I have t been to hooters in a while due to a bad experience in the past. This afternoon I ended up going because a friend was in from out of town and wanted to go for dinner and some drinks. Izabel was our waitress and she was great! From start to finish, Izabel made sure we were taken care of from checking to see how our food was and if we needed anything else towards the end. I had the western burger and I'd rate it a 8/10. However, the fries were very bland and not seasoned at all which was a disappointment. All in all, service was great and I left with a full stomach. It appears busy time is after happy hour. Happy hour deals were moderately priced and was worth the deal. People started to gather after 6:30 and tables filled fast. Food was really cold and soggy when it got here so I had to throw everything in the air fryer to get some crispiness back. I said thank you to the delivery driver and he gave me a dirty look and just walked away. I wish I could take my tip back. The spicy garlic wings had great flavor but the heat level showed 4 out of 5 fires. It should be more like 2 fires. They barely even tingled my tongue. My favorite buffalo chicken sandwich! Unfortunately I will not be going back to the Las Cruces location due to piss poor management. After being honored as a war veteran at the veterans parade today a family member went to enjoy a lunch alone when he noticed a fly in his soda. When he brought it to the attention of the server, who was great and very attentive , she went and got the manager Mr. Graves who she trusted to handle the situation accordingly. Instead of responding appropriately, Mr. Graves approached the situation aggressively and accused my family member of trying to get a free meal, questioned his honesty, and even went so far as to accuse him of stolen valor (which is like spitting in the face of any US veteran). When my family member let him know this is unacceptable Mr . Graves offered to fight him where he mentioned to meet him at his local boxing gym to show off his sub par boxing skills. He was also throwing his name around like he meant something and everyone in town is afraid of him. My family member then paid and was embarrassingly escorted out the restaurant. First off, I gotta say, my feelings about this location is up and down. Hands off, hooters has the best bone in original wings. Crispy and flavorful. They have the option of boneless too esp a special during happy hour and I am not a fan of boneless. Tastes like a chicken tender they covered with sauce with. But the location here is. If you're not a guy, it seems to be that service is pretty slow. I've waited forever to get my check, and probably another 20min for them to run it, service could run a little better. First. The wings are great might have been my favorite wing place. I had gone in for a pick up order. It was packed the hostess was on her phone and looking down when I came in. I said hello, she she did a once over on me and then continued to ignore me, again on her phone. I was standing there for about 5-7 minutes waiting for her to acknowledge me or say I'll be right with you etc... she did not. This review is strictly for curbside. Not sure what was going on, but I ordered 20 wings from a place that prides itself on making wings and was told to show up curbside in 20 minutes -- cool, cool. Arrived 20 minutes later, called in, was told the wings would be another 20 minutes - what?. 40 minutes in, still waiting . . . no wings. Decided to give them another 10 minutes, guess what, nothing, after nearly an hour. I love the wings at Hooter's, even if I am a bit disturbed by the misogyny (basically the same protocol as going to Chick-Fil-A even if you don't hate gay people). This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I will think again about patronizing them. read more

This was the worse Hooters I have ever been to, and have been to many across the country. The manager on duty October 3rd was the rudest I've ever encountered. He was so bad myself and another patron paid our bill and left before we could order food. He should never be in a customer service industry. Do yourself a favor and just not go. read more

I went on Tuesday-June 16,2019 we walked in and a girl at the bar met us know to sit wherever we liked and she would let a server know. The server was very nice and got my brother in law his beer,my water and the kids sodas. We ordered a grilled cheese for my niece and a children's beef sliders for my four year old. I had naked buffalo hot wings and a side of fries. When my brother in law had the mild buffalo chicken sandwich and fries. The sliders that my son had he said tasted good. The fries were nicely salted and fresh for all of our plates. As for the wings even thou I got hot they good flavor but not any heat to back it up. The ranch for the wings was very creamy and delicious and the side of chili cheese for the fries was hot. I very much enjoyed the food here and would definitely be back to try more wing flavors. read more

Oh my, you know all about their schtick and their calendars by now I'm sure! I usually don't leave reviews for corporate places since there is seldom any unique angle to them but the wings here are always enormous when breaded compared to how little they are at other far-reaching establishments that I won't be mentioning here. We come for wings and beers on Sundays since that's our day for watching Titans football with our viewing group and the specials are enough incentive to come here, even if there are indeed better wings to be found and Mom and Pop businesses the vibe here is ideal for football. Came from out of state, provided my ID to the waitress behind the bar and she said she needed to have her manager vet the ID. I refused and walked out. Apparently a state ID from a real ID state that has your picture in holograms in multiple places and is a valid ID isn't good enough. When placing the order over the phone I was told that I could not have a salad as a side for a kids meal, even though I have done it before, and realize there is an upcharge. So, I had to pay an additional $5.99 instead of a dollar or two for an upcharge. When I got there to pick up the order it had not even been put in yet, and I had to wait an additional 15-20 minutes. We see and open area and ask to sit there to watch the games we want. The hostess tell us no because it "only for waiting." There are four in our party, we all to sit at a bigger table. They tell us know because it's for a bigger party. So to watch our games and still give them our business we four sit at a table meant for three up against the wall. BUT...a single couple comes directly after us in needing less room are seated where we had requested. The manager confirmed they are "just there waiting." Well...they order drinks, and food and are sitting comfortable in a big table while for adults are still stitting at a bake meant for four!!!. Bullshit service!!! Thank you Las Cruces Hooters. Way to manage the party that is going to obviously pay more money!!!! . . . . One hour later...Stay away from the Buffalo Chicken Salad!!! My girlfriend started vomiting!!!! I have been a fan of this location for many years, but unfortunately This location is always off again on again. Yesterday was definitely off again. It took over an hour to get our food and the place was nowhere busier than usual. I know this because we were seated right away and there were several tables empty. We were sat in the very back and it was filthy. Table was gross and poorly wiped. Booth was falling apart. Tons of stuff just shoved in the corners. I know that if the dining room looks like this, I can't imagine what the kitchen is like. I can't comment on the food we bought because we ended up asking for it to go and never had the chance to eat it. Fix your place or this place is going to go back to being a place for 20 somethings to get drunk and unruly. Some of us come to Hooters for more than just the shots. read more

