative, insulted Manager William, intentionally removed Alysha's tip from what they said was approximately a $300 bill, and loudly announced that Twin Peaks would "regret this." Later, I read the negative review that was posted. Having witnessed the entire situation firsthand, I do not believe it accurately reflects what occurred that evening. Despite everything that happened, Alysha continued providing excellent service to every table, including ours. I made sure to tip her not only for my meal but also to help make up for the tip that the other table loudly announced they had removed. Her professionalism throughout the evening was truly appreciated. Five stars to Alysha, Manager William, and the rest of the staff. They handled a very difficult situation with professionalism, patience, and respect, and I'll gladly continue coming back. If you visit this location, be sure to ask for Alysha or any of the other outstanding servers who truly represent what great customer service looks like. 07/02/2026 - Great location had a great experience! Stopped by Twin Peaks in Kissimmee while in town and had a great experience! We started with the Sampler, which was perfect for sharing and gave us a chance to try a little of everything. For my entrée, I ordered the Spicy Chipotle Chicken with mashed potatoes. The chicken had just the right amount of heat, was juicy, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and flavorful. We also tried the Queso Birria Tacos, and they were outstanding--packed with tender beef, cheesy goodness, and served with a rich consommé for dipping that really took them to the next level. The food came out hot, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and attentive. If you're looking for good food, a fun atmosphere, and a solid sports bar in Kissimmee, Twin Peaks is definitely worth a visit. I'll be back! read more

The naked drumsticks are huge, yes, but I didn't think they tasted like anything! The hot sauce isn't flavorful at all, review from both my husband and I. The garlic hot sauce is just a lot of garlic that has no taste. IDK!! We only went twice, the first time got the Birria tacos, very disappointed, definitely not recommended. Really sucks cause this place is super close. Honestly Boo!!! We'll only continue to go to Miller's and Wing House from now on! Really enjoy those famous Zingers and Naked Drumsticks with hot sauce are awesome. Service questionable, lots of staff walking around. Nice boots. Big place, lots of room for tourists. Had an amazing time at Twin Peaks in Kissimmee! I ordered the Quesabirria Tacos and they were fantastic -- packed with flavor. My son got the Good as Cluck Chicken Sandwich and loved every bite. We topped it off by sharing the Twin Peaks Brownie Sundae, which was the perfect way to end the meal. Our server Mya was incredible -- attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience even better. Not an entirely great experience, I wanted to rate this higher but can't. We've been to other twin peaks locations before and were excited that this one just opened near us. We got sat quickly and our server was very nice. We got a cider, a beer on the specials menu, mozzarella sticks because it was on the happy hour menu, a burger and garlic parm wings. My meal was yummy, the garlic parm wings were cooked nicely and I loved the flavor, the sweet potato fries were also great. My husband was halfway through his burger when mid-bite he realized there was a hair in his food and pulled out a hair that couldn't physically be either of ours, it was curled into his pimento cheese and was a light color hair when we both have dark hair. We called our server over and she got the manager and he was apologetic and offered him another beer and my husband declined, they wound up taking off the burger for us. What surprised us was we were handed the bill and the beer and the mozzarella sticks were full price. My partner didn't want to cause a scene and send our server back for another problem, so he just paid the full price and we boxed my food and left. Make sure to check your bills before you pay to ensure the pricing is correct. We won't be coming back to this location, and it definitely disappointed us because we have enjoyed going to the other locations previously. read more

I came to visit twin peaks in Kissimmee and i found out the food is amazing .I had great service from Angel who was in training ,as well as her trainer B'sette. Opening night at Twin Peaks was a great experience! The food was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere had a fun, energetic vibe. A special shoutout to Dalila, Mylei, and Cecilia for taking great care of us--they were friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. It's always great to support a new place in town, and they definitely got off to a strong start. Looking forward to coming back! read more

