My dad and I ordered doordash from this restaurant and I am so unimpressed. There was a live fly in my salad, my dad is allergic to onions and pickles. We asked for none and they're on his sandwich, the wings are cold and look like they've been sitting for a while, and we didn't get ranch/blue cheese as requested. This is so egregious. Why have the option to change things if your cooks don't know how to follow directions? Never coming back here again and made sure to get a refund. Ok this is our second time there. Last time the fact they don't have Coke or Diet Coke in a bar is just weird. Who orders a Jack and Pepsi or Rum and Pepsi. My husband ordered original buffalo wings and I ordered Parmesan and garlic and mild all flats, but I got honey barbecue and Parmesan and garlic. Cliff said they messed up and got me the right ones. It was super hot in the bar area. We were just there a week ago and it wasn't like that so maybe they're having a problems. The wings there was only 9 (also posted a photo) I also asked for extra wet. It wasn't extra wet. I called to talk to the manager , he placed me on hold to "reprint the receipt" acted like I was making up the fact I just came in there and got terrible food. I even tip the girl at the pick up $4 because she was nice and the place was so empty. Restaurant is only as good as the product and service they deliver and this was a epic fail. I'm going to leave 5 stars for one reason. Every time we come in here the bartender is the only one who is ever attentive to his job. The servers.... If I could leave a 0 I would. I have never had a great experience at this BWW and I come hear at least once a week. The servers sit down at the table next to you and literally text on their phone while they're forgetting items that you're suppose to have. As I used to be a server, mistakes happen..,, but mistakes happen too much with too many servers at this location. I've waited on my check for 35 minutes once while the server was walking around socializing and ignoring our table when we were only 1/2 tables in the bar area. The only reason we come back is because of the bartender. Don't come here if you want to wait on a refill of water for 30 minutes while your server is texting talking about her life drama right next to you. read more

I've been to Buffalo wild wings probably 50 times in my life. The one in north Scottsdale is my favorite location. This review is for this location only and this time only. I have been here before and it was not this terrible. Service was very good. Our server was friendly And right on top of bringing us more beer when we needed it and whatever else we needed. Food was terrible. We got a sampler platter appetizer. Everything tasted like it was old. Fries were absolutely terrible. When it came to the food it wasn't much better. I got the chicken wrap. It tasted like they made it an hour earlier and then served to me. Everybody at the table had pretty much the same feeling about their food. Definitely will not go back. This will be a short review... when BWW came out, I really liked their wings. But over the years it seems like they've moved into cooking their wings and then just splashing sauce on them as you order them. This is OK, so long as you know this is what you are getting. If you go with children be sure to see if they have any of their gaming systems available. They are good to keep the kids entertained while you eat or watch a game. We called to watch the Steeler game (Ben R last game) they said although they would stop serving at 8 (they close at 10) that we could stay and see the end of the game. At 930 with 3:40 left In The game they kicked us out. So incredibly disrespectful. We had paid for food, they had 10 employeees telling us to leave after we had been told we could see the end of the game. The bartender, who would have received a large tip because she got it, left. Why go here? Mannilyn that's why. OK, so BWW fare... ya know what ur-a-gonna-git. But this location is a cut above the rest as quality goes. But let's talk service. Darcie and I were served by the truly amazing Mannilyn. No hyperbole here, we were astonished by her customer service (I hope I'm spelling her name right). Friendly, engaging, exceptionally cute... OK, stop it with the creepy old man judgement... My wife was asking her if she was single so she could introduce her to our son. ANYWAY, she was gracefully fast and had a smooth flare for interesting small talk. This last skill was doubly impressive considering how many tables she was juggling. So yes the food was tasty. I'm partial to extra crispy Blazin' Wings and Buffalitos. And it really seems this locations food quality is superior to others in the surrounding area. BUT!, what stood out to us was the exceptional service by Mannilyn. It was truly stellar. Someday a marketeer will enter this restaurant, see her tremendous potential and off she'll rocket into stratospheric success. For now, if you are up for some B-Dub-Dub. Had the worst experience at the Mesa AZ location on superstition springs blvd. It took 40 minutes for the waitress to come to our table. Once our orders were made one entree came out 40 minutes before the next. After that 15 minutes for the next order and 10 minutes between the last two. None of our table ate together food went cold waiting for the next persons food. When we asked about it, they said it's just the way it is. If this is the way BUFFALO WILD WINGS is run now I will never give my business there again. read more

