Waited 5 mins before someone came to ask us for drink. Ordered appetizer, came out quick. Our food was a different story. Wrap and fries took 35 mins and came out cold. My husband ordered 3 tenders and fries and when we left after waiting 45 mins, they were coming out of the oil is what we were told by I'm guessing the manager (didn't identify herself) she did ask us, if we wanted them to go and took both of our meals off the bill but that wasn't the point. I love Buffalo Wild Wings. I love the food and usually I love the service. Today, not so much. We arrived at 630pm. It took some time for the server to get us drinks. Then we ordered and now it has been almost an hour and we are waiting for an order of boneless wings and chicken tenders. Our order was not difficult nor something out of the ordinary. They ARE Buffalo wild WINGS for a reason. The server came by 15 mins ago to say "so sorry the kitchen is behind and understaffed and so sorry your food is not out yet". No manager in sight. Nobody seeming to care. Disappointed and not planning to come back to this one. You got a Chick-fil-A close by. If you want chicken you should go there. Or go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. this is beyond OK. We came on a Saturday night to watch the fight, and surprisingly, it wasn't packed at all. Multiple people came by the table to check on us, and Kahbar was one of the best waiters I've experienced in a very long time! He was extremely attentive, didn't mind communicating, and was working his behind off all with a smile! The food also came out hot and fresh and in a timely manner. The burger was excellent, sorry no pic it was so good forgot about it! The cheese sticks were great, and drinks also tasted very good. Go for beers and watching sports on the many screens. Don't go expecting good food beyond chicken wings and fries. Today we ordered a variety of meals including a grilling chicken wrap and salad. Spouse ordered a salad. The salad was smaller than anticipated for the price. The wrap came out with a Buffalo sauce that I did NOT want and made sure to NOT order. When I presented to waitress she questioned if the kitchen would remake the wrap correctly - meanwhile ever assuring she submitted it correctly. 10 minutes later correct was delivered. At checkout invoice reflected the incorrect wrap and the correct wrap - thus had to get corrected. Service was so/so overall. For example had to request other waitresses for assistance for silverware and drink refills and at end with check. For food reasons alone I don't foresee a future visit to BWW again in near term. The only complaint we had is that the individual orders were served at different times instead of all of the orders for the table coming out together. Last time we went there. It smelled like garbage in the lobby and a lot of ppl were waiting to be taken care of. Bad first impression IMO.

I feel so bad for this location! I don't know if it's the age of the staff or what but service is generally just not good! I get it, it's kind of a pub-ish atmosphere but not really, families eat here AKA children eat here! The restaurant is often dirty, trash on the floors and tables and staff just stand around chit chatting. Food is hit or miss here, too! Some visits, everything is amazing and spot on but other visits, it's just a complete wash and you really don't want to even pay for the food, let alone leave a tip. Come on, there's nothing better than beer and wings, other than waitstaff with customer service oriented attitudes! Most visits, the waitstaff aren't smiling nor are they very welcoming...this place is supposed to be hype! You're supposed to feel like you're at the big game! I totally understand why the bar seating is rarely available but on the occasion I've been lucky enough to grab a seat, I feel bad for ordering food because the bartender is typically flying solo and it's nonstop for them! There's needs to be at least two bartenders, especially on crowded nights. One visit in particular where I sat at the bar, I ordered a Virgin Bloody Mary and a beer and the manager came by and stared me up and down then blessed our the bartender because I had two drinks. The bartender was extremely busy and the last thing she needed was that crap! Kudos to her, though, as soon as the manager left she asked if I wanted another round! Corporate/In-House Management or whomever has the guts needs to grab this bull by the horns and get it under control before the Mooresville community turns its back on this location. Environment + food was on par for Buffalo Wild Wings but the service was one of the worst I've had in my life. We were "taken care of" by Jasmine. It took our party of 7 10 minutes to be greeted, 20 minutes for our drinks to come out, another 10 for our waitress to come back and take our order. Granted, when we did eventually get our food + drinks it was good and correct. Once our food was dropped off we had to search for our waitress. We gave her an exact number of boxes, lids, and bags we needed and received half of what we asked for 10 minutes later and never received the bags for our multiple boxes. We had to ask for our checks and explained we needed to get home (especially since they closed in the next 15) and she turned and talked to a different table for 10 minutes. When she finally collected our forms of payment and went to process them, the table who she had been talking to was at the station with her. Never in my life has a customer been allowed near a check out station. This made us VERY UNCOMFORTABLE as they had every opportunity to potentially steal our card information. On top of the horrible service and unprofessionalism, our group decided to play a few songs on the Touch Tune Jukebox for fun. It is $5 for 8 credits, which I bought. The app told me my song was playing but it was not on the radio. I then paid another $5, thinking it was a technical issue. When I told our waitress she responded, "Oh, yeah. The bartender unplugged the juke box so he could play his playlist". This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE as a business. I wonder how many others this has happened to. I told our server I understand it's above her and I'd like to speak to the bartender or manager about getting a reimbursement and unsurprisingly she didn't tell anyone/no one came. They played the last half of 1 out of the 3 songs I tried to play. As a group of servers ourselves, we understand being busy, having a lot of tables to take care of, back of house issues, etc. but we all agree our server was negligent. Service - The service has always been pretty great, our table never had trash or used plates on it too long, we never went thirsty, and they are always fairly quick with getting us extra sauces or sides if requested. Food - The wings here have always been awesome! I always get the boneless wings and I switch up the sauces from mild, bourbon honey mustard and teriyaki. (All are tasty). My fiancé likes the buffalo chicken wrap and the buffalo wings as well. Atmosphere - Spacious, has tons of tvs for sport games, tables and booths. Pretty clean as well.
