Live in the area and have visited several times and they never seem to get it right. We returned bc friends wanted to go and experience BWW. Always order our wings extra extra crispy.....and they always come to our table under cooked even though the wait staff confirms our order before placing it. They must employ morons in the kitchen bc this has happened 3 times. Feel bad for the wait staff (who have always been friendly) bc they have to deal with hungry customers waiting for their order to be corrected when they did nothing wrong and it's all on the kitchen. Marsay, the manager on duty, apologized the first time we visited and gave us 25% as a way of saying sorry. Should of have comped our meal since we had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the wings to be cooked the way we ordered them the first time. The next two times, Marsay happened to be the manager on duty again and actually remembered us. This time he made us new wings (again another 30 minute wait) and sent us home with wings to go (We wanted them right the first time). Cooks and Marsay should look for new jobs since they have no idea how to please customers and cook food to order. Once again, the wait staff had to make apologizes for the kitchen and offer free desserts. Very disappointing. Wasn't looking for dessert, just wanted our wings cooked to order. Even emailed in our comments (survey on bottom of receipt) to BWW corporate after our bad experiences and never heard back. Guess if corporate doesn't care about our experience than why should Marsay or the kitchen staff. There are so many other places near by, 99, Jake & Joe's, Jimmy's Pub, Wendell's just to name a few, that serves wings that are just as good with excellent service. Do yourself and your friends a favor and stay away from Marsay and the horrible kitchen at BWW in Mansfield. Don't know if this is all BWW, but this location just can't get it right. read more

I used to work for this place and it's is absolutely disgusting. The management is absolutely horrible they don't know how to treat their employees what so ever. The kitchen is dirty barely anybody wears gloves when touching food. Employees pick at the food as well when it's in the window waiting for a CUSTOMER who just paid for it. I'm sure people don't want other people's fingers touching their food before eating it. I used to drop everything for this location and work 60-70 hour weeks and tried to get another job at a different Buffalo Wild Wings and they told the other buffalo that I had attendance issues. Which goes to prove my point about them not treating employees right at all. They need NEW management who know what they are doing because RICK the general manager and all the other managers don't know what or how to run a business according to the book. Also I missed work one day due to one of my family members passing away and RICK the general manger was going to fire me unless I SHOWED PROOF THAT I WAS WHERE I SAID I WAS!! Like what is that!? That's pretty damn illegal. Bottom line this place is nasty the food is nasty and the people who work there don't follow rules and regulations. If I could give 0 stars I would. People were doing heroin in the walk in and bathroom and other drugs as well. They spread a rumor about me getting my girl friends best friend pregnant, one of the MANAGERS (Paul) who is 35 years old was having sex with an 18 year old server there as he is a MARRIED man and he would brag about it to me and multiple other people as well. read more

The service is exemplary. After being led to our table and asked if it was satisfactory, the waitress arrived within minutes. She showed us the specials, answered all of our questions and gave us time to decide. Shortly thereafter a "Captain" came to our table to make sure we were being taken care of and to offer her services. The food was very good and the beer and drink list is extensive. Tonight was My first and probably my last time coming to BWW.. I was greeted by a disheveled floor manager who informed me about a 15 min wait even though there were 3 occupied tables and about 10 crickets going off in the whole establishment.. however I was informed that staffing was the issue and I totally understood the situation being a service industry veteran myself.. what I didn't understand was the lack of urgency the MOD possessed after telling me the bar was closed and the only person that showed up to work was the actual bartender .. the poor girl had to solo the floor as well as service bar.. like buddy you can't pour Luke warm bud lights while she's running food? Anyways.. after the 15 mins we were seated and Aaliyah, our server came and gave us a heads up on the situation whilst taking our drink and app orders.. To make matters worse this this poor girl had to return to the table to in form us that Buffalo Wild Wings was no BS literally out of Buffalo sauce (hot and medium).. even worse, after more chatter with Aaliyah I found out she drove from the cape to Mansfield for this abysmal place.. idk wtf is going on but there's a clear reason why people don't show up for shifts.. all in all, Aaliyah was the MVP, service was great given the situation, the food was on par and my date and I made sure we matched all 62.93 of that bill as tip, thank you for your service.. and that dusty manager is in dyer need of some hygiene and self care. I had take out here over the weekend--ordered online. Tried it for the first time. We ordered the sampler which came with Nacho's, Mozzarella sticks, onion rings and boneless wings which I got in the Spicy Garlic sauce. Also we got the bacon cheeseburger with sweet bbq sauce, fries and side of coleslaw and mac and cheese. All in all food was very good. I liked how the hostess checked everything in front of me to make sure everything I ordered was there (a particular dipping sauce I wanted was missing, so she went and got it) Burger was awesome, fries, very plain. Coleslaw and mac and cheese pretty good. Nachos and onion rings were very yummy! Wasn't too crazy about the boneless chicken wings though. Next time I'll get the ones with the bone. Mozzarella sticks were good too. Good first experience, will try more items for sure! read more

