I've been here MULTIPLE TIMES! And the service was consistently terrible. I will admit, I haven't been there in a couple months, probably because the last 4 times ended up in 40+ minute waits for 10 wings... Every time I went, the restaurant was not packed or super busy, and there was more than enough staff. Staff was not accommodating or friendly, and food service was slow. This location is awful! I have been here too many times, I'm ready to boycott bdubs all together! Multiple times I have been here and the food is cold, service is slow, and even seen cops come in to take people out. Last night I was there with my boyfriend and we ordered a lemonade, beer, and deep fried pickles to start with, and then order our food a half hour later, and we didn't get our food for almost an hour. When our food finally arrived it was cold. The wings hardly had any sauce, and what little sauce there was looked like it had been sitting there forever. It was very busy but come on, when you are known for something specific, you should be making sure that product is of the best quality every time. My boyfriend and I have been going here regularly for almost 2 years. Sometimes we take the kids with us. Tonight was a family night and we had our daughters with. We ordered drinks and wings. We got the large traditional wings figuring they are always good for leftovers. It was busy after all it's a Saturday. Took about 30-45 minutes to get food. So when the food comes out the wings are almost burnt with hardly any sauce on them. We said something to the waitress and she was almost annoyed with us. But she brought them back to the kitchen and returned with more wings in a matter of minutes. Turned out they just doused the wings in sauce and still tried to pass them off. More and more lately the service hasn't been good, my boyfriends beer he drinks (Stella) has tasted off and now the one thing a wing place shouldn't mess up....the wings. The manager comped the food which was nice don't get me wrong but we walked out of there hungry which is not what you want when going out to dinner as a family. Unfortunately this B-dubs had now made our list of places we won't be frequenting anymore. Your average Buffalo Wild Wings. I was entertaining an out of town relative and wanted a quick bite to eat before heading home for the evening. The parking lot was pretty full as Buffalo Wild Wings shares the lot with several other restaurants. Upon entering, we were promptly seated and our hostess unusually asked us for our drink orders. A few minutes later, our server came and asked us for our drink orders again - quite annoying if you ask me. We were told it would be a 30 min wait for food, which was fine, but confusing because the restaurant was only half full on a Friday evening. Waiting for the food I used the restroom which was simple unacceptable. An overfilled wastebasket, no toilet paper and the soap dispenser was nearly empty. Back to the food...Our food came out perfectly and was delicious as normal, but I rated this experience as two stars because it definitely underperformed the exciting experiences I'm used to at BWW. read more

I went here with a party of 5 to celebrate my birthday. The waiter took our drink order. Then disappeared for the longest time. After 10 mins or so she came and gave us our drinks and didn't even ask to take our order and walked away for another 15 mins. When we finally ordered our food it took another 30-40 minutes to get it. The food was ok typical bdubs. Once we were ready to pay. Instead of taking our cards to pay she brought the payment tablet. Our order was wrong so we had flag down her and she went to her manager to fix it. Then she came back with the tablet and said "ok it's fixed now. Have a nice day!" When we looked at the tablet, the order was still wrong. And by this point our waiter was outside. It took 30 mins just to pay the damn check. We should had just walked off. I enjoy Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location has been subpar on every occasion. Wings are not fully season, especially dry rub. Service leaves a lot to be expected. Today I ordered online for a 6:30 pickup, giving them 50 minutes to have my order ready. I arrive 2 minutes before it supposed to be done and they're not ready yet. It's been 10 minutes now and I'm still waiting for my order. This will be the last time they receive my business. Edit: Hahaha, it keeps getting better. They just came out and said they messed up the order so it'll be another 5-10 minutes. How do you "mess up" an order of bone and boneless wings? Isn't that what's in their name? I come here about once a month or so, it is probably my favorite restaurant. What can I say, I'm a sucker for wings, beer, and sports. This location is pretty nice, very clean on the inside and friendly staff. I almost always get the medium wings (traditional not boneless) and a basket of potato wedges, both with lots of blue cheese. One word of advice, don't get wedges to go, they are always soggy by the time you get them home. My only complaint is that on wings Tuesday they charge you for a tiny cup of blue cheese or ranch (they charge for celery too but I don't eat rabbit food). The wait to get into our first choice restaurant was too long, so we walked over to Buffalo Wild Wings. We were quickly seated. Wait staff seemed very nice and helpful. The kids in our group were provided with tablets. That's where the good news ends. Gin and tonics served without lime and very little gin. Ordered the wings ,thought they could get that right, wrong. This place is terrible, ate there once and that was enough for me.

