Family of 5 went to eat dinner there. Little ants crawling on the table. We should have left at that point but hey, it happens. Service was not bad but our order was wrong. We were actually asked to put the "wrong" wings back on a platter for them to take back while we waited on the correct order. No actual count of wings on the orders. We were told they went by weight. The hand cut fries were not hand cut, they were frozen fries. Very small portion of fries for the cost. Strawberry lemonade was a special order apparently for $3.99 and of course no refills. With so many other better options out there for wings I would not waste my time going again. read more

This is hands down the WORST BWW in union and mecklenburg county, and I've been to several. I have had several bad experiences including waiting for hours for food, completely screwed up to go orders, no service at all - that's right I have sat in this restraunt for over 30 min to not have one person come to my table, all while management is standing around playing on their phones and talking. To top it off, the only thing they will give you are "coupons" as compensation for terrible service and food. I even asked for a refund, was told it would take a week to go through only to have never gotten my money back. The employees and management here (not all but 99%) are completely incompetent. If I could rate this place a zero I would. First off it was so loud you could not hear yourself think. Next the food wasn't fixed the way we requested and it tasted awful. I don't know what seasoning they use, but the burger and fries were unedible. And to top it off our server did not once bring us a refill on drinks, she was to busy talking to another table, dancing and just goofing off. $43.00 for 3 sandwiches, fries and drinks, a meal you could get at Mcdonalds a lot cheaper and it would actually be edible. Kristen is my absolute favorite waitress!! The very first day my friend and I went in we automatically became really close friends with her and are close friends till this day. She is the sweetest and friendliest waitress you could get! So if you go ask to sit in her section because she honestly cares about her guests and will give you amazing service! The Team Captain Claudia is also amazing and super friendly! She will instantly be right there to make sure that your visit is the best and will do all she possibly can to help you out! Also having a community day April 22 where 10 percent of every sale goes towards the boys and girls club. How awesome is that. Fun friendly place. I have to update my review . This place have very poor management. I went to have unch today and I wanted to seat outside so girl put me outside ...she said server is on the way . I was waiting someone to show up to take an Oder for 25mins or more but no one came so I went at the front and let the lady know and left .it wasn't her fault that server didn't show up on me .I am a very loyal client to Buffalo Wild Wings . At 4:15pm the dining room is empty and I am promptly seated. Table was dirty. Mistakes happen so no problem I moved to next table - dirty. Then I moved to 3rd table and it is sticky. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE! This place absolutely sucks! They had messed up with us before but we're ones to give second chances! But tonight literally takes the cake! We (Group of 6 and 2 toddlers) came in at 8pm. We did NOT receive our food until 9:44PM!! Within that time our drinks were only filled once, the tables who had been sat and ordered after us, got their food. We did NOT have anything difficult ordered. A burger with french fries, boneless wings tossed in parm sauce and order of french fries, another order of wings in mild sauce, order of crispy tenders with french fries, a crispy chicken wrap mild sauce on the side and french fries, and a quesadilla with french fries. When our food did come to us, it was all insanely cold. Food had looked like they had been re-heated and recooked. The patty was black. At one point someone dropped a boneless wing off their fork and it sounded like he had dropped his phone. Not only did all this occur but my food (the wrap) came out 5 minutes later. Still missing our daughters food, which showed up a while later as well. We asked to speak to the manager and informed him of the service and that we were not going to be paying. He did NOT say one word but OK and walked away. I asked for to-go boxes and never saw that waitress again, so I asked another, and yet again, NEVER SAW HER AGAIN. At this point one of the people with us, GOT UP and got boxes out of their station (that was right behind us). We were informed that on the managers shift that was there tonight (Clinton so and so) this is a normal occurrence. Oh and instead of the manager trying to fix the situation he did NOTHING. When we first arrived there was no hostess, we waited about 10 minutes, then a hostess showed up an gave us a table. Service was awful. Waited over 1 hour for our food. The food was ok once we got it, but you should never have to wait that long for food. I will not be going back. The worst part was I actually had to pay for all of this. Our waitress was neglectful, did not attend to her table, took exceedingly long time to check in on table and deliver food. The food had visibly been prepared by the cooking staff, but she was completely inattentive and not conscientious at all to her duties. The food was also cold by the time it was delivered, and it was done so by another waitress, because Celeste was absent. On top of that, she was completely inhospitable and curt with us, not giving explanation for her exceptionally unprofessional behavior and demonstrating a complete lack of responsibility for her poor service. The service here is horrible. Waited to be seated for about 10 minutes on a saturday afternoon. The restaurant was not busy and couldn't locate the hostess anywhere. Finally got seated and waited to order drinks and it took awhile. It took even longer to order our food since they seemed confused about who was suppose to wait on us. People are being a bit too tough on the reviews I believe....this location just opened up, it is going to take a month or two to get the place running smoothly, yes it's busy and loud, it's new and a novelty that locals don't have to drive to matthews anymore, no even veteran servers of bdubs aren't going to be stellar, the bar is a different layout than the other straight bars, ...u shaped bars are more difficult to tend....it will deff get better, I know our server rebecca at the bar was amazing, attentive, and organized AND THAT WAS THE 3RD NIGHT THE PLACE WAS OPEN. read more

