Food had to get taken back . Because the steak was not done correctly. I will never eat here again. Waitress was very disrespectful to my wife. And to pay she had to wait over 20 minutes. Absolutely the worst place to go. We tried to come back 5 different times and each time something wasnt done to satisfaction. Longhorn is always a great meal. I got the filet which comes with 2 sides for around $26. For the sides, you can choose from 2 salad options (their salad or Caesar) or a number of sides like sweet potato, brussel sprouts (which are delish and have an upcharge that is worth it), loaded bakes potato, asparagus and more. My husband had the ribeye and that was better! Next time I will get that. Bread is free to start. Service was great. Ample parking. Lots of booth and standard table seating. Definitely one of the worst Longhorn's I've been to. Lots of ignoring customers. Dirty bar and bartender threw a menu and never returned for 20 min I tried dining room. Lotsa people looking confused. I will say my server is excellent and the food is very good. Clean up the bar. Get the hostess stand organized and this is up to the standard Longhorn I've seen across the country. read more

There is plenty of food and it's all good. We had the fillet.and New York Strip. Both came with two sides. She had a chopped salad and mashed potatoes. I had the salad and loaded potato. I would recommend the spinach dip appetizer. It comes with pita bread. The service was good but the appetizer and dinners were served out of sequence. This was my first time there in a few years. I'll say I'm disappointed and probably won't go back. The food wasn't bad, but the service was terrible. We got there about 9:20pm and they close at 10:00. We were rushed at every possible opportunity. They tried to take food and drinks we weren't done with, when we asked for the bill they dropped in on my plate, and when we asked for boxes they set them down on top of the food on the table. The waitress was rude and hardly spoke to us. It was clear she was mad we were there so close to closing time. But, they were open for 40 more minutes. You would expect decent service up to closing time. They also got the dressing for a salad wrong and had no idea what rye whiskey was (though they have a full bar). Some of the stuff I could excuse, even the mediocre food, but I won't go to a place that doesn't want to serve customers. read more

After having a bad day to a bad week, I stopped in for a bite and had my week turned around. The staff was super nice and very accommodating. They did their very best to seat me in an isolated area for some much needed quiet. The food was excellent and perfect to order. The waitress Kristin S. was well, spot on... Our server, Madison was amazing! Food was amazing as well. We had the Parmesan crusted spinach dip as an appetizer and it was amazingly good; it's a new item menu. The hub and I both ordered the 6 oz filet and came out perfectly to the temperatures we ordered. (Medium rare for me!) The restaurant was crowded for 8 pm on a Saturday night and we did wait around 30 minutes to be sat. This location is right next to a hotel and looked like a lot of people from the hotel dining here. I was at the restaurant today, July 12, 2025. I was with a party of 13 people. Almost everything was perfect. The food was fantastic. While there, I was given a small bag of chocolate. After finishing my meal, in the rush to leave, I forgot to grab my gift. Upon returning to the restaurant, I was informed that it was most likely thrown away. It was a brand new, unopened bag of chocolate. I doubt that it was tossed. I believe someone decided to keep it. I sincerely hope that whoever took it enjoys it. read more

Ordered a kids burger, a LT burger and Chicken Parmesan w a side of broccoli for curbside pick up. The kids burger patty was so overcooked and hard like a puck, it was nowhere near edible for my 2 year old. The LT burger had the issue of the burnt bottom of the patty and the undercooked bacon that was on it but somewhat edible. Lastly, my chicken parm was cooked nicely but a bit over seasoned. I feel like the only good thing that was cooked nicely was the chicken parm, steamed broccoli that came with it as a side and the fries for both of the burger orders. read more