We live less than three miles from this location and yet we have driven out of our way to go to any other location in the metro for the last few years due to numerous horrible experiences with the staff here. Tonight we decided that we wanted some wings and assumed it would be okay to just order for pickup since we would not have to deal with the staff. We could not have been more wrong. We ordered on the app a little after 4pm and were given an estimated time for pickup of 4:40pm. We arrived precisely at 4:40pm. True to the estimate my phone told me that my order was "ready for pickup". I ran inside and directly to the to go food counter and told them I was there to pick up my order. Much to my surprise, the worker behind the counter, Hector, told me that my order was in fact not ready. I then began to wait. While it was strange that the app told me my order was ready when it was not, I assumed that meant it would only be another minute or two. At 4:50 I asked Hector why my app told me my food was ready? His response was that he would go get a manager. He came back in a few minutes with a manager who said "what is your name?" When I told him he walked away and didn't apologize or say anything for that matter. At 4:55 another person came out and asked what my problem was? I told her I had been waiting for 15 minutes past when their app had told me that my food was ready and that it had been roughly an hour since we had ordered the food in general. She then said "orders have been 30-45 minutes behind all day". I then asked her why the app told me to be there at 4:40 and that my food was ready. Her response was "we only have so many friers" and she stormed away. I was shocked that a staff member was so rude and so I asked to speak to a manager. I was even more astonished when Hector told me that the aggressive and rude employee was in fact a manager. Our food finally came out at 5:05 pm. No managers ever apologized and in fact Sammie essentially told me it was my fault and that they were busy. Clearly we were not comped anything, I was not offered a beverage or anything while I waited. The only apologies I received were from other customers who were waiting and got their to go food before me and from the girl who goes around in the ref jersey making sure people are having a good time. When we got home our order was wrong and had been put in upside down so the whole bottom of the bag was full of wing sauce. The 4 ranches that came with the meal MIGHT have filled a single ramekin if they were combined and the onion rings had clearly been sitting so long that they were near rubber and inedible. I wondered if it was just me, but clearly they do this all the time if you read through even a few of their reviews. I am shocked that corporate has not done anything about this place yet and we will not be ordering from or going to this location anymore. They should be embarrassed, especially Sammie, and I cannot stress enough how much you should chose any other restaurant when you are in the area of the Maplewood Mall. read more

The absolute worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. First the appetizers took about a half an hour to come out. Fifteen minutes later our wings came out along with one salad. They did not bring the dressing with the salad. I had to go and chase the waitress to ask her to bring it. Ten minutes later I actually followed her to the kitchen to ask her again. Had to wait another 10 minuets. Our wings were supposed to come with carrots. Never got them. We asked 3 times for water. She ignored us. I finally went up to the hostess and asked her to bring 3 waters to the table. The waitress brought one. By this time I was totally aggravated and demanded that she bring the other two. We had a TERRIBLE experience with our waitress. Our food took forever to come out. Our salad came without dressing; we asked the waitress for some. When it didn't come out, we flagged her down and were told she wasn't allowed to go get it. The kitchen would let her know when it was ready. Asked if we wanted carrots and celery. We were told there was no celery - they were waiting for the truck to arrive. The carrots were never served but there was a charge on our bill for them. Asked for jalapeño on our nachos - they were out of them. Asked for more water. Had to wait 10 minutes, then one glass was brought to our table of 4! The waitress was MIA most of the meal. They were pretty busy when I went there. Waitress was nice, but took a long time to get a menu, and a long time before she was back to order. I ordered a jerk chicken sandwich. The red onion was at 3/4 of an inch thick, so it couldn't be eaten on the sandwich. The lettuce was old and slightly brown at the edges. The tomato was good thick slabs, but hard as a rock and not even slightly ripe. When I picked up the sandwich and took a bite, the bun practically crumbled, it was so dry. I ended up setting everything aside and eating my expensive 3 ounce piece of thin chicken cutlet, overcooked and rubbery, by itself. That was some pretty expensive chicken. Even taking off a few bucks for the rings, I figure the chicken must have been 10, 11 dollars. Works out to about 50 dollars a pound. The beer batter onion rings were good - I've made better at home. read more

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE!! There were three of us around lunch time. We sat there for roughly ten minutes before being greeted. After finally getting our food and drinks order, from multiple different people might I add, it took about an hour for our food to come out. Accidentally brought me a buffalo chicken salad, when I had ordered a wrap. Sent it back only to be given a wrap with the salad, croutons and all, put into a tortilla. Terrible in my opinion. The Maplewood location has specifically turned my family, friends and I away from BWW. Hot chicken please turned into luke warm. Double dipped sauce please, turned into dry dipped wings. This last time on a in person order out, 12 wings took 42 minutes to come out on a slower day. When the wings arrived to the counter they were less than 1/2 the size they normally are. I just wanted out of there. One star really is an overstatement and not just this occurance. I've been to other locations such as Rosedale and Oakdale, but here, I was disappointed with the service and the efficiency of the food. My boyfriend and I waited 10 minutes to be seated, another 10 minutes for drinks and orders to be taken on. Usually, we are patient people because we are also waitresses and waiters, so we understand. However, we waited 45 minutes after receiving mozzarella sticks, and never saw our food. A table that were close by, we can tell, were inpatient and demanded food right away, AND WAS SERVED FOOD BEFORE US. they walked in 15 minutes after we did. Like I mentioned earlier, we understand. But please don't forget about your patient customers. We are also waiting just like all of your other customers. TERRIBLE. I will not visit there again. I work near this BWWs and I have ordered there a few times for lunch. They managed to screw up my order almost every. single. time. Very annoying! A few of my experiences were - 1) It took them 45 min to get a TO GO order ready that was ordered online. I got there and it wasn't even STARTED! 2) They forgot to put sauce on the wings.... at a wing place??!!! Are you serious????? 3) The chicken wasn't cooked very well- kinda chewy and soggy. 4) They forget the condiments ALL. THE. TIME. I guess I have high expectations for a fast food joint, but figuring they charge $8-$10 for chicken wings, I expect to get at least a little quality. One thing I can say in the positive- the staff is pretty nice. Manager seemed helpful when i brought up my concerns. But I got sick of complaining when they screwed it up every time. Overall, I would not visit this location. Save yourself the frustration and go to the BWW's in Stillwater- they have better service and a staff that makes the ACTUAL food you ordered. read more

I did an order online, and nothing was confirmed (even though I received an email confirmation and had to put my card information on the order) JUST to find out that when I sent my mom to get the food, my card hadn't been processed yet, and it was declined IN FREAKING STORE (meaning I had to swipe and use my card TWICE) And when I called to ask why nothing was confirmed the employee who picked up didn't have a damn clue to handle the situation and wasn't able to explain to me what happened.
