Guys! My husband wanted to go to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch a football game, I was a little adversed to his request given I haven't had good food at some other BWW locations. Well, the Kaleidoscope location changed my mind completely! We sat at the bar and had a great experience. The bartender Isaiah was ON it. This man could hustle and made a fantastic margarita. My salad was delicious and my husband devoured his burger. Coming to this location to watch football was really fun and excited to come back for baseball. To the manager of this location.... Service was not pleasant. First we stood at the front about 5 minutes and no one came out to welcome our family or ask where we would like to sit. The vibe was dark and lonely inside. It was not that busy so I'm not sure what the staff was doing or where they were at. Then after about 7 minutes we were at a table. We sat and noticed a manager was standing next to a table doing the hot wing challenge. The manager Sandie was being rude to the table. Something about the rules of the challenge. Sandie had a vibe like she hates her job and hates working with people or dealing with customers. Then it was our turn to get served and at the point of ordering. My ID was not good enough for the server or the manager Sandie. I have an ID that was expired. (My wallet was recently stolen) and I explained that and mentioned that I have a valid license active. Just don't have my current license physically with me. Normally other restaurants make an exception since I do not look younger than 21. Even grocery stores give me a pass and sell me alcohol. They scan my expired license and see that my license is active and confirm my age is well over 21. The manager Sandie stated "we are not the cops, we can't scan your ID" in a condescending tone. Instead of de escalating, the manager Sandy decided to make rude comments and made the experience unbearable. As a manager myself in customer service, I couldn't believe Sandie's level of arrogance and lack of customer service skills on de escalating the situation. I probably would have stayed if Sandie's approach was more warm and less personal about the rules of her employer BWW. We left because we felt that our food would be spit on or have a negative impact on our service for the food and attention to detail. My fam will never go to this BWW again. I've been to Bdubs many times, at many locations, over the years. Generally, you can expect terrible service, a dirty dining room, and mediocre food. HOWEVER. This location pleasantly surprised us! Our server Diana was absolutely lovely - quick, thoughtful and very friendly. We sat at a table that was surprisingly clean, and our food came out relatively quickly. We live locally and often visit the location for the Tesla charging. Tonight was our third attempt to try to sit outside and thanks to the really kind manager stopping us on our way out we got to. Reprimanded by the bartender for not having our ID when we are pushing 50. I really hate an entitled staff person who doesn't realize that a quick night out can be completely overshadowed by a two-minute lecture about remembering an ID. Either serve us or don't. I came in with my friends last night to watch UFC, Buffalo Wild Wings is usually the spot we go to. Usually we deal with the sub par service but last night it was not that busy yet nobody would come to our table to ask if we needed refills on drinks, wanted to order food or anything like that. I saw 2-3 managers and a congregation of workers around them following them around the whole time. Tons of workers yet no work was getting done. Someone threw up all over the floor of the bathroom and it smelled awful the rest of the night they could have sprayed some febreeze or anything to make it not smell like puke. It feels like you're kind of on your own once you get to Buffalo Wild Wings. Managers need to learn how to manage their workers. Seeing a bunch of employees walk around aimlessly and not ask tables if they want refills on their water is not a good experience. Food was ok though. read more

When we called into the location, we mentioned that they did not include fries with all three platters and they told us that we can get fries when we choose to return at a later date since we of course were not willing to drive a long distance with children to get our order corrected. If I could give 0 stars I would. Started off with waiting 10 minutes to be greeted by someone to ask about seating - as 4 staff members walked passed us and didn't acknowledge us. Mel (hostess) then asked if we were waiting to be seated and pointed to the bar and said it was self seating. We walk over to the bar side and it is all high top seating. I am pregnant. I walked back over to Mel to then ask her if we could sit in the dining area (I knew there was 5 open tables available as I could clearly see the dining area) and she then looked over at what you can clearly see is clear 5 tables and said it'll be 5 minutes so I can clean a table off and seemed extremely annoyed that I asked to be seated on the other side.
