Adrian was our server and the service was good. We had the Cactus Blossom, Cheeseburger and Steak Kabob. The Steak Kabob was the better choice as the Cheeseburger had huge amounts of Salt to the point of almost not being edible. The Fries were also Salted to an extreme. The Cactus Blossom still retained the skin and wasn't chewable. The restaurant was extremely loud so if you like really salty food and not being able to hold a conversation during dinner this might be your kind of place. Our bill for two, including tip, and having water to drink with dinner was over $48.00. I feel the price was high for what we got and the quality of the food. It was loud, busy, and full of life inside this place tonight. Actually it was a Sunday night, so I wasn't sure if there would be a wait for a party of one. I took a seat at the bar with one other person, so it wasn't bad at all actually. Immediately the bartender introduced herself and her other bartender as they would both be taking care of me. It was personalized service as she asked my name and they used my name throughout the night. Starting with some warm bread and the cinnamon butter - it was fantastic. I ordered a small caesar salad (excellent) and the 30 oz bone-in ribeye (so flavorful) along with green beans and a sweet potato with just butter. Ended up taking the apple pie and ice cream home for dessert. Plenty of refills of rolls and drinks throughout the night. Several birthday celebrations around the bar area, which was fun. And the tv's going all over the place on various channels. I must say the service was top notch - the food was excellent - the only thing that could have been better was the noise level - it is super loud in there, but just know that in advance. This isn't a quiet evening. Also - in reference to the steak - it was cooked perfectly and I forgot about the sides since the ribeye was so flavorful! I ended up eating the sides, but the more food you have, the quicker it will get cold. So eat fast - or choose a salad as one of the sides. Food was good. A little pricey, but good. It was absolutely freezing in this restaurant. My son is a human furnace. He is never cold. Tonight, he was cold. My grandson stayed huddled underneath a jacket the entire time. He refused to take his arms out of the jacket he was huddled under because he was so cold. His food got boxed up and taken home cuz he was too cold to eat. The server was a pest. There's a difference between being attentive and being a pest. My son was trying to read the menu, and she's steady rattling off the list of sides he's trying to read. She showed him where it was on the menu. He's trying to read it and decide what he wants, and she keeps repeating rapid fire all the sides. He can read! Let him make a decision. Halfway through the meal she came and asked if we want to go boxes. I don't know if I want a box I'm still eating my meal. 5 minutes later she came back and asked again how many boxes we wanted. We had our check before we even finished with our meal. Like halfway through she bought us the check. I like an attentive server, but she just kept interrupting us. She just kept coming back. We went to Texas roadhouse for dinner. Our server was not the most friendliest and only checked on us once but never as about refills or if our steaks were cooked correctly. My stake was supposed to be cooked medium but was cooked well done. I ate the whole stake due to be extremely hungry and our server never not stopping by after the food arrived. When the bill came I mentioned the stake was over cooked but still ate it. She states she would talk to the manager and she did. The manager stated she took off my meal only, which was super nice even though I didn't ask for it or expected it. So they re sent us a bill for our dinner and when I looked it over I noticed it was completely wrong and charged for things we were supposed to be. I explained to the server about it and she kept arguing with me saying i was wrong and that's the bill. So I asked for the manager and when the server walked away so mumbled "you clearly don't know what your talking about" After that i was extremely upset about the situation and when the manager showed up I explained the bill but she didn't care. So my meal was supposed to be taken off and it was a steak with two sides included, however they took off only 8 bucks and then charged me for my two sides and my boyfriends meal. I explained that to the manager and she said since we took off your steak meal we have to charge for sides. The sides are included in the meal so why should we be charged extra for the sides. The manager didn't care and the servers attuide and disrespect wasn't even addressed or said would be talked to.I also stated to the manager that if this is becoming a big issue charge me for my meal because I didn't ask for the free meal and it's your staff that's making this an issue and I just wanna pay and leave. I bought gift cards last year and when I bought them they told me they won't expire as long as I use them at there location because I spend 300 to 400 at a time at Christmas time, they give you 20.00 gift card if you buy 100.00 so I use them when my money gets low so I went to use mine today and the manager told me it expired and I tried to explain to her how one of the managers told me they won't expire as long as I use them there she said she is sorry but they won't except it, my advice to you is if you buy gift cards make sure you use it in time or you will lose the money on them.i won't buy anymore it's not worth it to me to spend all that money and when I want to use them after so many month they till me they expire, they should never expire I Paid for them. read more

The food tasted fine as always and the service was fine. What wasn't fine is that when they charge you for a full slab of ribs, you should get a full slab or at least close to it which should have around 12 bones. The plate put in front of me this evening only had 8. The half slab is supposed to have 6-7. So a full slab only comes with 1 more? I told a manager about who did offer to bring me 4 more, but they should have been on the plate to begin with and requiring me to have to ask for what I'm paying for. I wonder if their 12 ounce steaks are actually 12oz or only 8? Much harder to check them. Went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, even stopping with her hands full to ask if my boyfriend needed a refill on his drink! Our sides and starters were super good, but both of our steaks were cooked a bit wrong, but neither of us have had this problem here before so it's no big deal at all. October 2021 - We have visited this location several times. This time we were there for a special occasion. Unfortunately, the service was well below standards and I really don't blame the server. I blame the management for training her so poorly. It took us 15 to 20 minutes just to get our order placed. Our server just disappeared after getting our drinks and bread. One of our guests asked for peanuts and was told that they were out. Two of the four people at our table should have received salads immediately but did not. I received my main course about 5 minutes before everyone else. We received our salads exactly one minute before our meals arrived. We had no room on our table for all of the dishes. There was an obvious disconnect between the server and those delivering the food. When dishes were empty they were not removed even when the server had an opportunity to remove them. Our server had a habit of walking away when we were still talking to her. The food was decent but had to be corrected. The "Road Kill" entree was undercooked. How do you undercook Chopped Steak? From the moment I walked in I should of walked out. This is the worst Texas Road House I have been to in America and I have been quite a few. The hosts had like 5 people in the booth all smiled and I kept explaining how many adults and children it was they would smile and nod repeated it back to me like 4 times each time wrong . When they finally got it right I thought we were good. They take us to our seat to have it wrong. We were frustrated so we set up the seating for the babies ourselves. The waiter was okay which why they get one star . No saucers for appetizers and black stuff in all our glasses on the ice. If you're a minority go at your own risk they will smile and nod. I have it 3 stars because of who they are but I always have a good time and food is great but today something was off the meat was ok not as good as it always has been in the past. The mash potatoes to flat and not much flavor as usual again backed potato also flat not good flavor. The mini burgers way to dry as well. Also got a margarita as well. The potato skins had a ton of shreds and barely any bacon on them. My fresh veggies was mostly carrots. My steak and salad were good.
