Your food use to be good and use to be my favorite restaurant but I food poisoning so make sure next time it's cooked

Very poor customer service and it takes a longggggg time to receive your food. I usually just go for take out because the waitress/waiter never refill my drinks. The manager usually is suppose to make it's rounds to greet customers but I've never been greeted once. Will not be good back here. Will go to Woodbury next time I'm craving wings read more

We frequently visit this location and were extremely disappointed with our experience tonight. Our server was okay, have had him before and has been much more attentive when it's more busy. Women's restroom had not been serviced in quite a while. Brought it to our servers attention who notified the female staff at the counter who then shrugged her shoulders and continued to lean on the counter, bored. Had to ask multiple times for silverware. Food quality was average. Requested the tv volume be turns down but still had to yell to talk even though the restaurant was less than half full. As we left there were at least four staff standing by the soda looking at something on someone's cell phone, three staff at a table talking about a recent pregnancy of a fellow staff while touching her stomach and still no paper towels in the restroom. I don't have extremely high expectations when we visit BWW but today didn't even meet my minimum requirements of an attentive and clean environment. read more

I was highly disappointed with this location. I have eaten at several differ Buffalo Wild Wings in Minnesota and WI and I can tell that the only thing that was worse than the service was the food quality!!! I ordered a wing meal with half naked and half with parmesan and garlic sauce. The wings came out 100% naked and were over cooked. When the server asked how our food was I told her that I did not get what I wanted she looked at me and smiled and walked away!!! Yes she walked away...no offer to fix the problem. Waiter didn't hear us completely because of the loud music. Waited 45 minutes for the food. Missing veggies for the buffalo wing for the other person. Waiter loudly express himself about the fact that I ate the whole chicken sandwich. Didn't realize that the 500 calorie sandwich was that big. What is the chicken 3 or 4 ounces and then the topping and bun. Oh plus fries. I bet that all those refried wings {you know they are fried and then I heard they are fried again are much more calories than my sandwich). I don't plan on eating there again. The whole place will know I ate the whole sandwich. read more

Always crowded. They'll take your number and have you sit in the entry way to wait even when tables are available. One poor guy serves the whole entire dining area (only reason why I'm giving them 2 stars). They have TONS of "greeters" tho... Or those who just hang around the "host" area. I watched them all huddle there last night as I waited 10 mins for my drink and for the server to never come back with my silverware or napkins! Just moved closer to this one but I miss the one in Eagan a lot more. We drove ALL THE WAY down to Eagan once bc this Maplewood one sucks so bad. I'll order from D Spot instead. read more

I was at this restaurant last night and our server greeted us right away took our drink order. Within minutes she returned and asked if we wanted an app. Her name was Riley btw so if you ever go to the Buffalo Wild Wings in oakdale, ask if she is working. We sat in the dinning room and it was pretty cold but the music wasn't blaring for once which was nice. The food we ordered came out hot and ready. We really felt like our server cared about our visit and who we were as individuals and not just another table and a tip. I asked for the game to be turned on and almost instantly it was on. Granted it wasn't the busiest I've seen it but it still happened which is almost unheard of. We never had to ask for refills and the check came promptly. Food was pretty good. Wings can't really go wrong. We will definitely be back and will be asking for Riley as our server. read more

We stopped mid-afternoon (2:00) on a Saturday; place was slightly busy but certainly not close to full. Got seated right away, order taken fairly quickly. I ordered an Arnold Palmer: this version was basically watery iced tea with a slight lemon taste. We waited probably 15-20 minutes for our two small orders of wings, which arrived barely warm. They were cooked completely through, so we interpreted the temp to mean they'd been done for awhile and sitting there, waiting to be picked up by our server for quite some time. Actually, none of the servers seemed to be breaking any speed records. Too hungry and we'd waited so long already so we didn't send them back. Food was okay, typical BWW, but the service was so disappointing; judging from many of the other reviews, that's not surprising. We'll eat elsewhere next time we're in that part of town. read more

