If you are looking for a fun place to really enjoy yourself, then Topgolf is the place to be. We had an amazing time here golfing. It was an adequate amount of space for our party of six. The appetizer was very tasty and enough to share. We had pretty good customer service who was attentive if we needed help and support while operating the games or the golfing experience. I will definitely be coming back again as this was a very fun experience. I do wish we didn't have as many difficulties with operating the games as a lot of the times we would golf and our scores would not come up and we had to consistently restart or switch games but other than that, this was a fun experience we would give it another chance . read more

Been 1x. Won't return. Went late afternoon on a Thurs. Most bays empty but still waited 20 min. Waited in upstairs bar which was empty except for 6 or 7 employees at end of bar socializing & ignoring customers. Tables & floors were dirty. No acknowledgement from any staff. No effort to clean tables even though was obvious we were looking for clean table. Got beer from bar. Warm. Called to our bay. Was absolutely filthy. Monitor said "Your bay has been cleaned & sanitized"! Would've been funny if it wasn't so gross. Wish I took photo. Crumbs, spilt food, puddles of liquid on table, floor & seats. Thick nasty grime on table legs & feet. Obviously not been cleaned in ages. I wanted to leave but spouse wanted to hit some balls. He found a rag & spray bottle & cleaned table & seats himself. We intended to order drinks & food but didn't because of how dirty place was. With such a low standard for cleanliness, can't imagine kitchen was sanitary.. Or the bathroom. Music played constantly. Loud, frenetic & teen oriented. Top Golf is not a place for real golfers. Not a place you'd go regularly. It's really an event space or place to party. But with the filth, lack of service, inattentive staff, I wouldn't host or attend an event or party there. Management should be ashamed. I intend to write corporate office. When your worker work hard to rectify a situation, you have a great team on your hand, but when the manger (DeShun) who comes behind them, makes the situation worst, then refuse to apologize then you have poor leadership. This is the third Top Golf I have been to, and it was by far the worst. We went during the day on a weekday, there were 5-10 bays in use. They had a ton of staff working, yet the service was terrible. We were there for around 2 hours. The waitress came to take our drink and food order and we didn't see her again until the food came out. That was the last time we saw her, we had to track her down to pay. They waited until they brought everyone's food out to tell me they couldn't make mine, so I had to sit there while everyone ate waiting on mine. It seemed most of the staff were hanging out with each other than actually working. I will not be back to this TopGolf if I can avoid it. read more

Today my family and I decided to celebrate my grandmother's life with a fun day at topgolf. We waited for two hours before we got our spot so we sat at the bar and order drinks. Once we got our spot and tried to order another drink an hour later they said we hit our limit with the drinks so we wanted to take to the manager to get a better understanding. The management crew came up and told us we could no longer order drinks and told us we have to pay and leave. We had a whole hour left and they didn't want to give us a refund for that Hour! I got to come here for their grand opening weekend. They have a ton of staff and security. Everything is brand new. Nachos were good but pretty small. They were built to be more shareable than filling. Long Island tasted like it didn't have any alcohol but I don't know if they used a small amount or top shelf liquor. The staff is extremely nice. So we had to ask someone to reset our bay. 20 minutes later a server came over to us took our food and drinks and that was that. Around 30 minutes later we get most of our drink. By then we just ask for another round seeing as it's gunna take awhile. Well she never brings our drinks. My friend had to go to the bar and order through there. When she did that our drinks came to us in 10 minutes. Most of our food our server didn't even ring in cause we never got it. They were on a wait time so management couldn't add more time to our bay but they didn't make us pay for the time or for the food she never rang in. I heard the service was bad but decided to go despite for a relative's 18th birthday celebration. Maybe the management doesn't care to or is not able to address these reoccurring issues after the couple of years I've been hearing about the same issues. Tons of staff, yet no refill drinks in 2 hours. The one bathroom break i took, had 3 staff just hanging out on their phones. Lots of biting flying bugs of some sort, strong flyers the fans couldn't deter. Everything is sticky. Chairs, tables, clubs. There are thousands of people who would like to have this job and can do a better service. Try mixing up your staff a little and trying new things. As much money that goes into this place, you can definitely provide a better overall experience. Next slot group with different server, service was so bad they got a full refund. All the games are broken or missing pieces ( corn hole missing sand bags, connect four broken, etc.) The bay was also pretty dirty. Me and my two brothers reserved 3 bays for our families. When we got there the girl at check in said she could not put us together. When we got to our bays there was two empty bays on either side of us. This was also two for my two brothers. We asked the waitress if it was possible to move and get us all together. She was sympathetic and attempted to get us together but said that management would not allow it. The waitress was actually a little confused on why it could not be done. I understand this was probably a pain for management to make the switch but there was not even an attempt. Between the three of us we threw done a decent amount of $ to play on three different bays that were not even close. This was my 1st experience of top golf. Never again. Cool facility, cool concept, and a lot of fun for a group. Food and drinks are decent, service is a total miss as with so many chain, franchise, and corporate multi-location businesses in the Memphis area. The talent pool in this part of the United States is abysmal. This would be the 4th or 5th Topgolf location I've been to, and by far the absolute bottom of the barrel based solely on the quality, attitude, and behaviors of the staff. Smoking pot in the parking lot in plain view of customers, garbage attitudes, abhorrent laziness, and total incompetence. At 6pm on a Friday this place was dead, at most 5 bays occupied. 2x the number of employees working than customers present. Drink orders take 20+mins to arrive and are wrong, taste as if they've been sitting on the bar for at least 15 of those minutes. But all of the employees walking around have plenty of time to cut up with one another and play on their phones. I'm guessing a lot of patrons whom could be regulars have written it off from the simple "Lowlife scum of Memphis ruins everything" factor. This would likely explain the low occupancy in what should be primetime hours for this business. MGMT: Hire people that want to work, behave like adults, actually care about their jobs, etc. Provide training, coaching, and counseling about how a service industry worker is supposed to conduct themselves and treat clientele whom are spending $100+/hr to be at the establishment especially when said employees are expecting a 15-20% gratuity at the close of the check. There are plenty of great Topgolf locations out there, this isn't one of them. Seriously, come on folks, get it together! read more

The food was not great even for bar type food. The loaded fries were soggy. The buffalo wings were cold and the drinks had very little ice. Two cloth napkins were given for 6 people and we had to ask for everyone to get a napkin. Our order was not correct and the service was horrendous. I can't say enough negative things about the service from start to finish. Staff constantly chatting with each other or on phones instead of taking care of customers.
