I came with my two kids while my car was being repaired across the street. It was a Monday afternoon a little after lunchtime. It wasn't crowded and we were seated immediately. Our server was friendly and welcoming. I ordered a cheeseburger and fries. It was tasty. Usually, burgers from places like this are too meaty and flavorless. Not this one. I ate the whole thing! This location....I truly frown upon! ....The service is very slow. Stay away from this place if you are on a time schedule. Part of the staff seem very clueless of what's going on. My friend and I had lunch here a couple of weeks and it took them forever to figure out who was waiting our table...apparently no one! The food was OK...I had the snack size wings with Asian zing sauce and potato wedges with cheese and sour cream. I also came here last week and had the same thing but the wings were disgusting. This location was good when it first opened, not so much now. They must have changed the distributor they get the wings from. Huge, fatty like the chickens are pumped with steroids. We always order crispy and it never fails the cook screws up the order and they aren't cooked well. Way too expensive for the quality of food you recieve. My wife and I go there every Saturday for lunch it started with our disappointment with other area restaurants that gave us horrible service and inconsistent food quality. We sit at the bar and the lady (JoJo) that works the bar rocks, she is attentive, cordial and always makes sure we get what we want and that it is right, she is a major asset to this business as she is the reason most come back. Very satisfied. BTW the wings have been spot on and consistent which I can't say the same for other restaurants that we were going to. read more

I was disappointed with BWW today. There appeared to be a shortage in staff. The bar tender was working hard on getting orders in and serving customers. I have visited this BWW in the past and enjoyed atmosphere and staff attentiveness. Tables had been cleared of menus in the bar area and when served, server (bar tender) had to chase down ketchup and condiments. When we sat down, our server immediately asked for our drink order and was very sweet. But every 2 minutes she asked if we were ready to order after we asked for some time. Which was fine, I was a server before I understand. But by rushing us I didn't say anything. Immediately after we ordered (not even a minute) I asked to change my order. She told me I could not, knowing that I've been in this industry before I know that you can. And as she walks around because it's Tuesday night special, she keeps saying to her coworkers how the night "just begun" with a sigh. Overpriced and cheap owners is my overall impression. The food is just ok, the beer selection is better than most, lots of TV's, and a few games for the kids and adults. I say cheap owners because of my last experience there. My family and I went to this location last night for my son's birthday party. In total, our party was 20 people. Our server, Kristen was an awesome server! Ask for Christian best server here bar none! Wings are good get Asian Zing and Parmesan Garlic but the atmosphere is terrific if you love sports and need to watch every game currently playing. The room is filled with tv's and the servers are attentive and friendly. I didn't like getting charged for the ranch and blue cheese but the wings were hot and tasty. I don't recommend takeout here as the wings get soggy by the time you get home. They also have boneless options for the kiddos. It's loud and fun and great during game time. Went to BWW by my house this past weekend. Reminded me why I never go to BWW. Inexperienced, unknowledgable wait staff, poor food, over priced beer, and an ok atmosphere. The waitress didn't know any local beer on tap, even though the menu says 'ask about our locals beers', which I could of got over, but the slow service, or lack of service was disappointing. The people I was with ordered wings and never got napkins, when we asked for some we were given bev naps.. for messy wings? Really? The burgers were also very messy, and didn't get my topping right on the Build your Burger.. of course the waitress blamed it on the kitchen. Just own up to your mistakes, we all make them! I'm giving two stars instead of one because of the good selection of football games -- and when I visited this location they were playing the big game I wanted to see. Unfortunately, the food was way overpriced and the drinks had no booze in them. My friend and I ordered house margaritas and there was not a hint of tequila in them. It was all just margarita mix and ice - and way too sweet at that. Also, the place is incredibly loud - so loud we could barely understand our server ( That is when someone finally came to our table. We were about to get up and leave because it appeared no one was going to take our order). Also, the menu stated that the wings came with veggies and dressing, but we did not get any. I did not realize it until we had paid the hefty check and left the place, never to return. Three days later I sat down to take the survey that was given to me at the restaurant. I have been a regular at this place (3x/month) for the last several years due to its proximity to my house. I have also worked in various positions in the restaurant industry for over a decade. The food at this BWW location is very consistent as expected from a BWW except when the kitchen gets randomly backed up. The service is the reason for the one-star review. It is consistently deplorable. The staff generally has no sense of urgency, they are poorly trained on the fundamentals of service, several of them regularly show up to work high, and management is more reactive than proactive in terms of addressing issues that arise. (The old "teach a man to fish . . . " adage). In short, my family and I won't be coming back. This is inconvenient for me because the family is a fan of BWW, but I just can't handle lecturing their wait staff on the basics of waiting tables anymore. It isn't my job. read more
