This is a great spot. They do wings well which you'd expect. They have a ton of sauce options and sizes to feed any appetite. I really love the cheese fries. They have a decent sized menu so if you Don't want wings you can have something else. For a chain spot they have a great craft beer menu and I had a few brews I enjoyed. Really bad. I have used this chain on a few occasions at many locations in California and New England, but Mansfield MA is the worst. I ordered medium traditional wings with desert heat dry rub, celery and blue cheese dressing. The celery came in the trays with an 1/8th of an inch of freezing water in the bottom, but no big deal. The medium traditional wings were dry and luke warm. Suspect they had been kept warm for a while and become tough and chewy. I normally get between 15-18 wings in the medium portion but only 14 at this location. I also recall that there is normally a special offer on traditional wings on Tuesday at half price. Apparently the deal was on the boneless wings ones, but they did not mention that. Suspect this business is on its last legs (wings) and does not deserve to survive. read more

I have ordered the 10pc honey bbq wings for myself, and my non-binary significant other ordered the new bird dogs. I was very disappointed when the food came over, at first i thought they sprinkled chocolate on my wings, which was very unusual to me. I was starving so i tried to ignore it and continued to dig in. We went to the one in Shrewsbury for my husband's birthday on a Sunday evening my family and I, and wish we had gone somewhere else. We spent $110 there for 2 adults & 3 kids. When we got our food (after waiting at least 30 mins if not more after ordering) it wasn't even hot! We were sat in the very back of the restaurant where one of the employees left a back door open/ajar near where we were sitting & we were getting the cold draft while waiting for our food. The place was empty so there was no good reason why we waited so long for our food since they weren't even busy. Even the "manager", someone named AJ, has a worse attitude than the high school teens working there. The kitchen is slow, I've never gotten my food at its promised time for takeout. Servers seem unhappy, probably because all of their tables wait way too long for food. The floor is often dirty and the men's bathrooms are a disgrace.