We used to always love to go to this restaurant for the fillets, but the last three times very disappointing. I order my fillet medium, but it comes up to rare then I gotta send it back and then by the time I get it back I'm full at this time we went in tonight and I asked for the managers so I would avoid all the extra and I just told him I want my fillet medium And hopefully they can just get it right the first time so when the state came out, it was medium, but it wasn't real tender, and my baked potato was not baked enough then I asked the waitress for a different potato and they didn't have anymore. Lotta disappointment three strikes I'm done. I will not be returning to this establishment when I called the manager over to tell him about the steak. He said well at least they got the temperature right he wasn't concerned that the steak was tough. That was it for me. I couldn't believe it! By the time we're all set and done it was $71. So I'm here tonight with my family on my 70th birthday eating probably the best steak and shrimp I've ever had. I love this restaurant. Me and my former roomie haven't found much time to just catch up and we both said " Eff it! We're having a girls night!" and so we did! Longhorns is always a solid choice no matter the occasion. We had about a 10 min wait and were seated , our server (Madison) an absolute doll! We loved her! She was very attentive and made excellent suggestions for us. For starters we both ordered water with lemon and listen, I love a good crisp water! I had the Texas margarita and my friend ordered the peach sangria .. I'm telling you, it's dangerous.. you taste ZERO alcohol and it's the exact taste as a capri sun lol. Sooo good! My margarita gave what it was supposed to give as well! For dinner I had the petite sirloin 6 oz with parmesan crust and mushroom with a side of honeyed brussel sprouts . It was absolutely delicious! I really enjoyed the under layer of spice on the brussels! If you add salt it brings out the heat and cuts the sweetness of the honey.. my friend ordered the petite sirloin as well with shrimp with a side of brussel sprouts and mac and cheese. Her entrée also came with a rice pilaf. Of course I had to have my salad as well because #LonghornRanch and I'm very much a vinaigrette girl.. but you DON'T pass up Longhorns ranch! That would be like turning down Chik fil A on a Sunday lol Unheard of! We also had the complimentary bread and butter which was hot and crispy on the outside and warm and chewy on the induce! Had a family night out to Longhorn since it's been a long time since we had a steak. Walked in, was seated right away. The place was busy but not that busy. I was a server before. After about a 15 minute wait, our server (who was super nice) came over for our drink order. We didn't want an appetizer, but we also we knew what we wanted to order. Waited about 5 more minutes for the non-alcoholic drinks and waited about 10-15 minutes for the alcoholic drinks. I ordered a Long Island Tea...when I got the drink, it looked really clear. Thinking since it was Top Shelf, maybe it was too much alcohol. (Pictured) Took a sip, tasted nothing but lemon juice and gin. I never ever complain but I told the server that the drink was not was it was supposed to be. She looked shocked and asked "are you sure?" Then explained that they ran out of sweet and sour juice and used lemon juice in place of that. I stated if I had known that, I wouldn't have ordered that. She kindly took it back and I ordered a Blue Moon. Food came after about an hour and a half wait. My husband and 2 kids ordered the Porterhouse steak and I ordered the filet. When I got my food, the filet was cool to the touch. The cook on the steak was perfect, the seasoning was too peppery for my liking, the fries were ok after adding salt. My husband's steak was very gristly. My kids thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Unfortunately, we won't be back. The experience and food was not worth $200. read more

Food was good but service was okay until we came to find out that just bc our 5 yr old wasn't hungry the server, "madisyn kettwig" thought it was appropriate to dive into our social life by reaching out to family members claiming that we were neglecting our child just bc we didn't order him food, bc he ate already, had a piece of 3 apps, and we even ordered extra food for him in case he was hungry later. So if you want a private dinner without the servers judging you the whole time I wouldn't recommend this place. Even gave her a $30 cash extra tip on top of the original bill lol. Easy parking, great seating, big comfortable booths and mostly great food. I wish there were more healthy food options. I ordered the asparagus side dish and it was drowning in butter. People today want more healthy food choices either by choice or by doctors orders. Steamed asparagus would be much healthier. I also would like to see some non dairy coffee creamer. Even almond milk would be great. Less salt, less sugar and less oils and less butter. A few bean dishes would also be nice. read more

Every time I come here it is always a treat. I have come here for a while and each time my food is cook very well. The service is always delightful. I can't say I've had a bad experience here. The people are always courteous and are quick to fix any problem that arises. The prices are very competitive with each of the other steakhouses in the area. They always have something on special. The restaurant is always very nice and clean. It's very spacious and I really enjoy it. The parking area is nice. Not filled with potholes, but could use a little more light. Oh my this location is AWFUL!!!!!! We walked in for dinner and had to stand there for over 5 minutes because nobody was at host stand. Finally she comes up and we tell her we need a table for two so she grabs menus and walks us to booth lays down the menus and walk away never speaking to us at all. Then we sat there for a really long time when finally a guy comes and says he'll be back later he's fixing a problem with another customer and leaves our table without taking even our drink order. Yeah we should of left but it had been a long day and after another 5 minutes or so he finally came back. We both ordered the 6 Oz sirloin steak cooked medium and when the food finally came out my steak was covered in a weird looking sauce so I said whoa what's on my steak? Waiter responds oh it's a sauce we put on all our steaks before serving. I was like umm then why doesn't my husbands steak have that on his. Waiters reply was the sauce has melted on his like it usually does and he walks off. I don't believe that's true, I really don't. I tasted te sauce it was nasty and so I scrapped off what I could then took a bite of the steak which by the way was no where near 6 Oz it was 3 Oz no more than that but back to the bite of steak I put in my mouth it was still cold. My guess is they must put this sauce on the precooked meat then run it under some kind of heating device before they serve it and mine was never heated. So if your hungry don't come here Im sure any place is better than here. read more

Pretty good. Love their prime rib. I order mine medium & it is always cooked to perfection. The mushroom appetizers are a rip off. For $9 you get maybe 6 small ones filled with garlic and cheese. We only did that once. The servers are always friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable. Ambience is nice with low lighting, booths, seated tables, and southwest decor. Can get crowded on weekends, so expect to wait a little bit then. read more
