Of course we know Red Lobster for their deliciously amazing cheesy bread, it's definitely one of their highlights when you're eagerly waiting for their delicious food. There is now a platter that comes with two lobsters and it is incredible! The service is exceptional and the ambiance is cozy.

The Ultimate Feast superb! The Lobsritas amazing! Sorry I started eating before I realized I hadn't taken the picture. It looked so good. Paula provided amazing service. Same ambiance but nothing wrong with being original.

Lobster Flatbread missing lobster and dry :/

Order 11/2/25 @ around 3pm for a lobster pizza that my coworkers and I used to love getting for lunch! Our pizza this time was less than one star :/ very disappointing!

Red Lobster has always been one of my favorite restaurants. Its a chain yes, but I have loved it since I was a child. This location is on 192 over the in Kissimmee area closer to Disney. We decided to go on a Friday night, we had a gift card and wanted to use it. Even though the restaurant was not full, we had to wait about 10 minutes. It was clear that they did not have enough staff as honestly there was only a handful of tables seated. We didn't really mind waiting and it didn't take very long. Once we were seated, we were greeted pretty quickly but the most wonderful server. He was really awesome, offered great suggestions and recommendations. We have not been to Red Lobster in a little bit and we were very surprised to see the price of meals were extremely high. Their prices have for sure increased a lot. Our server brought us the cheddar bay biscuits right away. These are absolutely the best part of Red Lobster! We both ordered drinks and our food. I ordered the create your own on the recommendation of the server and my husband the same. The food was very good, we really enjoyed our meal and the choices we made. Our server checked on us multiple times as well, offering more drinks and more of the best- the cheddar bay biscuits. My only complaint is the price of the food. Their prices have gone up so much, more than local fresh fish restaurants. With this being a chain, I honestly did not understand why it was so expensive. I also was upset to learn that they now charge you for a salad. You get to pick two side items, and I also choose a salad as one. Now it is considered an upgrade which I didn't notice, so it was an extra charge for that. I really enjoy Red Lobster, they just need to watch their prices. They are going to price themselves right out of business.

What happened to Red Lobster? It used to be a good chain restaurant that was reasonably priced and consistent. Now you get barely passable food, inconsistent service and inflated prices. The 192 Formosa Gardens location is Kissimmee is especially struggling. Walk in with a "reservation" only to be told that they took too many walk ins and I'm now going to have to wait 20+ minutes when the restaurant is mostly empty. A server struggling to serve half the restaurant. A general dirty and moldy smell to the whole place. Food which takes forever and is just very mid. I'm not sure how long they can keep this up before they lose all of their remaining fans.

Mmmm. Fresh Cheddar Bay biscuits.

Happened to be Endless Shrimp Monday, and we're always in the mood for Shrimp. Mike's fave is Walt's Favorite Fried Shrimp and he added Shrimp Skewers as his 2nd option. I chose Shrimp Linguine and Shrimp Scampi. This is starting to sound like that scene from Forrest Gump. But first ,and I'll say foremost, the warm and fresh Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Mmmmmmm. Our entrees and loaded baked potatoes arrived, and it was all served at a perfect temperature. I might skip the Scampi next time as it was too buttery, even for me. For some reason, Popcorn Shrimp isn't part of the Endless menu, so I may try it next time. No room for dessert or any of their specialty drinks. We really like this Red Lobster location. It gets good traffic and seems to be well run. Our server was exceptional. We'll be back!

Service was not the best. This is the second lobster this year in different states and the service has been lack luster in both. I received my food before my drink. My mock tail was disgusting. They had 8 tsp of syrup on top of a sweet passion fruit juice. Diabetes in a cup. My server we saw 2 times for the order and the check. I had to ask someone if they could help us get new drinks. There were amazing servers there but we were not fortunate to get them. The food was okay but we received it cold. The ambiance was nice. Quiet and intimate.