I hope it's growing pains - stopped in Sunday afternoon. - was steady but not crazy. Welcome was nice and was seated kinda behind d a post. Location seems nicely upgraded. Could not find a waitress - after about 15 mins we found done who said she was eating and no one told her she had a table. Ordered beer and they were out of dirty blonde. I understand this establishment is new. The bartenders need more training on how to treat customers. We got there and the bar was empty. There were 6 people counting us. They took over 12 minutes to give us a menu. Then she forgot my drink and walked away as I was still ordering our food. We have been to Twin Peaks in Orlando and never had issues. To make things worse we ordered the nachos with brisket and they arrived COLD. The meat was shredded beef and not brisket. I asked if they could please heat it up and they said they were going to remake it. I have a piece of the meat to the lady so she could see and feel the cold meat. Then when I got the bill the totals didn't match. One said 52.00 and the other 69.00. When I asked to see the itemized bill they were charging us for the replacement plate. Unbelievable. I asked why were they charging me for a replacement plate when they gave us cold food and instead in remaking it. Bartender said she didn't know and got visibly annoyed. She got a manager to fix the bill and we paid. No one apologized for the confusion and they acted like it was our fault the entire situation. British tourist be aware! I'm from the UK lived here 20 years ... this place questions serving you after 2-3 beers and have to get managers approval. What's the point in being called a bartender if you can't make decisions. On our peddle tricycle ( myself not riding ) beating the weather , ordered food to go which was taking too long. Asked for my 3rd beer and had to get approval. How dare anyone judge or question a responsible sober adult. This is MY decision to have a beer ! They advertise 22oz big bad boy beers and are hypercritical . I get cutting someone off for being pissed drunk !!! But this was a terrible feeling to be judged . Poor girl behind the bar following rules . Will NEVER be back now . Drinking is my decision . You refusing me a drink or approving is your decision . If I could rate this place 0 stars I would and i will not be returning to this place ever again or any other twin peaks location. The worst experience i have ever had. Got here at 9:35pm after being at a dance competition all day and I am just now leaving at midnight because the staff nor manager could take our order properly or split our checks properly and to top it off the place was basically empty. We had 2 servers because we were a large party of 15. Notified them that we would be splitting checks before they started taking our order. An hour and 20 mins go by no food has come out not even appetizers even though both servers have now confirmed our order 3 times. They come back again and are now asking for our name and our children's names so that everything could be split correctly and when asked how much longer they placed the blame on the kitchen being behind in an empty restaurant. Manager comes to apologize and again blames the kitchen and saying he will comp the appetizers that we still hadn't received. Which were just an order of fries and a pretzel. The children are now sleeping on the table. A few food items start to come out but half still missing. We let them know what is missing they ensure it's coming out soon. 20/30 mins go by and nothing the kids that are starving already ate whatever was there left over and were sharing our plates with eachother because we are all starving and have now been waiting 2 hours for food. We again let them know what is missing for the 10th time and to multiple people because at this point everyone is coming over to check on us because we're visibly miserable. The manager comes again and says he will remove the food items that either never came or came extremely late. One of the servers comes and says did you get the food you were missing we tell her no and she states I saw the food in the kitchen I don't understand why no one ran it let me go check on it. If you saw the food why didn't you bring it yourself knowing we are already upset and have been waiting forever. The manager comes again to apologize and says I'm the front of house manager I've spoken to the kitchen manager to let him know what's going on with the kitchen because they're so backed up and messing up everyone's order I'm just trying to help out. Not once did this kitchen manager come to check on us even though according to both servers and front of house manager it was all the kitchens fault. You would think he would show face to apologize but no. And now for the cherry on top after all of that we ask for our bill and it was a complete mess. All the items that were supposed to be removed are still on there. Everyone's check was mixed up. After explaining and reconfirming our order with both servers multiple times. The server comes again and ask us to repeat the whole entire order to her and separates it again. Leaves and comes back with it still wrong and now starts to give us an attitude for her mishap. Instead of apologizing and owning up to it she continues to blame the kitchen and being extremely rude. Other servers are coming to try to help because the two that were taking care of us could not comprehend how to split the check. Every time they would walk away to go try to fix the check we had clear view of them at the register and they're standing there twirling their hair laughing with the other girls. Not worried at all that we've been sitting there for 3 hours and are beyond upset. We've already sent the kids home with one of the parents at this point because we have to be up at 5am for the dance competition. We ended up just paying for however they gave us the check after the 20th time and paid for items that were supposed to be taken off. Don't waste your time coming to this place and if you do prepare to be pissed off. And we weren't the only table that was upset. read more
