Ugh. I've had better chicken wings at divey bars. Every burger and wrap I've had here had sucked. Appetizers included. The nachos ARE ok. I appreciate a seasonal stout which they always carry. Everything on tap are strictly lawn mower beers. The Caribbean jerk wings are hurl worthy. read more

Extremely slow service. There was nobody behind the bar when I arrived, and it took 20 minutes for the bartender to return after I sat down at the bar. I was getting my coat on to leave when she returned and asked if I wanted something to drink. I ordered a drink and wings. Stopped in late. Service was real good. Very attentive. Jalapeño wing... Wow. Came in two weeks afterward... Full 180. The waitresses were too busy walking by my table to flirt with the guys at the table right next to mine. Walking passed my empty glasses. I asked for potatoes cheese and bacon along with wings. The potatoes showed up without bacon. I flagged her down and got a dirty look and a, "I'll her your bacon" attitude. Wings were good, beer was cold and the game was on. I like this Bdubs so much more then most. I think the service is great and the food is exactly what you expect at a bdubs. The wings could be sauced better but I've noticed that it's a company wide problem lately so I'm not hating. The sport watching is great and you don't need a NTN unit to play the trivia - if you have a smartphone buzztime has an app you can download and play right from there. Definitely a great place to hang out with friends and family and great prices. read more

The waitresses look and act snotty to you unless they are serving you in particular. For this reason I normally use the carry out. The street tacos are amazing, and so are the ultimate nachos. read more

Usually enjoy B Dubs very much, but last few times in have noticed a big change in the wings. Chicken appears dry, and the amount of sauce applied varies. Folks, the wings need always be the same. When they do change your core business is changing, not good. I know you do a good business, but this will catch up with you. read more

BWW always has the best available. The service is like any other outstanding establishment and glad to help. The wings are phenomenal and the sauces as well. Sometimes the fountain soda syrup to soda water ratio is a bit off, but that's the the only flaw I could find in this wondrous restaurant. read more

Every time I go, the food is hot and delicious.

Let's start off by saying I am a big wings guy. But here I would only get the boneless. The bone in ones are not meaty at all, and just not the best quality. But the boneless are outstanding and highly recommended! For an appetizer I would recommend the tots or the fried pickles, both great and flavorful! The food is decent but, better at other locations. This BWW is always a regret and it bums me out because it's near my house. I wish they'd take the back corner waiter strand out of the restaurant or have a manager who trains the staff not to stand there and socialize and have their customers sitting there waiting for drinks, questions, or heaven forbid a fork! I sat there waiting, and waiting, and looking at the stand, and giving other waitresses a look of *hey... I need someone...* the problem is this happens every time I come and I seldom go here because of this. Is it because they are young or under trained? Where is the manager anyhow? Today cynthia was our waitress, the place was dead, and my ticket says the time was 4:20pm but trust me we were there way longer. My husband watched our salads sit and his pepper jack steak wrap was overcooked, dry... or the waitress waited too long to bring it out. This location struggles. Doesn't matter the day or time. Food takes forever and is always either cold or wrong. School fundraisers are grossly understaffed. A drive to Woodhaven is worth the effort. read more

Absolutely awful. I watched four waitresses stand around and talk as I tried to get one of their attention. The food was something I wouldn't feed to my dog. Overall a very disappointing experience since I happen to love Buffalo Wild Wings. I suppose my love for them went out the window with this one. The best thing here was the service. I stopped in a few days ago and was inspired when I saw they had a ghost pepper sauce available. While I strongly prefer the flavor of the trinidad moruga scorpion, the smokier flavor of the ghost pepper at least shows an effort at great heat. We had an always good Chili Con Queso to share, and I split a mild boneless wing with my wife with a side of the ghost pepper sauce. I made it through a third of the sauce container, and my head was soaked in sweat. It was great. I hope BWW makes it an everyday sauce. read more

Usually awesome. I was just here and had a server named Marissa. My grandma was obviously struggling with cutting her burger and asked for a bigger knife to cut it with. Marissa laughed, walked away and never got it for her. The whole time she was in my presence I felt like I was being judged. She should not be an employee of BWW. First time ever going to BWW, was given a gift card. Waited 30 minutes for a hamburger and a kids meal. Never was given a refill of Pop. Plus my daughter did not finish her salad and was never asked if she needed a box. The waitress took our order and I did not see her until she bought the bill, then she disappeared, I took my check to the bar to pay, The food was not special. But the service and wait was way too long. the rub is there was only three other tables being use, but the wait staff was chatting to each other off to the side, even my 10 and 13 year kids were complaing why is it taking so long.... kids could tell it was too slow. read more

Messed up our order and food was just warm as if it was sitting there for a while, the food delivery person was told about the mess up and waitress never returned until the bill was delivered. So as you can imagine no refills on drinks were offer until after we were done eating our messed up order and they didn't even offer a discount or anything other than a "I'm sorry". First of all, nothing served here is actually made from scratch. I guess most people know this. I've been here several times and usually got wings, which were average. Nothing to write home about. Our last visit was the worst, prompting me to decide to never visit again. I ordered a black and bleu burger, that turned out to be disgusting. The bun was stale. The burger is supposed to have a "bayou bite." I suppose that means spicy, which it was not, in the least. There is apparently some sort of bleu cheese spread or sauce on it, again with no flavor. Real bleu cheese would have been nice. The patty is pre-formed, previously frozen, like it comes from a meat manufacturing plant. Total disappointment. A manager came around to ask how we were doing, which I find annoying. It is obviously forced and insincere, and kind of intrusive. Some people may like the attention, but I do not. I prefer my waitress to keep an eye on us and check for empty glasses that need refilling, which she didn't do, and to maybe see if we needed anything, which she did early on, when we did not need anything. If you don't want to sit in the bar area with all the hang-out crowds, your other choice is to sit in the more family-centered area with lots of ill-behaved children. Also of note, my husband wasn't sure of the all the sauces available for his wings, and when he asked the waitress she said, "mild, honey and spicy." Of course they have a whole range of sauces, and I wonder why she didn't tell him. My advice is, if you really have a taste for wings, go someplace else. Or at least, get your food to go, but realize your food will be a soggy mess once you bring it home. read more

I came here with a big group of people (25-30 people) for a cast party, they had us all at separate tables, which was fine except multiple tables were forgotten, including mine. My table (8 people were at this table) was served our drinks while other tables included in our group were being served their food. Our waitress seemed annoyed that we would bring our business here and was not friendly or understanding when some members of our table asked for ranch or another drink. Our food took forever and came out greasy and cold (my stomach was affected by that later). Then, when we get up to the register to pay (all of us were paying separate) they had to call the manager over because they apparently put us all on one bill after telling the waitress we were all separate (this caused our waitress' attitude to become even more sour than before). While we were waiting in line to pay; this man, who was walking into the kitchen from the bar where he had been drinking and was out of uniform, was staring at us girls in the group up and down and wasn't trying to hide it. As he continues to walk back in the kitchen, he gets one cook's attention and points directly at our group of girls and is talking and laughing meanwhile getting the attention of other servers/cooks back in the kitchen. They then decide to send out 2 more men who completely were checking us out in the timespan of us waiting to checkout. I feel like this description doesn't even come close to matching the amount of uncomfortableness and fear I had during this situation. I felt as though us girls were being preyed on. To top it off, in the parking lot, my friend was pulling out of her parking spot and someone jumped on the hood of her car and wouldn't get off until she had to honk her horn. This restaurant is not a safe place for anyone. I will never come here again. read more
