As of 10/13/24. Not a good score
Cheryl M.

Great service provided by our server Dee. He was personable, gave good service, checked in on us multiple times, remembered our requests and was fast. The asparagus was extremely salty. We couldn't eat it. The salmon was prepared perfectly and the shrimp was tasty. The salad was fresh and crisp with the right amount of balsamic dressing. The only thing I did not like was the health food score.

This was one of the best steaks I've ever had. It was soooo tender, moist, and flavorful. I didn't need any sauce! The chef here is A+!! I also had a delicious sweet potato and blooming onion. The mixed vegetables tasted like they were cooked hours ago and had been under a heat lamp, but everything else was phenomenal!

We love outback. Great food! The wedge salad was amazing. Kangaroo Krush was delicious

Bloomin' Onion 2/5 Quite oily, average taste, and sauce taste not good.

Overall 5/10 [won't come back again] The booth seat and the table were small, and I had to step on others' feet so many times. Everything is overpriced, and the meat mostly tastes bland and average. The service is alright. There were several waitresses that came to serve one table, making it hard to give everyone a tip.

It was my son's birthday and he requested to have his birthday dinner here. It was on Wednesday night so the restaurant wasn't busy. I did make call ahead reservations and we arrived early but didn't have to wait to be seated. It took our server a while to acknowledge we hadn't been served. When he finally made it to our table he seemed very frustrated. I asked if everything was okay and he just gave me a side eye and asked what did we want to drink. I kindly asked for water while we decided. When he returned about 10 minutes later he asked are you ready to order. I let him know we hadn't put in our drink orders but he can take it all together for time sakes. Again the side eye was given. Nevertheless, he took the order and said it would be out shortly. We ordered the new bloomin shrimp as an appetizer and it was pretty tasty. My son didn't like it but he doesn't like spicy sauce. Next time I will ask to put it on the side. When our entrees arrived I was shocked at the presentation. It just looked thrown together on the plate. The steaks were over cooked even though we asked for medium well and they were cooked well and dry. I didn't complain I kindly asked for a to-go box. Then I spoke to the waiter to inform him that it was my son's birthday and if they had cake. He gave me the side eye again and said "No, we don't have cake". I said okay then can I just buy him some type of dessert? He replied I can bring him some ice cream and chocolate syrup and walked away. By now, I'm frustrated and trying hard not to report him. He brought the ice cream and placed it in front of my son and said "Enjoy". As we were walking out of the restaurant the manager said Happy Birthday I hope you Enjoy. I said actually We didn't enjoy our food or our server. She just looked and me and said Have a Nice night. I will never return.

Filet MR very good, with grilled shrimp

I thought this was a great place! 8:25 on a Wednesday night , not crowded, sat at bar- which the bar area has high tops -cool- but sat... alone at the bar. Got greeted by the bartender and got a quick beer. Place is quiet, clean, very clean- all tables bused and ready- just "homey" for what ever reason. Ordered a filet MR and shrimp- great steak! Great meal! This is why I come to outback. If you have good management, a good chef, and pleasant servers, I usually hit more than miss! Plenty of TVs to watch the stock market crash, nicely decorated. Very happy with my experience! Highly recommend!

He keeps the energy up all night, is hilarious, and really makes the experience memorable. The regular bowlers are also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes it even more enjoyable. After bowling, we usually stick around to play a few games of pool. My only suggestion there would be to invest in better equipment. The pool cues, chalk, and triangles could definitely use an upgrade. My one major complaint is the arcade. Unfortunately, there are quite a few games that are out of order, but the bigger issue is with the ticket payouts. Tonight alone, I won 400 tickets and 15 tickets on Deal or No Deal, 15 tickets on Big Bass Wheel, and 100 tickets on Connect 4. None of those tickets were added to our card balance. On top of that, there were several games where we'd clearly win, for example 20 tickets, but when we checked the transaction history it only credited us with 2. My fiancé and son also played games that should have earned tickets, and many of those winnings were missing as well. When we asked the employee at the prize counter, she explained that management has already been made aware of the issue but it still hasn't been fixed. She also said that some games award "points" instead of tickets, even though the games themselves clearly advertise that you're playing to win tickets. The kiosk where you check your balance doesn't explain this either, so there's no way for customers to know what's actually happening. That's incredibly misleading, especially for families with children who are excited to cash in the tickets they think they've earned. Watching their excitement turn into disappointment at the prize counter because hundreds of expected tickets never appeared is frustrating and avoidable. We genuinely enjoy coming here and will continue to bowl because the Casino Bowling atmosphere is fantastic. I just hope management addresses the arcade issues, repairs the broken games, and ensures that games either award the tickets they advertise or clearly explain how the rewards actually work. It would make the overall experience match how great the bowling already is.