Pick two: Popcorn Shrimp and grilled salmon

My wife and I recently dined at Red Lobster in the Kissimmee area. We received a gift card and figured let's go. Upon arrival we checked in with the host. She informed us that we had a 10 minute wait. It became clear that staffing was low for dinner service. The atmosphere seemed to be a frantic one, considering that the staffing was low and a few groups came in at the same time. During our wait we began looking at the menu. I noticed that since the last time I dined, the menu has become vast. It was actually a little overwhelming to look at. I'd say they almost have too many options on the menu. The 10 minutes were up and the hostess took us to our seats. We were greeted by our server, he gave us our cheddar bay biscuits and some waters. He offered great suggestions and recommendations from the menu. My wife ordered the *Create your own feast: Wild-Caught Snow Crab Legs, lobster tail, Parrot Isle Jumbo Coconut Shrimp and shrimp scampi. For her side she ordered a side salad. ( my wife love her meal. Nods of approval while eating. I tried a little of the lobster tail, moist, well prepared and delicious)*I ordered the pick 2: Popcorn Shrimp and grilled salmon, with steamed broccoli (the salmon was perfectly cooked, succulent, delicious. Popcorn shrimp also was done perfectly, delicious. The broccoli was great too, you could taste the broccoli. Not over seasoned, wasn't mushy) Our server checked on us multiple times as well, offering more drinks and more of the best- the cheddar bay biscuits. My only complaint is the price of the food. Their prices have gone up so much, more than local fresh fish restaurants. With this being a chain, honestly did not understand why it was so expensive. I also was upset to learn that they now charge you for a salad. You get to pick two side items, and my wife choose a salad as one. Now it is considered an upgrade which I didn't notice, so it was an extra charge for that. That's the reason I give this experience a 3 star.

Like to visit during all you can eat shrimp. I still only order the smaller lunch size portion. The slaw has lots of vinegar taste which personal makes its taste almost spoiled. The fresh hot cheesy biscuits very flavorful, the coconut taste light and crispy.

A "bowl" (12 ounces) of soup.

My family and I decided to order red lobster the other day for dinner. We looked at the website and saw that a cup of soup was 6 ounces and a bowl was 12. We decided to order a bowl. We brought our food home and opened up the soup container. We knew immediately that it was not 12 ounces. We measured it and it was 8 ounces. I called the store. The employee answered the phone without a phone greeting. Took me a couple of seconds to realize someone had answered the phone. I explained the situation and she said she would get her manager. While she was getting her manager I heard a different employee say "they're complaining over a bowl of soup?" The manager took over the phone and did apologize, but only offered half a refund on the soup. The soup was $9. I rejected the offer. She said she would have to contact her manager and she would call us back. She took down my phone number. I never received a call back. For me it wasn't about the refund. I paid for a bowl of soup and was shorted 4 ounces. I just wanted to be heard and for someone to care. None of that happened. The rest of our order was correct and the food was okay. Can't go wrong with cheddar bay biscuits!

Went to Red Lobster for a quick lunch! I'm normally not a big fan of chains & unfortunately this experience was a reminder as to why. Ordered the 3 for $15.99 special- your choice of soup or salad, appetizer and an entree from a select menu. I'll start with the pros- the ceasar salad was pretty good. The lettuce was nice and crunchy, as were the croutons & they were generous on the cheese. No complaints there. The shrimp Alfredo was also pretty good, I thought the shrimp were cooked well & it had the right amount of sauce. I was not a fan of the mozzarella sticks whatsoever- thin, not cheesy or tasty. The complimentary bread was stale. It seemed like they were severely understaffed & it just made for mediocre (borderline unfriendly) service. It's uncomfortable dining in that type of environment. Food wasn't wow and service isn't great. Unfortunately, not many reasons to go back.

