This was probably one of the more unenjoyable visits to this location. The best part of the visit was the bread that they keep bringing out. We ordered the chili, Cesar salad, the pulled pork sandwich, and the full rack of ribs. The chili and Cesar salad were good and the ribs were okay, but the pulled pork was just gross. They do have lots of other foods to choose from, such as chicken sandwiches, grilled shrimp and appetizers such as fried pickles. First, we ordered 3 waters, Then i ordered the Island Cooler Drink, and my dad got a Cowboy drink. They also have a bag of peanuts and buckets on the table to eat peanuts. Was also given delicious bread! The island cooler was very good and i enjoyed it. We also started with the Cactus blossom, which hit the spot and was very good. even tasted less greasy and more flavorful than the competition out there. For entrees, My mom ordered the 8oz Sirloin M with mash potatoes and String beans, I ordered 8 Sirloin M, with loaded sweet potato and string beans, and my dad got some kind of chicken with steak fries and house salad. kudos to the restaurant in which they brought out the salad first. Food came out in a timely manner. i liked my steak, although seemed more on the Medium Well side and dry, but i enjoyed it, and added steak sauce. i enjoyed my sweet potato, although was expecting for it to be loaded with cheese, and bacon. Good idea for any server to inform the customer- it is loaded with marshmallows, or add onto the menu that loaded sweet potato is loaded with marshmallows. Enjoyed the potato too and took it home. The String beans i did not like at all, tasted very smoky and had bacon on it, and again the menu doesn't say anything about bacon. My mom didn't like her string beans either. We didn't ask for any substitutions because we were okay and somewhat full from the appetizer, plus we liked our steaks and other sides. We paid with the server because we had a gift card, then paid the balance on the machine with a credit card. Check your Takeout bag before leaving!!! Called to report a to-go order was missing honey cinnamon butter for a dozen rolls and a potato. Girl who answered apologized for the mixup and transferred me to takeout manager who kindly apologized, and said he would email voucher for rolls and butter. Daughter was disappointed I didn't feel like going back out in the rain, but was satisfied with the customer service. Shortly after getting off phone with the young man/ takeout manager a woman called who identified herself as the General Manager. She was very rude and condescending from the start saying "I heard you were missing a little butter?" She explained "we don't give vouchers out for that, but will refund the cost of the missing butter in 3-5 business days." Surprised I said "you mean the rolls and butter?" (Only $5 btw) She responded "No, just the butter." I laughed and said "ok well now I know better." We now have a big box of dry rolls and a dry sweet potato. To go with the dry steak, but I digress...you get what you pay for and it's no Luger's. Well you SHOULD get what you pay for, and we didn't. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is because they should really consider putting shrimp and rips on the menu as they have shrimp and steak or other things with steak. I had to pay a whole $6.00 extra for the shrimp when the steak and shrimp came out cheaper ? Also I paid $6.00 extra just for the shrimps to be way over seasoned. It's seafood there's no need to over season it. I couldn't even eat them all because they were so entirely salty. Even then I'm still rating a 4. The bread is fresh and amazing as always there will never be complaints there. Now on to the snake rattle bites. When reading me and my BF thought they would be like jalapeño poppers. Went here on a busy Saturday night with a wait of 35 minutes. We checked in online, and the wait was accurate. At about the 30-minute mark, we were called in. The place was packed, but the service didn't suffer. Our waitress was very pleasant, all while being busy. We've been here before, and I just wanted some finger food, so I got the ribs and chicken fingers, which were delicious, and my wife got bbq chicken and ribs, which was also very good. I have been to this restaurant tons of times. I don't often review chains as they are fairly standard and unless it goes epically bad, it's a good time. This day I have to write because I had one of the best steaks I have eaten in ages! I walked in with my family, everyone was eager to sit but I took the time to pick out a steak. These cuts of meat were pretty but it all depends on the cook if this beautiful steak wins or sucks. When I tell you it was good, this is still not doing it justice. I sat there and at one point just kept eating it and gave it a 10 minute review. The flavor was other worldly, the fat in the steak gave it a nice char, some crunch, but it was a flavor parade from start to finish. We came here tonight and it was a 25 minute wait, due to the amount of people already here. In my mind, this could be good news -- since the food will be hot and fresh. The waitress writes down our orders. When the bread comes out, it was barely warm. When my steak came out, it was in sautéed onions when I asked for mushrooms. The chili miraculously had diced red onions in it (which it didn't last time). I was only given one side, to which I then had to tell the waitress I don't have my other side. She then needed to ask me what it was again. So much for the notes you wrote down. The shrimp I had with the platter was very oily and was barely hot. The medium steak didn't taste that flavorful. The mashed/corn was lackluster. Damn near all of the meals were greasy and barely hot. Every other time I've came here, it was good or decent. I'm not sure what changed -- maybe it was just a night where all of the horrible staff worked. But this was trash. I'll be going to Texas Roadhouse again, just not this one. Came here because I had a coupon for a free appetizer. Being that it was the 1st there was a wait but we were told we could sit at the bar. The bar wasn't crowded and was pretty comfy so we decided to stay there. We both got drinks that were very good, they're not very strong but yummy nonetheless. The fried pickles were our appetizer and they were delicious. I didn't realize they had a spicy batter but I absolutely loved it. I absolutely love coming here. The staff is always a pleasure, the food is good and the drinks are banging. From the start, Texas Roadhouse's hot rolls they put of the table are to die for! Always fresh and basically perfect with their house made honey butter. For apps I would always suggest the cactus blossom. The spicy mayo that it comes with is a great accompaniment. For dinner, your in a steakhouse, go with a steak (I usually get a veggie and a salad with mine, as my sides). Now on to the drinks, go with a frozen drink! Not only do they come in a great ice cold glass the drinks are usually just good. Well balanced with a solid alcohol content, if your not driving I would even suggest a shot that comes in a beaker, in the drink, very miss congeniality! Social Distancing has brought an outdoor eating area, it's right next to the street so it's a bit busy but a great option if your nervous about eating inside. It's casual, it's relaxed and best of all, the food is great! Steaks are always cooked to perfection! I've never had a bad steak dinner here. Their prices are so reasonable and I think it's a very good value. Their servers are beyond friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you're enjoying your meal. On last nights visit, our wait time for our dinner was less than 10 minutes. The menu has something for everyone.