Food was average. Got the wing combo. The boneless chicken was very tough. Even hard to cut with a knife . Service was really bad. Got seated on patio. Sat for 20 minutes . Never saw a waiter. So went and set at bar. Service better but not by much . Took forever to get second beer. And the two bartenders didn't like each other. My coworkers and I were very disappointed by the service we had here.we are all waiters are self and we have to say horrible service,our waiter came up to us we had questions for her she didn't know how to answer any of them it took over an hour to get our food.it wasn't busy at all for her to take so long she visited our table only three times when our food arrived half of it was wrong and it took forever for her to fix them and she never brought napkins to us we asked another waiter for them and that waiter just throw them at the table it seems to me that the waiters don't care about anyone unless its their table as an employee you need to worry about every customer not just yours. Also she took my brothers plate when he was in the restroom even though he wasn't done half the food was still there she never asked anyone if he was done with it.keep in mind were all waiters so we tend to understand when a waiter is busy and happens to mess up it happens but when we got our checks she didn't know how she separated them at this point we were already mad. Then I saw her go to her friends and acted like everything was alright and nothing happens knowing she messed up big time with our table.if the service continues to be this bad I will never go back. This is an ok sports bar. Lots of TV's viewable from any seat. If go there stick to chicken wings, burgers and salads are terrible. Old Lettuce and a dry processed burger. First and LAST visit last night. We were sat by a girl who acted like it was the biggest inconvenience for her to walk us to our table. Then it took 20 minutes for the waitress to come over to get the drink order, (we were on the verge of leaving) which she got wrong and had to redo. (She had walked by the table 6 times before stopping for the drink order, and was NOT serving others while passing by) When she sat the drinks down, the first time, we ordered appetizers. It took 25 minutes for the apps to come to the table, (which was just a raw veggie plate with SMALL DROP of humus), and additional 20 minutes for our burger and wings to arrive. They were NOT "too busy", as ever other table was empty, and they had several employees leaning against the walls doing nothing. We decided to try on 3/14 and had the worst experience i could ever imagine.I have never walked out on a restaurant before but this place needs new management .In fact all servers need to be retrained.They do not have a clue. We ordered pretzels as a starter. When they finally came out they were still frozen . We sent back and never got another order. TERRIBLE service. I showed up with some old buddies last week to catch up and have some wings/beers. I arrived late and ordered my food 5 MINUTES after the other three put their order in. Half an hour later they got their wings. They ate and talked and I waited patiently. The server kept saying the wings would be out in "just a minute". He told me this 4 times. After my friends finished their wings we waited another 20 minutes or so before we decided to leave. My food showed up after I paid my $8 for 2 bud lights and I sent it back to the kitchen. I didn't see the point in paying $17 for boneless wings to go. Keep in mind this was a normal Saturday night. Not superbowl sunday. Not UNC vs Duke. Just a normal Saturday when the kitchen couldn't get 15 chicken nuggets fried and tossed in hot sauce in less than 90 minutes. I will not return. read more

I have tried this restaurant MULTIPLE times and each time I have been disappointed. I have experienced everything that is stated in the other reviews. Slow or no service, incorrect orders, stressed or rude servers and all while the restaurant is practically empty! The food is not bad but it's not worth the absolute torture you go through to get it. We made our final visit a few weeks ago....against my better judgement we tried it again. It was a Wednesday night and the parking lot was pretty empty so I'm thinking the service HAS to be better right!? WRONG! We stood at the hostess stand for about 8 minutes. Never acknowledged or even looked at by anyone! That was the last time I will ever visit that location again. For real this time! My faith will never be restored. They obviously need new management.