Tonight we watched our waiter drop a glass in the bar area, right next to three other guest. He then proceeded to go about his business, ignoring the fact that the glass was still there. My mother and I were sitting at our table observing three other servers walk right over the glass and not do a thing about it. A greeter who almost stepped on it asked a near by server why the glass was there, he then shrugged it off and went back to bussing a table. The greeter eventually walked away, no where to be seen after. 5 more minutes pass by and not a single person has even put a wet floor sign over the glass to prevent someone from hurting themselves. Finally when the manager was bringing out our food (because it was taking over 40 minutes for it to come out) did she almost step on the glass before my mom could shout to warn her that it was there, was it then that someone acted like it was a big deal. We proceeded to tell her that it had been there unattended for over 10 minutes and eventually she came out with a broom and a wet floor sign to clean it up. read more

I will NEVER eat at this location again! Went for lunch on a Saturday, not busy at all. Server was slow. When we ordered she read it back correctly, we got an app, which came out a half hour later and was COLD! Then our food came a half hour after that and NOTHING was right! We ordered boneless wings and a buffalo chicken wrap. We got bone in wings with a crispy chicken wrap. I don't usually complain and send food back, but a crispy chicken wrap with no sauce is gross! So I asked for a new wrap. Big mistake!! I was punished by the cook deciding to put BLAZING HOT sauce on my food instead of regular buffalo sauce! Needless to say, this was not edible and I now have food poisoning for taking 1 bite! Horrible! I still cannot believe how poorly the situation was handled. read more

Horrible service the past two times I've been here. Ugh! Takes forever to get food (30 min for chips and salsa), and the staff was so unprofessional...even the managers. Also, they charged my card more than I signed it for. They gave me a wing party voucher for the inconvenience....why would I bring 5 people here to get bad service. No thanks!! read more

I've never actually sat down to eat here, most reviews on yelp and google aren't too terribly flattering. My experience can be quickly summed up. I called to order take out and I got a dial tone at first. Hung up and tried again in a few minutes. Got an answer the second time, but the person answering was very unpleasant sounding. She sounded so depressed. Anyway, she took my order, read it back to me, correctly & we hung up. Ironically I read another review saying that they didn't like the restaurant service itself so they started ordering take out from the same location, this location and every time their order was wrong. I get home and they have half of it wrong. So that's pretty much my experience. I don't think it was a fluke, from other reviews, their service inside sucks as well as takeout. By far the worst pick-up service I've ever received from any Buffalo Wild Wings. I live 15 minutes away from this location and chose to go to this location purely because of convenience for 3 years. During that time, I've opted to do late-night (12am or so) pick-up numerous times and unfortunately, my order is made incorrectly EVERY SINGLE TIME! I've given this location all the excuses I can come up with - maybe they're having an off night, maybe the cook is new, maybe they were busy with other orders, etc, etc. Yesterday night was my last straw; I order parmesan garlic wings every time I go yet I never seem to get parmesan wings. I always get plain, fried wings with sauce that looks like it came empty bottle of parm sauce - barely coated, heck, I can't even call it "coated". The wings come out looking like someone had to shake an empty bottle of parm sauce just so they can say they served "parmesan wings". It's ridiculous. Don't even bother asking for all drummies or all flats because you wont' get it; you'll get and pay for whatever they give you. I can't speak for the day staff or supervisors but the night staff have either got to go or are in dire need of training. read more

