There were not a lot of recent reviews here so we thought we'd give them a try. Big mistake. The "boneless wings" are not the tender wing meat you're looking for. They are basically chicken nuggets. And not good ones. Ours looked like they had been made the day before. The only flavor to them, despite having Nashville Hot sauce, was when you dip them in the ranch dressing. Why pay $13 for these when even McDonald's will sell you a better tasting chicken nugget and charge half the price? Add to that paying $1 for a 1.5 oz. container of ranch?? Please! But on the the chip and dip trio. Queso was tasteless as was the guacamole and for some reason both had a ton of pico de gallo dumped on top. Maybe that's their only way of adding flavor?? Ordered for pickup, when I arrived the order had to be "released to the kitchen" so it hadn't been started yet. Portions are surprisingly smaller than expected. Even getting a fresh pickup, everything was incredibly cold, from fries to wings to tenders. Ordered dry rub, but they dont apply it so it's more do it yourself. Just all around pretty disappointing but there's other options in town. For what a slower night for BWW, I'm kinda surprised it wasn't a solid experience. read more

After numerous times eating here, I guess I should finally write a review. Let me start off by saying that most times we have been here, the service has been average. Not horrible. Not spectacular. Just average. Yesterday however, we stopped here for lunch and we received excellent service from our waiter, Terrin. He was pleasant, attentive, and made sure we were taken care of during our meal. Even though he was busy sitting people, taking orders, and busy with other things, he made sure to check on us often. Our food arrived hot and exactly as we ordered it. We were pleasantly surprised to see how much ranch dressing they brought with our appetizer and meal. We all really enjoyed the hot wings! My daughter ordered the kids cheeseburger and it was so BIG that she ended up bringing about half of it home to finish later. For a chain restaurant, I do feel their wings are pretty tasty and the excellent service made yesterday's dining experience even better. read more

My daughter, granddaughter and I came for dinner. I specifically asked if our wings could be extra crispy and the waitress said "no problem ". Her shift was over, so we got a different waiter and I asked him to please ensure the wings would be extra crispy when we placed our food order. Even commented that I dont want the skin gooey on the wings. They finally arrived with no crispness at all. Was quite disappointed. I went to BWW on a Tuesday late afternoon. The service was great, I don't recall the gal's name who served us behind the bar but she was attentive and kind. The food is the reason why the stars are docked from this review. Our chicken wings had minimal sauce; you can see a lot of bare skin. They were even cheap with the dry rub seasoning! We ordered the spicy garlic, hot, and salt and vinegar. Additionally, the gal behind the bar asked if we wanted all the fixins (blue cheese, ranch, celery and carrots). I said yes because she kind of clumped it all together... when the bill came back, I was amazed to see that they charged $1.50 for each blue cheese cup! I hate being charged for sauce without being notified that it costs a stupid price. We didn't even touch two of the blue cheese cups! Ridiculous. From now on, I must ask places who offer ranch/blue cheese if they charge for it. read more

So when my family and I noticed a BWW within walking distance of the Missoula KOA we were staying at, I was literally ready to gorge myself on small chicken parts. After a short but sweaty walk, we arrived to find out that they offered 1/2 off wings on Tuesdays, and as it so happened . . . IT WAS TUESDAY! Glory be to the chicken wing God . . . bring on the feast!!!! This was my first time to a BWW. First impressions- door and handle were filthy at the entrance. Tables were sticky. Service was decent, but the food was awful. If you like salt, noise, and crummy food, this is the place for YOU! I have never had saltier french fries or spicier / saltier wings in my life. I will not be returning to BWW. I have to start with the food and service for being a chain restaurant used to be 4 stars. But as time has gone on and the place has been upgraded and renovated it has gone downhill. Tonight I ordered wings to go and the sauce cups have been changed to a third of the size which is dumb when you don't even get enough in the first place. I also ordered fried pickles and it literally had 11 pieces in it when not even a year ago there would've been closer to 50 to 100 fried pickle slices. Honestly we're done eating here! We'll go to Old Chicago from here on out. Last week my husband and I went in for lunch. The waiter was just horrible. He acted like he didn't want to be there and very inattentive and actually just a jerk. Luckily for us when our food was served we had a really nice new server. We told our server how horrible the initial server was and she told us it was the General Managers husband and he hated working there and believe me it shows. There were very few customers in the restaurant and just about every other table was not washed down (crumbs etc.) It felt dirty and the attitudes of staff made it not the greatest experience. Fast forward to this week: We ordered pickup - as part of our order we ordered an appetizer (fried pickles) for $9.95 - they were packed in a decent sized box (what you would expect for an appetizer) - however, when we opened the box there were 8 or 9 slices of fried pickles (think of a little larger than sliced pickle's you would put on a hamburger . My daughter put it perfectly when she said this is actually less than an entire pickle. It was actually ridiculous given the size of box they were in. I was so appalled I went in and opened the box for the cashier to see and asked him (SAM) if he felt that was a normal sized appetizer for 10$. He told me that he personally did not feel it was- but Corporate only allows them to give 7.5 ounces for each appetizer and it was weighed? So I told Sam I would like a refund and he acted like he was giving me one (on my credit card) and said he'd have to enter it when he went in the back room? Why he couldn't do it then and there - I have no clue. I told him to write his name on the receipt so I would know who to contact if I didn't get the refund. Of course NO REFUND was given which is what I suspected. I guess tomorrow I'll just have to "DILL" with the manager. I would say each pickle slice is approx 1 ounce so at their stated limit of 7.5 ounces that's what you'll get 7.5 pickle slices so a little more than $1.00 per pickle slice to give you an idea as to what you're paying for....AND they serve it in a large box which adds further insult to injury because you could fit an entire meal in the box they serve it in. read more

