Ok. So. I *USUALLY* love this place but ordering and getting food took so long it took about 2 hrs to get food. 2 HRS! Worst thing, the lady serving us didn't serve us first. SHE SERVED OTHER CUSTOMERS THAT LITERALLY GOT HERE ABOUT 30 MINUTES AFTER US. The only good thing about this place is the ambiance. I like the lighting. I like the giant TVs. Typical Bdubbs but small town equals small restaurant. The place is very open, you can see the bar across from the other end. They have an outdoor area which is a nice patio with good room for a larger group! As typical as it is the 3 stars are based off of the service. The waiters and waitresses were nice but didn't pay much attention to their tables, only when necessary. The place was pretty packed, I mean not all the tables were filled but the ones that were had people ranging from all ages and it was 10 pm on a Friday night so you'd think they would know to be on their game. I watched one of the waitresses sweep under a table for god knows how long and completely ignored the looks from the tables she was supposed to be waiting on. Our server spent more time talking to other servers and his buddies that came in instead of attending to us. We weren't able to get the bill until about half an hour AFTER we finished eating. When the bill came to us, we were charged for all our drinks twice. Halfway through our drinks our server refilled all of our drinks for us without asking. If I knew we were getting charged I would have said no, but he never asked or informed us just refilled all of them and charged us. So be careful with that! If I could give it zero stars I would. Took our daughter there for dinner after her 5th grade graduation. There were 2 large parties and we were told a 10 to 15 minute wait. Which we agreed to. The hostess and a friend stood at check in discussing all the ways they could get drunk and the arse on one if their male coworkers and how they wanted "to rude that pony." I cleared my voice and gave them the best mom look I could because we were not the only family with children who could hear the conversation. Then the cussing began with Fing this and oh sh*t that. we asked them to watch their profanity because of the kids. We got a deer in headlights look like she didn't understand to which my kid saud, "they want you to stop swearing." We actually got attitude from her. Another server/hostess came over and took us to a table. Our waitress was nice at first. Took 10 minutes to get a drink. Our foid arrived and my daughter's hamburger bun was burnt black and she coukd not eat it. Were told they were having issue with their toaster. It was obviously heated and burnt on the grill. My dinner was so spicy rhat it could not be eaten. I sent it back to the chef. That is when our waitress became rude. She didn't ask me if I wanted anyrhing else. So I sat there sipping tea whilst my family ate. She never asked if we wanted refills on drinks or even came back to table. We had to flag her down. When are check arrived, the meal I coykd not eat was still on bill. I asked her to remove it. She ripped rhe check out if my hands and called me a bitch when she walked away. She returned with a corrected bill and slammed it on the table. I asked her if there was a problem? She responded "of course not customer us always right" and walked away. This is my second bad experience at Bdubs. Both times Connor was my waiter and she was not only very rude but didn't get my order right either time. The first time my potato wedges didn't have cheese and I told her so she got offended. She then disappeared and forgot about us completely and we had to ask a amanager for our check. This time she only said two words to me and gave me old wings with barley any sauce and she didn't give me the fries I ordered and then disappeared. We didn't even get our wings. I have no idea how the food or service is in this restaurant. When my family and I entered the first set of doors the odor was pretty bad, when we opened the second set of doors the foul odor from the restrooms located to the right of the entrance doors was overwhelming. We waited a few seconds for a staff member but the dining area looked deserted. I could taste and smell the bathroom smell for several minutes after leaving this restaurant. I recommend a thorough cleaning or maybe even a bathroom remodeling, the smell is so bad, human waste may have gotten into the floor and walls. read more

It got one star only because there is nothing lower. They were busy and when the waitress took our order she let us know that they were a little backed up and would be 20-25 minutes for the food. An hour later we asked if we were getting close. Was told that they were just playing it. In the mean time hadn't seen the waitress for drink refills or additional adult beverages. When the food came out she brought 5 of 10 orders. Still no additional drinks or silverware or ketchup or salt. A good 5-7 minutes later she brought the remaining orders and asked if there was anything else. YES, silverware napkins, drinks, carrots and celery. Finally got one of the managers to get silverware and napkins. When he asked if there was anything else I requested my beer again. He told me he couldn't give me a free beer. I stayed I did not ask for a free beer, I wanted something to drink with my meal. After that he walked around for a little bit and went and stood at the hostess stand. After about 10 minutes I walked over and gave him my hamburger and EMPTY glass, letting him know if I couldn't have something to drink with my meal I didn't want the meal. He never said a word. About 10 minutes later the bartender came over with a beer and said does this belong to someone at this table, it's been sitting on the bar for a long time. We go here all of the time and we used to love it but I do have to say that the last few times we have been here well too say the least it was really terrible. Terrible service and the food was ok. It took at least 15 min to get our drinks another 30 min to get our appetizers and another 30 min after that our dinners.