Been here three different times, twice for dine-in and one for takeout. All experiences were excellent. First time there was on a Thursday for their boneless special, and probably the best time. All of the boneless wings were fresh and hot and slathered in sauce. Both dine-in times the waitresses were attentive and professional. The only drawback was the wait times for the wings. Not crazy-long, but long enough to where you notice and start doing the ostrich-look around the restaurant trying to find your food. We were there for the NFL games so I wasn't in any rush to get out, anyway. I just went back last night for take-out, mainly because I had just realized I left my credit card there two weeks ago! I called and shockingly, they still had it. I didn't have to wait long for my food when I ordered ahead, and while I waited they offered me coke, water, whatever I wanted. Very nice! The sauce was a little sparse on the wings that we got on the take-out, but they were still good. The first time I was there was the best time, as the sauce was plentiful on all the wings. We also had the onion rings and the sauce that comes with them are dynamite. Can pretty much dip anything in it and it'll taste good. Yes even a burnt pickle will taste amazing with this incredible sauce! I did finally try their hottest hot sauce. I can't even remember the name but it has ghost peppers in it, and the wings came with a warning sticker on it that said something about keeping away from children, your eyes, your nose, or basically any part on your body you don't want immediately set ablaze with the fires of hell. Now, for comparison I use Dave's Insanity hot sauce at home which comes in at a blazing 200,000 scoville units. Tabasco sauce is 2,500. BWW's hottest hot sauce must be at least double Dave's Insanity because I was hurting. I ate two of the four we ordered and my buddy at the other two. His spicy tolerance level is far less than mine and I saw the color drain from his face and his eyeballs retreat into his skull as he realized there was no escape. Either he couldn't form the words, or his tongue wouldn't work, but I don't think he said anything for at least another 30 minutes. It took about 10-15 minutes for the heat to subside before I even considered eating the other wing. When you swallow it, the liquid magma leaves a burning trail down your esophagus and into your unsuspecting gut. Don't say you haven't been warned!! But you know what? I was looking for the challenge and I found it in that ghost pepper sauce. My favorite sauce there though is the mango habanero. It has the perfect heat/taste blend. Absolutely delicious and after about 4-6 of them, I'm really feeling the heat. Not recommended for people that aren't used to spicy food, not unless you want to publicly humiliate yourself with your nostrils and eyeballs running as you fruitlessly guzzle water and soda. read more

10/6/19- I placed a call-in order under the name of Veronika K. I had an order of fries, a snack size boneless wing, and a Santa Fe Salad. The boneless snack size comes with 8 wings, we got 5. For the santa fe salad, i specifically asked for NO corn. I wanted chicken, avocado, pico de gallo, and cilantro lime ranch. I got no avocado, no cilantro lime ranch, and i got CORN. For food, yummy! For customer service, huge thumbs down!! I ordered online and scheduled a 6:20 pick up. I was running a little late and got there at 6:35 expecting cold food which would be completely my fault. HOWEVER when I got there the girl went out back and came back out and said it'll be 5-10 more minutes. So I was mad about that however I didn't get my food until 7:09...50 minutes after I SCHEDULED a pick up time. When I expressed my frustration to the boy working the counter he said everyone's order has been late and the kitchen is backed up. He also said others were mad too and I said I don't blame them!! The right thing to do, bdubs, is to teach your staff to apologize then offer something in return like a percentage off or something for free, but neither was offered. Was not expecting a good experience because of all these negative reviews but I've always wanted to try BWW so here we are. We sat outside and had Casey as our server. She was so nice and knowledgeable. Helped us choose flavors and suggested the grapefruit beer that we both enjoyed. I already texted my friends that we have to come back... Only downside is we had to get up like 5 times to grab our napkins and paper plate/baskets that the wind blew away. Maybe try heavier plates for the patio. This BWW location is ok. The food is the same as every other one I've been to, so if you have eaten at any Buffalo Wild Wings at all then you know what you are getting into. At this one, all of the servers are very young. Sometimes you'll get one who's very attentive and polite, and