Check your takeout order for accuracy before you get home and sit on the couch....... So. I placed an order online at around 8 PM tonight to go pick up a small order of wings as I watch the high school hockey tournament. The computer says its not ready until 8:40. I'm no wing expert, but I think its somewhat crazy that it takes 40 minutes for some wings to be ready. Actually, it was more like 46. Let me walk you through my hellish experience. I walk in the door a few minutes after 8:40. Probably like 8:44 or so. Robert, the guy working the take out counter hands me a bag of wings. I sign the receipt and get home, only to open the bag and find not the honey bbq wings I ordered, but garlic parmesan or something like that. I call the store and he acknowledged he made a mistake, he said my bag of wings came out right after I left. He said I can run back up there and pick them up and he will warm them up for me. Doesn't even offer me a fresh batch of wings. So, I get there to pick up my microwaved wings at 9:10 or so. He said they will be out in about 4 minutes. They aren't even ready?! So, he comes back out with a bag and I get to my car. Noticing that the aroma of my honey bbq wings I ordered isn't what I smell, I check the bag to find Asian Zing boneless wings.... OMFG! Are you kidding me?!?! So I walk back in there, irate to say he screwed up again. He quickly passed the blame off to the kitchen, go figure. He walks back there to figure out what happened. He comes back out and says a new batch of wings will be out in 6 minutes. Meanwhile, as my hockey game I was trying to watch is probably almost over by now... He comes back out and successfully gives me my order of honey bbq wings on the third try... Poor customer service. I thought it was standard practice that if you screw up an order and make the customer drive all the way back from home to pick them up that they would pick up the tab. Not so. Not even for screwing up twice! Didn't offer a beverage or a water as I sat in the entry way for 15 minutes waiting for my correct order. So here I am, finally, at home, watching the hockey game with 5 minutes left in the game at 9:41 PM, 1 hour and 41 minutes after I placed the order, $10.11 broker, more if you count the gas it took to drive back and forth twice, with a hot batch of honey bbq wings. Counting them as I eat to make sure I actually got 10. I'll update if I get less. But never the less, moral of the story: Check your takeout order for accuracy before you get home and sit on the couch... read more

went there with 3 other friends on Sunday at 3 p.m. First let me say i like BWW- however, the service was crap. We ordered our drinks, got our soda's, but waited for 20 minutes for the bloody mary and beer, my friend had to go to the bar and get the drinks himself. When our appetizer came, we had no silver ware, looking around seeing 4 people standing at the front and at the take out area, one of us got up and went over to the area where the POS is to see if any silverware was there and no - we finally found someone and asked, we got take out silverware!! it wasn't even busy. We will never go back to this BWW ever. We watched most waitresses standing and talking, one even was talking to what looked like a boyfriend the entire time we were there and barely did anything at all!! We were looking for a manager but never saw one resembling anyone in charge. Very disappointing. I e will go to TGI Friday's the next time we are in that area for a concert! Super long wait to get a table. Granted, it was a Saturday night, so ok. We got to our table and took at least 15 minutes to get our drink order. Then another 20 minutes to get our food order taken. In the mean time, the drinks were served and 1/3 of them were wrong. Food arrived and there was no utensils or napkins at our table. Waitress returned with 3 napkins and 2 sets of silverware for our table of 6. Was told they were out of silverware. We asked for more napkins and never got them. My food was good, but waitress forgot the ranch sauce for the wings on mine and everybody else at the table. Took 10 minutes to get the ranch sauce. Looked like 5 other workers were just standing around doing nothing, including the manager who was just standing talking and joking with other workers. BW2 has been going down hill in a hurry in the past couple years, not just this location, but every other one I have been too. Not going to go back until they get their service problems fixed. BTW, the men's restroom is disgusting, even by a guy who doesn't care about that. Pee stains everywhere, trash can overflowing. Disgusting. read more

I have ordered from this location on occasion, and it has always come out wrong or insulting. The last time I ordered, I didn't trust it so I only ordered Buffalo Chips, which cost $4.79. When I got them, the to-go box had so few in there it didn't even cover the bottom. I called the manager (as I seem to do every time I order) because all of my coworkers' orders were also wrong or shorted, and she was kind enough to give me $15 in certificates because of the bad history I have had with them. Today I decided to try them again. I walked in, sat at the bar at 5pm, and 2 bartenders behind the bar would not look up from reading the comics. I sat there for an awkward amount of time and finally decided to go back to the hosting stand and get a table. There was no one at the hosting stand. I waited there for another socially unacceptable amount of time and left. They can't even give me the chance to change my opinion of them, or indeed be bothered with me at all. I am sick of trying to resolve their terrible service in house. I'm done trying to work with them and protect them from a bad review. I went to Taco Bell instead. In the future I will go LITERALLY anywhere else. read more