For example, I won 400 tickets on Deal or No Deal, but they were never added to my card. When we brought the issue to the staff's attention, nothing was done to resolve it. In addition, about half of the arcade games were broken or did not work properly, making it frustrating to play. One of the employees was also unfriendly and made me feel like I was a bother for simply asking for assistance. Overall, the bowling was fun, but the poor condition of the arcade and the lack of customer service made the experience disappointing. I hope these issues are addressed so future customers have a better experience.

I ordered the pork belly bao buns, but they missed the mark for me. Coming from NY, I'm used to bao buns being marshmallow-soft and pillowy, but these were a hard, and the pork belly itself was quite tough. Our wonderful waitress noticed I only took one bite and brought the manager over. He explained that the cut is naturally mostly fat, which I understand, but the texture just wasn't quite right because it should be tender not tough. I declined a replacement dish, and he kindly credited it on our bill, though the interaction felt a little awkward. My husband's salmon unfortunately had a very heavy mustard flavor. The spinach farrotto underneath was quite salty. Since there isn't a kids menu which is fine, my daughter ordered the burger plain, but it wasn't really a hit for her. My coconut guava Paloma was okay definitely the best part of my meal though it tasted a little artificial. The ambiance has a lot of potential, and they had live music playing. However, it was a bit too loud for the space, forcing guests to raise their voices just to speak to each other. We also noticed our table hadn't been wiped down thoroughly before we sat down. The absolute silver lining of our evening was our waitress. She was incredibly sweet, highly attentive, and took great care of us. She is truly the reason I am giving 3 stars. She mentioned that they offer a completely different menu for brunch. Because the setting is so pretty and the service was so good, we might give them another chance for brunch down the road, but we likely wouldn't return for dinner. Proof that lighting and plating can hide a lot! Captured these beautiful views last night, even though the dinner itself was a bit of a letdown.

We ended up ordering 2 fountain drinks, the spinach crab fondue, the seared scallop appetizer, farmers cobb salad, a caprese avocado panini with onion straws and a side of fries, french onion soup, and the espresso creme brulee. First and foremost, the food came out insanely fast. The seared scallops with creamed corn and pesto was fresh and delightful with a great sear. I do wish they were a bit bigger for the price, but it was a nice starter. The spinach crab fondue was so nice and hot when it came out that it was still bubbling. Strong crab flavor, a good portion size and plenty of fresh chips. The farmers Cobb salad had lots of seasoned fried chicken in it, the greens were fresh and the blue cheese dressing was nice and creamy. It even came with a fresh dinner roll. We advised the server we were going to split the panini and she was nice enough to plate them separately putting the onion straws on one and fries on the other. It wasn't so much a panini as it was just a ciabatta sandwich. The bottom bun was soggy as was the bacon but it was still very cheesy and tasty. The fries were hot and fresh and the onion straws weren't greasy and had a nice crunch. The French onion soup was hot and cheesy and was a nice portion. Could have had a bit more onion, but it hit the spot for the price. The espresso creme brulee was very very delicious. Not too sweet, had a great texture and came with a fresh strawberry, however the top could've been a bit hotter. A great way to end the meal. Overall, the meal was $99, which I think is very reasonable. Food came out quickly, tasted hot and fresh and thats exactly what you'd want on a cold day. Will definitely be back to try other menu options.