I enjoy coming here with friends but I will warn you to stick to wings when getting food. It's the only food item in the name for a reason. It's also a very noisy environment. Although the service and atmosphere were excellent as always and the prices comparable, the sauce selections and meal portions had shrunk, the beer selection now favors big national brands over the many excellent local breweries, and the mixed drinks were watery. Drinks are usually a mess, ask how long the bartender has been there before ordering a cocktail (this is the ONLY place I'll EVER suggest that because for the price you have to pay they really just throw anyone behind the bar sometimes and I've gotten some MESSES of "drinks" that aren't even their own recipes). Usually overcrowded but since you don't have to repeatedly go to the bar for drink refills it's better than an over crowded sports bar if you want to watch a game, in my opinion. read more

I ordered lunch for our entire office (over $100 order). I ordered it online and when I went to pay for it online it only gave me a pay in store option. I called to pay for the order over the phone and stated the person picking up the food was a co-worker. Jess or Jessica stated she could not take payment over the phone and was unhelpful. When my co-worker arrived to get the food the people working there were extremely rude and just said to "put in the order again online and there will be a pay online option." As I sat on the phone with my co-worker I retyped the order on Internet Explorer, no pay online option. I retyped it into Chrome, no pay online option. I retyped it into my phone and there was still no pay online option. I even went as far as to create an account on my phone with BWW and there was still no option to pay online. The man (20s-30s, dark haired) "helping" my co-worker continued to walk away from her (even though there were only 2 other customers in the entire restaurant) as I was talking on the phone. When she did track him down the man just kept saying "there is a pay online option" as my co-worker sat in the store on the phone with me. I sent a picture of the card and ID and the worker just kept on that it had to be done online. After a complete waste of my co-workers lunch time she left all the food. We ordered Noodles Express and received wonderful customer service and we were able to seamlessly pay over the phone. After this experience my 20 co-workers and I will never eat there again. It is also worth mentioning that the quality of their food at best, is less than mediocre. read more

This hurts me to give two stars to B-dubs, my husbands favorite restaurant but after the unfortunate service that is where we end up. We are in town visiting and celebrating Father's Day a bit early here. Being my husbands favorite restaurant I ordered a large to go order way ahead of time online. He loves the boneless wings and hates bone-in wings. I ordered a bunch of his favorites. I got home and surprised my husband with the wings and some of his order (the flavor that was his favorite) were bone-in wings and not boneless. Sadly he didn't even touch them because he doesn't like them and wasn't able to enjoy them for Father's Day. I called to let them know of the mistake and the woman on the phone asked my order name and when I told her she said she actually knows of the order and when the wings got all messed up but even though she said that and knew it was their fault she still said all she could do was have us drive in to get our wings (a 40 minute drive all over again) or give us a credit for next time. I said we were too far away to come again and we don't live in state so a credit wouldn't help us. She said she could not reimburse our money for the wings (again even after admitting she knew of the wings getting messed up). Pretty unfortunate. read more

Details: Ate by myself and was able to order as soon as the waitress walked up. I asked for a sparkling bottled water, they did not have it. Asked for a Coke, they only have Pepsi. Took a club soda. The waitress was helpful and friendly. I would give her 4 stars. As for the food prep and delivery, I ordered a 15 count of wings in two sauces. There were others around me that ordered apps and entrees after I did that received all of their items before I received mine. Both of those groups had three at the table. When the wings arrived some 20 - 25 minutes later they were hot and tasty, but slow to the table. It was not a busy night by any means. I give the food prep/delivery a 1.75. What did I learn today? Kudos to my server for asking me if I wanted Pepsi instead of Coke. Every server should do this. read more