We've been here before and while it's not entirely inexpensive, it is priced well for what it is. Though it IS a buffet, the lobster itself is served to you one at a time. Good call! The rest of the food offerings are of really good variety and you should find plenty to enjoy here, including cute tasty desserts. Standouts are seafood casserole, cornbread, seafood/shellfish of all types and many salads, sushi rolls, a variety of fish preparations, etc. The drink specials are fun, but will still pad the bill, so we abstained. The staff were all personable and hardworking, with the bar-staff pulling double duty on the floor and still cheerful about it. One HUGE table left a paltry cheap tip for the poor guy, so we gave extra. Don't b a D*CK, people! Restrooms are fine and the wait was minimal. Parking is great on site, at no charge. Yay! Check it out when visiting exciting Orlando for a fun satisfying meal after a crazy day in the parks! Thanks for following me, stay cool in hawt summer yelping in 2026! ~Tami in Miami

Pretty affordable at $14.00 and they were fairly large. The Hubby is not so much a fan so, he started with a bowl of New England Clam chowder, pretty hearty. We simplified our boil and got 1 lb of crab and 1/2 lb of shrimp, no heads. Opted for the garlic butter sauce which was so yummy. The boil comes with corn and potatoes. You are given a plastic bib and gloves but, honestly, the boil is a little messy which makes it interactive and fun! Overall, an affordable seafood restaurant considering the cost of crab these days.

The hotel lobby was very clean and sleek, and the concierge were very nice and communicative! The restaurant is just inside on the first floor, and was very well presented. It was very slow this morning for brunch, and we had no problems finding a place to sit with our little 2 month old boy! The staff served us quickly, and explained each of their recommendations. I'm so glad we listened because each of the items were beautifully presented, and so so delicious. We started with the tuna pizza, mainly because we were curious, and that was the most unique take on pizza/seafood in my opinion. The tuna was so fresh, the garlic aioli complimented very well with the crisp cracker/crust. I had the Ette Norwegian Benedict and was very happy. The smoked salmon was very tasty, and the side arugula and avocado salad was very fresh. Maddie had the lobster roll which absolutely slapped! Lastly, we were recommended the AB Chocolate in a cup, and WOW you must try this! Very warm nutella chocolate cake at the bottom, vanilla ice cream all the way to the top of the cup, and topped with a hard chocolate disk and banana foam. It was honestly one of the top desserts I have ever had. We shared one, but so tempted to order another one! I can't wait to come back and try some of their cocktails sometime with dinner!

You have to pay to secure your seating, including mandatory 20% tip. Equaled out to $100/pp. Very steep! Reservations were easy on Open Table. We arrived separately & met in the lobby of the hotel the restaurant is in. Very upscale. Gorgeous. Literally NO guests visible. No staff at the hostess station. When I walked in to the bar to ask about seating, I got very dismissive responses from the bartender & the person who ended up being the host. Like WEIRD rude. Service was extremely slow, even though the restaurant was largely empty the whole time. It was unnerving. The tea refresh was simply more hot water, NOT a fresh tea bag, so round two was basically flavorless. Ew. The server was really nice, but the long waits to get her attention were frustrating. And the water bottles were kept away from our table (?). I was having thirsty day, so my tongue was sticking to the roof of my mouth for way too long. When I asked for the bottle, she acted like she was irritated because it was "right behind" (me). Where neither of us could see it??? The lighting was AWFUL so most of the pics look bad, even with heavy editing. You can tell it's beautiful, but the pics are rough. Now - the settings were GORGEOUS. The dishes and flatware were beautiful. The water options were wonderful. The food is in the top 3 of any tea service I've ever had. The tea itself is hands down the best tea I've EVER HAD anywhere. You get a sampler box to smell before you choose, and there were so many that I loved. I ended up with Marco Polo blue, add honey and cream. I couldn't finish all the food, and they boxed the remainder up. Let me take the remainder of my water bottle home. Pushed for a review HARD. So here it is. We have to remember that the Michelin rating is solely for the food, not the decor, not the service. It definitely delivered there, but the rest really fell flat. For the price I'd expect way more as it's about double what tea costs anywhere else in the entire area.