I'm a big fan of this restaurant chain and was glad to see there is one in Las Cruces. I was the first customer of the morning, and my service dog accompanied me. I was greeted by just about every staff member, and my server was extremely courteous and professional to both me and my partner. Kudos to the management for briefing their staff on proper respect to people with service dogs. As for the food, the wings were excellent as I had hoped, my server kept an eye on my drink status, and the atmosphere was great with a sporting event on every screen. When we arrived to pick up the order (25 minutes later) they could not find the order; as a result, the order had never been started. It would be a longer wait until we would receive our order. First off, a couple things I think are weird. This place has a 1.5 star rating and a price point of four dollar signs? Hm, like I said... weird. I came here with some friends for dinner on a Wednesday for unlimited wings night. The place was pretty busy but we only had about a ten minute wait. It was my first time ever eating at a Hooters but it seemed like any other sports bar (with the exception of the cute girls walking around everywhere). There are big flat screens hanging in every corner showing some kind of sporting event or Sports Central and a large bar stocked with whatever your liver can handle. We started off with a couple Irish Car Bombs to get the night rolling. Obviously when you go to Hooters you go for the women, not the food. Yes, the food needs to be decent, but if it's not, oh well. Just take in the sights and relax. The unlimited wing night is a pretty great deal though. They have dozens of choices when it comes to sauces or flavoring and you can also get the boneless option. I went with two servings (ten wings each serving) of the hot boneless chicken wings. I probably could have gone up a couple levels of hotness, but these wings were still tasty especially when coupled with their awesome ranch dressing. We had a great night, a filling meal, and got caught up on the scores from around the MLB at the same time. The girls are cute and extremely nice (working for tips) and the service was quick and attentive. We spent over two hours stuffing our faces and left only spending around $15. Gotta love those buffalo wings! I'm not even a big fan of buffalo wings...this is actually the only place that I order them. I've tried a few dishes that I wasn't too impressed by so I stick with the appetizers at this place (aka. "Hooterstizers"). I'm not too worried about the food considering the theme of the restaurant..who's really there for the food anyway? It's a great place to have a good time and not take everything so seriously. The girls always provide great service. If you thoroughly want to embarrass someone on their birthday...this is the perfect place. NOISY SPORTS BAR, DECENT FOOD, BUT KIND OF A RIP-OFF. Ahhh, Hooters. What can I say? It's bright and clean with TV's everywhere...lots of noise and people having fun. Numerous tables and lots of wooden bar stools which are extremely uncomfortable. Overall, the ambiance is ok if you don't mind noise, but I personally don't find it a pleasant or comfortable place for dining. Looking for sports bar fun? Maybe you will. The menu is somewhat narrow....wings, burgers, and beer for the most part. The place tries to nickel-and-dime you to death. Want fries? Pay extra. Want bacon or whatever on that burger? Pay extra. You get the point. The service is generally pretty good, but of course the young ladies pay more attention to the types buying a lot of beer and appearing loose with their money. The food at Hooters is average to slightly above. After all, it is a sports bar so don't expect haute cuisine. I sampled their WESTERN BBQ BURGER. The burger patty itself was quite good, but the bacon was only so-so and the onion rings on it tasteless. The small serving of potato salad was ok....nothing special. The curly fries were not so good....not cooked enough and somewhat tasteless. Arby's puts out a better product. The wings were good, especially the breaded ones. They were the best part of the meal. Overall, the food was decent but uneven. At the end of the meal you may leave with that feeling that you just got fleeced, or paid more than what you expected for the quality you received. But, I guess food quality is not your number one concern if you end up at Hooters. What to expect if you go: A clean and bright place, a nice but noisy atmosphere, good looking girls, a narrow menu, pricing to gouge you, and food that is ok.....nothing great but nothing bad. I am sure if you can dine off of Buffalo wings and Budweiser for all eternity, you'll be fine at enjoying any Hooters, they even give you televisions to distract you from the boring food and annoying Hooters Girls that ask you questions every 16 seconds. The Happy Hour didn't seem worth it, so why is Hooters so damn popular? I don't get it. I am tired of this review already, i don't even want to give it ONE star, and "Eek! Went there twice this past week while in town on business. First trip was great...sat at the bar and enjoyed a couple of pints, some wings, and some postseason baseball. Second trip was not so good...this was on Thursday 10/22 around 9pm. I sat at the bar again...this night a different bartender. She took forever to get to me and before doing so, she served/waited on several people who sat after me. I got the sense that she felt if she ignored me I would go away. She finally took my order and my beer and food were served in a normal amount of time and I had no problem with either. I would've ordered a second beer (Mr. Franchisee - think more profit $), but I sat with an empty pint glass in front of me for 20 minutes or so. All the while, the bartender waited/served several rounds to the patrons around me. Finally, the second/backup bartender asked if I wanted another. So bad I've sworn off Hooter's for good. First customers of the day on a Saturday. 7+ wait staff in a meeting with the manager. 15 minutes later (after we sat ourselves) no one had visited our table.
