The areas were spread throughout the entire dining room. Finally seated by a non professional hostess (unkept male figure) 25 minutes after entering. Were seated near a large sink basin that kept splashing water to the floor and servers constantly running back and forth bumping the back of the booth. This was severely annoying to our party of 5. Having had came here almost every Tuesday the past 7 years, I feel like the restaurant has improved a lot in terms of service and taste. On a Tuesday I usually get the dry rub, "dessert heat", which goes amazingly well with their blue cheese. I also grab a basket of fries which tastes a lot like McD fries. Rarely in a relationship should you expect to change the very nature of the other; for me, I had learned to lower my expectations for this restaurant. But behold the power of social media: after what I'm sure was a whole slate of negative reviews, Buffalo Wild Wings listened and they have changed. Is it new management? Did they change their whole culture here? In any case, you will be amazed with actual quality service, with a smile! The servers respond when you speak to them like normal people, offer apologizes if they are even a bit late, and put the customers first: things you'd come to expect from a restaurant, but not this one. Well, not only have they caught up but they went the extra mile (get it? It's a sports bar -_-). And, whether the cooking has improved or just the better environment serves to make the experience more enjoyable, but I am enjoying the taste a lot better than before. The food's warm! I cannot stress my pleasant surprise at the achievement of basic restaurant standards here. Went on a Saturday, it was crowded but was seated after only a 10 minute wait. The waitress was very attentive and personable. We enjoyed all the food items ordered. The wait time between apps and entrees was minimal. I would definitely be back when in the mood for comfort food. We ordered for apps nachos and mozzarella sticks both delicious. We ordered Togo and went directly home after pick up (we arrived earlier than the time specified). The fries, wedges and cheese curds were ice cold. And the wedges were way undercooked. The double cheeseburger was so burnt I had to be careful not to break a tooth. The pickles requested on it were not there. The Mac and cheese was like cardboard although the hottest item temperature wise. The wings were cold but ok. We paid the extra dollar for the truffle oil but could not taste it. You do have to take a car to the location. The location in conveniently located off the main drag 211. I would go here with a group to watch a game. On game days it has been crowded and loud. I don't go anymore when it is busy because I don't like loud people yelling at TVs I have settled on just spending the money and going to the actual game to hear the noise. Food. BWW has just about everything chicken. I usually get there wings. They offer bone in and boneless. They offer about 15 different types of sauces. I recommend the garlic Parmesan. Just be prepared to drink a lot of water after. They always make me thirsty for some reason. There chicken wraps are also really good. I enjoyed the wrap. Service. Service is hit or miss. Drinks are usually quick if it is beer. Food takes a bit longer but it is a sports bar so I understand. I'm sure they get a lot of customers that are jerks beer+a loosing team =. My wings have been cooked fine no complaints. Overall. If you are in the mood for wings BWW is a good choice. Don't get me wrong, this place is great to watch sporting events and pay-per-view events. Me and a few friends usually go here to watch UFC fights, but mostly because no other place in the area shows them. Positive review stops here. The service is terrible. When you're there for 4-5 hours watching sports, you kind of want someone to check on you more than once an hour. The menu shows a great selection of beer, but if you want whats on the menu, they probably don't have it. They were out of all the craft bottled beers on the list and a few draft beers. I was beginning to run out of options until I eventually found one that they actually had. Did I want it? Well, it wasn't my first choice, nor my second, nor my fourth for that matter. Had to remove my first comment upon visiting a second time. I had claimed that there were no real local or craft beers available...apparently my server just wasn't sure what I was talking about or she was new or I wasn't clear with my question. Just went for an afternoon snack on a Sunday with my wife and on the way in, I know I spotted an Ommegang tap handle behind the bar. Even though there's no mention of Ommegang in the printed menu, I asked the server about their drafts and she handed me a list with a decent selection, definitely the best I've seen in Middletown for the price. I had an Anderson Valley Summer Ale and my wife had Victory's awesome belgian trippel Golden Monkey. Others on the list included Ommegang BPA, a Dogfish, a Rogue, and maybe 2-3 others. Granted, 7-8 craft drafts out of a potential 30 lines is still relatively sad by my "Philly standard," but for Middletown it's out of this world. The prices aren't on the list, but based on our bill, I'm assuming that most of the craft drafts are $5, and the premium craft/local are $6.50...and we're talking the (short) pints here, we didn't get the tall size. As far as food goes, we ordered 6 medium wings and some fried pickle chips (slices as opposed to quartered). Both were done well...though we did only get 5 wings for some reason. To their credit, the manager noticed something was amiss right away, asked us if anything was wrong, and apologized for the missing wing. A few minutes later she returned with another plate of wings to make up for it, which we appreciated! One other note, we sat outside and were surprised that there wasn't more road noise from 211. It might have been the clear plastic sheeting that was down, but still, surprisingly quiet. So in conclusion, on a slow Sunday afternoon, this BWW did not disappoint...not sure how things are when they're super busy, but the service for us was attentive, food was good, and the beer was fresh and delicious. I know this is a chain, but I am totally obsessed with Buffalo Wild Wings! This location in particular is really great because they have a large bar that always seems to have a seat or two free! They have TVs everywhere natch with every sporting event imaginable. Their wings are amazing and always are super fresh and not greasy. My faves are the original (medium spicy) and the honey BBQ. If you are looking to supplement your diet, to get extra carrots and celery you must ask for a side order of veggie boat. I think it is only like 45 cents or something. Hair coleslaw is pretty good too. I've never eaten in the dining room because I'm such a barfly, but it always looks to be pretty crowded so check out the bar area for more seating, especially if you don't have kids with you! I must say that this one falls short of my expectations.... the wings take a long time to come out and I'm not talking about 5-7 mins I'm talking more like an 30-40 mins by that time I was already full of appetizers and didn't want the wings... and to my surprise they were Luke warm.
