Our family visits Dave & Buster's fairly regularly. We enjoy it because its clean and well kept, has a huge selection of games which generally all work, the restaurant and bar never disappoints with consistent, good food and awesome entertainment with the surround of TV's - and the servers are generally on top of it and take good care of us. Games do add up FAST but if you take advantage of one of their promotions you can eat and play for a reasonable price. Definitely a great choice for families. read more

We went here on a Sunday afternoon for an early dinner & to play some games. We asked if we could be sat in a booth but were quickly told no. The host said booths are saved for parties of 5-6. Every booth was empty so it was kind of odd. The place was pretty dead & we were sat right next to the booths that we wanted but in a lower handicapped table. The booths stayed empty the entire time we were there. If you're going to spend $250 on food and games I feel like you should be able to sit in a comfortable place. First time visiting this location and had a great time! We came on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't very busy at all, which was nice when bringing little ones. The inside is big, with a ton of games to play! There is a large bar area with plenty of seating both booths and high tops. TVs everywhere with all sorts of sports on. We came for the games and it was fantastic! This location is very clean and it was noticeable. There are plenty of games for all ages, too. Getting your play card was very straightforward and the hostess does a great job walking you through the process. Plenty of kiosks to check your token/ticket balances too. The prize section had a wide range of items to choose from. The only knock would be how many tickets you need, even for the smaller items. Definitely worth saving up for things. I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this experience was disappointing enough to warrant one. Our server/bartender, Frankee, demonstrated extremely poor customer service and professionalism. When we asked a simple question about a charge, was the 9.5% "tax" added to the recharge of the playing card. When we asked for clarification, no one seemed able to give a clear or consistent explanation. The only response we received was that it had something to do with a "gambling/gaming tax," but no one could explain how or why it was being applied. If you're going to add a nearly 10% fee to a transaction, there should at least be transparency and staff who can clearly explain it. Between the lack of basic customer service and the unexplained additional charges, the experience felt disorganized and poorly managed. Customers deserve clear answers and respectful interaction when they ask legitimate questions about their bill. Unfortunately, this visit left a very negative impression. read more

I have to be fair and give at least 2 stars, just because of the the games and a few of the food items we had tonight. Sliders and buffalo wings were delicious. I also ordered a chicken salad that had no chicken or flavor and it was mostly all the ends of the salad. (White, not green) and garlic Parmesan wings extra crispy and they were more soft than the buffalo wings. Chickens fingers had no flavor other than grease. I was very disappointed however our server was amazing and was able to take the garlic Parmesan wings off our check but his manager said he had to take them back before she would take it off. We finally got to come to the newly opened Dave&Buster's in QC. If you've never been to one, it's like Chuck E Cheese for adults and older kids. The arcade area was fun. Lots of different types of games to keep you entertained. I liked them better than the stuff at Fat Cats or Main Event. The prize area is alright, but hopefully you're not coming here for the prizes. We just had fun playing games with our kids. The food was typical American fare. There is a bar area if that's your thing. Also, there are a couple giant TV screens to view sporting events although we didn't watch those tonight. It's a bit loud inside given the noise from the arcade games. Our server was polite and friendly. The time to receive our food was longer than it should have been since most items were fried and hardly any tables seated. This is a kids' paradise. It's an opportunity for them to let loose and have fun. The place was clean and we enjoyed our time. The food, that's another thing. Unfortunately for us, didn't meet the expectation. Just average bar food. Service, though, made every effort to help us out in a timely fashion. All in all, we would eat before going. read more

Been here a few times and my girls love it. The cost is high but prizes seem better than the competition...it's also close to home and it never seems too crowded. Recently, we took our daughter here for her birthday with a few friends. Bought them some play cards (4 cards and spent $187) while we sat and had a drink and ate some food. We love the fish and chips! I thought it came with slaw but if not that should be added. The host was able to get us a table near all the action and we could look over the girls and be in site if they needed anything. Our server was pleasant and came back often to check on us. We go to Dave & Buster's for food and fun. They always have some sort of great special going depending upon the day of the week. We went on a Thursday so we were able to take advantage of the wing special. It included all you can eat bone in or boneless wings and a $10 gaming card for 22.99They also have five dollar happy hour drinks. The restaurant inside of Dave & Buster's is huge. I feel the size is a little overwhelming for the staff and confusing for the customers as far as where they need to enter the restaurant portion of Dave & Buster's. Our wings were really good and we would definitely go back for this promotion in the near future. Once we were done eating, we hit the gaming floor. A few of her favorite games are the basketball, hoops, air hockey and ski ball. read more

The servers were so friendly and attentive. Every one of them made us feel welcome and we're so willing to help us. Service was super slow even though it wasn't busy. Our waiter was new and had to double check our orders at least 8 times. He also forgot a round of drinks and the elote cauliflower we ordered. We ordered bone in wings for happy hour and got boneless wings. I sent back the cauliflower due to its lack of flavor and rubbery texture. There were four of us and we will not be eating here again. My family and I were excited when we heard the Dave and Buster's was coming to town. I was surprised at how quickly it got up and running. From the time I heard about it to the time it opened was a very short. It happened to be on my birthday. I wanted to find something fun for my son to do for my birthday so he wasn't just sitting down at a restaurant being bored. We made a dinner reservation for 6 PM via OpenTable and we got there around 5:15 PM. We wanted to play some games because we knew my son wouldn't want to just go directly to sitting down and eating. We played about 45 minutes to an hour of games before we sat down, they got us a nice booth. We had to wait a little while for the booth but it was worth the wait. It got really busy on a Friday night around that time. We had really good service, we ordered nachos to begin with, a round of cocktails for my husband and I, a kid's pizza off the kid's menu, and I got the protein/curry bowl, which was delicious if you like healthy food and vegetables. I thought it was a good offset to the nachos I ate earlier. My husband ordered the burger and fries and it was delicious. I tried the burger and it was yummy. Overall, we probably were eating for about an hour. Then we went to go play a few more games before we went to redeem our prizes. The place, because it's new, is very clean and organized. They have a great selection of games, the bar and restaurant area is really fun with good service and very fair prices. Parking is available outside of the lot. Also, the selection of prizes was better than most places. My son got a full size, Arizona Cardinals, football, and a few other trucks, cars, etc. He made out like a bandit. He was really happy. Altogether we were there for about two hours. Dinner was around $70, we paid for about $50 worth of playing, including paying for the card which is a one time fee, $20 for a round of cocktails. It was fairly inexpensive considering all that we did. My one gripe about the experience is that there were cops everywhere. Cops outside, cops inside, just standing there. Cops, everywhere! It really kind of made you feel uneasy while you were trying to have a good time, walking around with a cocktail and trying to have fun on a Friday night. Not sure what the deal was, if that's an every night occasion, or if something specific was going on that evening, that we didn't know about, but it definitely was weird. I guess to make you feel safe? Outside of that, it's great to have that place nearby especially when family members visit. It's a fun place for a date night, family night, really... We really loved this place in the past. We were shocked on how expensive our bill was for a few appetizers and a game card. I went here on a Thursday and I have to say the service was not great. Mostly because they didn't have any hostesses and ignored us when we were standing waiting for a seat (no sign to "sit anywhere". We then asked the bartender where we could sit and they said "anywhere". So we choose a place and sat down. A good while later a waitress finally came up to us and after taking our drink orders asked us if we would move because they were "closing that section". We said we would rather not and the begrudgingly let us stay. Food was decent enough. So while I wouldn't give this an ounce overall bad review, I would say they need to up the service game. read more