I stopped in to pick up lunch for my family to go. The girl at the counter was very nice. You could tell she was probably new but I don't mind as long as people are nice and trying. My issue is with the manager. I ordered a salad without onions due to an allergy, the order was taken correctly! After getting to the car and seeing the onions I come back in and ask for a refund on the salad. After all I have hot food in the car. The manager proceeds to look at my food with his finger less than 1/2 inch away telling me there are no onions, pointing out all the different ingredients in the salad and stating onions are not listed on the menu. I point out on their menu, Yes it states onions that's why I had your server put "no onions on the order, I have an allergy." He still insists it doesn't come that way. So I then show him the onions on the salad at which point he asks, so do you want us to remake it? I tell him again no I just want to go home can I get a refund. He's clearly not happy and I hope he didn't take it out on the server. The other issue was I ordered extra zing sauce which I paid for and didn't get. I almost never give a low rating, it came down to how things were handled. I won't go back to this location. But I would be willing to try another location. read more

I have lived in Gilbert for several years and had never been to this location, decided to give it a try. And , what a disappointing visit. Haven't even got our food and the service is TERRIBLE!!! Sat at the table for so long that we got up and asked the person who sat us if we had a server. Once the sever did approach the table,her attitude was awful she either hates her job or she's over worked or both!!! In a community with so many choices for restaurants you would think that they would try a little harder at customer service/satisfaction. We had to ask another server for straws and she also had a horrible attitude and actually never brought them either, my husband had to go hunt some down. One of my coworker and I's favorite traditions is going for BOGO wings on Tuesday nights. We all work together and get off around 10:15 so we will come to this BWW. On multiple different occasions they have been rude and short with us. On one occasion the hostess acted really surprised when we walked in at 10 o'clock instead of our usually 10:30 and said "wow I'm so surprised you guys are here SO early" and then sat us. They proceeded to tell us 4-5 different times that the kitchen closes at 11 and we need to leave the establishment at 11:30 even though their posted hours on their door and website said they closed at 12. (This was back in summer time when their hours were different) I can understand the stress of a big group coming in with a big order, but I CANNOT understand eye rolls and sarcastic remarks to customers. My group of friends all work in food service so we are understanding to busy nights and we are understanding with waiting a while for our food. We always tip and try not to be loud difficult customers... it just isn't okay to be rude to customers or insist that they need to leave the entire visit. After 3-4 visits of the same attitude and treatment we now specifically drive out to the Ellsworth location to receive nice service :) (shout out to the Ellsworth BWWs) read more

The worst service I've ever had. We rushed there to meet friends. Signs say they close at 10. Arrived at 9:32, and a female employee comes out pretty loudly saying" the kitchen is closed !!" We remind her that the sign says 10 pm, and she laughed and said.. "no, kitchen closes at 9:30 pm, we kick people out at 10 pm".. Even my 6 yr old looked at me and mentioned how rude she was. I've never felt so compelled to jump on yelp and write a negative review right after eating a meal. Until now. We used to have a Buffalo Wild Wings in Chandler that turned into Hungry Monks. We really enjoyed Hungry Monks for several years before moving away. So we came back to visit for Christmas and kids moved to the east valley. So drive 50 miles round trip to get reliable wings from Monks or go down the street to BWW? My god, we all HATED the Parmesan garlic and mild wings. We all tasted nothing but salt. We were happy that we only got 23 wings instead of 24 because it was one less wing to stomach! The owner literally needs to sit down, taste their "stuff", then maybe take a road trip to hungry monk and try the same thing on their menu.