sometimes one who's only so-so. I guess my only complaint would be that the tables here always feel sticky and gross. It's like the party before you spilled a drink and someone wiped it up, but didn't like...spray the table with a cleaner. I always leave feeling like a kid whose ice cream melted all over them. Really hate giving one star but this was THE WORST BWW ever. The place was dead so we figured, well, its definitely going to be great food. Well that was FAR from it. Fried pickles, fast but the pickles were SOGGY! how are fried pickles soggy?! Mozzarella stix were pretty decent, no complaints. But then there were the boneless wings. The sauce was non existent, over fried and battered. I wanted to complain but to who?! I get the olympics and games are but come on, such terrible service. I feel like a refund should have been offered, but where was the staff?!? Who knows!! Someone just give me my damn money back. Anyone who wants to try BWW for the first time, goto a different one! It's a chain restaurant. I usually dislike chain restaurants and this one was no exception. Overpriced. Slow service, whether you take it out to go, or eat in. Save your money and eat elsewhere. The salads and subs at Capriotti's are a good bet. They are in the same plaza. read more

Don't waste your time or money here. This location used to be ok, average, but has changed dramatically over time. Service always sucks now , take out is horrendous. Just picked up a sixty dollar order of wings, half the order is missing and everything is ice cold. This location is doomed if they don't identify and correct the multitude of operational inadequacies. And by the way I never ever write negative reviews but I've been burned by this place too many times now. Never going back. I'd rather have frozen wings from Applebee's, at least they'll be hot and accurate. I seriously hate this place. I am having a hard time deciding what was worse - the food, or the service. It blows my mind that a restaurant that has had 2 stars for the last three years is still open. The Service: When we came in the restaurant was about 1/2 full. We waited and waited by the hostess stand but the girls did not pay any attention to us. One was looking at her phone, the other just stared into the abyss with her dead eyes. The manager came by, a waitress followed him. He then begun yelling at her right by the front door, 3 feet away from us. I know the industry, it happens - but take that sh*t in the back. I have no interest in hearing any of it - I came out to relax. She was arguing with him, both waving their hands around. Super unprofessional. Tossing the menus, huffing and puffing he said "This way" - it took us a second to realize he was talking to us, and followed him. On the way to our table he stopped and started a conversation with another server - something else went wrong. Are you kidding me? Just sit us already - who hired you as a manager?!? He put the menus on the table and without turning around just walked away.....alright. Sheesh, quite a greeting but whatever. We sat down - no one came. So I got up and asked the manager is someone intends to come by our table as we have been ready for order for some time now. We ordered Ultimate Nachos and a House Sampler to start, beers and a bunch of wings. About 20 minutes later, no beer, no appetizers, and no sight of our waitress. I go up to another server and ask if she could grab my server. Noone could figure out who our server was, not even the damn manager (if you can call him that). Finally some other server brought us our beers and some water. We are now about 40 minutes from walking in the door. Our waitress brings out Tabegating Sampler and small wing - um not what I ordered. She argued that it was. At this point a manager came by - he said he was sorry but now that the dinner rush picked up, it will be at least half an hour before they can bring out the correct order. I asked to cancel the rest of our order and just give us the check so we can leave - we have been there for an hour and a half at this point. He knew - he SAT US AT THE TABLE!! He didn't say anything and just walked away. No polite apology, no discount on food WE DID NOT ORDER! I am not sure who made that man a manager or hired that server. The server came by with the check another 15 minutes later smelling like cigarettes. Seriously, I waited again so you can have a smoke? The Food: The food they serve is fried, then frozen, and refried to order on the fly. It was disgusting. This restaurant has the word WING in its name, and their wings were tiny, under seasoned, there was no sauce on them, and carry a heavy price tag. We finished the appetizers and paid the bill in full. As we walked out a bunch of servers were hovered in a corner on their phones, as customers heads peaked out looking for service. The table next to us sent their food back. This isn't a one off. This is just a crappy restaurant with crappy servers and crappy management. read more

This was a horrible experience. For one, our server did not check up on us or offer us refills. We also waited over an hour for our food even though every table around us (who came in later) got their food. We asked to speak to the manager, to which the hostess said "oh s%#*" which was completely unprofessional and rude. She never ended up calling the manager. When I was eating I found a raw chicken piece which was disgusting. My friends and I couldn't keep eating after that. The manager only gave us $5 off. Never again. The worst. Well where do you start... The beginning right?? OK... Arrived to watch the Patriots- Colts AFC Division game.. Upon arrival the parking lot was more crowded than a freaking Patriots game.. People diving for cover, cars trying to edge in to the tiniest of spots, people yelling like lunatics.. We should have taken our cue.. we should have hit the bricks and head up the street.. But I guess the lure of the new establishment sucked us in (as well as everyone in Mansfield and the surrounding 25 communities).. My GF dropped us off and my Brother and I went to head in and see if we could score bar seats... You enter this place and it is a free for all.. The bathrooms are located directly to the left when you enter, in other words, they are right by where everyone waits to be seated (great plan, while you wait why don't you have some restroom stench).. That just adds to the chaos.. People all bottle necked it to the entrance way, piled on top of each other.. My Brother and I battled our way through (seriously felt like an episode of the Walking Dead) we made it to the bar (smaller than I thought it would be) they had about 5 bartenders behind the bar (all good looking girls so I will give that to them) and there were No seats.. As most do in this instance, I observed the bar to see if anyone appears to be about to leave and saw two guys getting ready.. Two guys to my left saw them too.. We locked eyes like two samurai about to go at it.. There was NO way I was NOT getting these two chairs.. They stood up to leave (which way will they turn this will be paramount) they tuned to the left blocking the other two and I was able to sneak in.. As luck would have it the two to my right opened up.. The other two guys went to sit "sorry that is reserved for my GF".. Thought I may get shanked.. The place was basically like a prison riot so seemed like the place.. My GF made her way.. was probably molested about 10 times making her way in.. Our bartender takes our drink orders. My GF orders 1. Pinot Grigio they don't have it (how??) 2. Chardonnay (yup out of that too) My GF was ready to go postal at this point.. She didn't even get a drink.. I ordered a Blue Moon and my Brother ordered a Sierra Nevada. We both got Sierra Nevada's.. "Ah, excuse me, I got a Blue Moon" Opps.. We decide to order food.. We ordered the Boneless Honey Barbecue Wings and they came out in a timely fashion and they were VERY good. We put our food orders in my brother ordered the Chicken Quesidilla's, I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and my GF got the honey barbecue chicken salad.. Food again came out rather quickly considering the prison riot taking place behind us.. We were eating our food, no one really saying much.. Asked my Brother how his food was.. " I don't think this chicken is good". "what??".. 'I don't feel well and this tastes kind of old".. His face was pale and he thought he was going to vomit. My wrap was EH.. It has SO much hot sauce it basically overpowers the wrap (and your mouth) but they could have a new cold-sinus medication to promote (Buffalo Wild Wings Decongestant on sale now) my GF salad.. well.. the lettuce, some if it looked like it had been run over in the riot outside and then placed in her salad.. Food really was pretty gross.. My Brother did eventually start feeling better and never got sick.. The service overall was pretty good.. She did screw up the first drink, they were out of two wines, but the bartenders were very friendly, very attractive and did seem to care about doing their job (which is important to me).. The men's bathroom? Can we talk about that for a second? This place is a heavily male dominated establishment and they have ONE urinal in the mens room huh? I think they offer you more urinals in third world countries at some of their watering holes (those still open after bombings) I would say it is a VERY good place to catch a game.. 3rd time and not again. Order wrong 1st time, second time waited even after ordering online and still missing part of order. No drink and no blue cheese. 3rd time ordered online, called because of an error, was told it was fixed and would be ready at 630pm. Walked in waiting 20 minutes and was told they were it of onion rings and I could deal with that but order still not ready, waited 27 minutes total, no management came to speak to me, nothing. I left and the order was wrong and missing things. I contacted corporate, and they clearly didn't get it. I PLACED AN ORDER FOR PICK UP AT 630 AND GOT IT AT 657. THE RECEPT I GOT HAD ME AS A WALK IN AND IT WAS WRONG. They gave me an email for 20 dollars off my next order. What a joke. The waitress was cleaning her table which is understandable, but unfortunately it was a big group that left but she took like 30 minutes to clean it. Wow... worst customer service I have ever experienced! Despite a almost empty restaurant I had to wait for over an hour for my food. My son received his meal a good 30 minutes before the rest of us. At least 4 waitresses approached my table but not one came back with what I had asked for. The manager co I could care less when I tried to ask for his assistance. He couldn't be bothered to help. Offered us a free desert when all I wanted was my meal. After we finally received it and finished eating, well I couldn't eat my wings because the were raw inside, it was over two hours later. I paid the bill but asked to speak to the manager before I left only to be told that he was too busy to talk to me. I will never come back to this place. read more
