I had an order for pickup today that was supposed to be ready at 8:31 pm. I showed up at 8:35 pm and verbally gave them the name it was under. The place was busy and the hostess seemed like she has a lot to do. I patiently waited for 10 minutes a which point I went up to ask about my order. The hostess went to check on it and said they were working on it so I assumed it would be ready soon. Another 10 minutes went by so I asked again, and again they told me that they were working on it. Another 10 minutes or so went by (at this point is was after 9pm) So I asked again. They looked in their system and could not find the order. At this point the hostess or young lady that was helping me got her manager. The manager came out with a horrible attitude, already looking upset before speaking to me. Asked to see the order on my phone. She looked at it and started saying they made the order 3 time and someone had already taken it (I was there the whole time asking about it). She then went back inside to look for it again. Came back out with my order (had the wrong name on it, must have been a glitch in the system). When she came out, she was upset with me. Gave me the worst attitude I have ever had in any buffalo wild wings. My bad review is not that i waited 45 minutes more for my food. My review is mainly a complaint with the attitude of the manager. I never raised my voice and smiled at the hostess whenever I asked for my food. I did not understand the hostile attitude towards me. My wife and I frequent here regularly. There has been a time or two we weren't totally satisfied with the meal. Mostly being the wings were not as temperature hot as normal. That being said, we can't help but love coming here for an occasional wing fest. We have always appreciated the people working here. Especially these days. Two ladies working the bar last night were awesome. It's great to see people working efficiently when it's so busy and additional help refuses to show up. Our tips always show appreciation. We've never had anything else on the menu other than wings or chips and queso, so I cannot attest to anything other than these items. Generally can't go wrong here though. read more

Waited a half hour before anyone acknowledged we were there. Then we were told there was an indefinite wait to be seated even though there weren't many people in the dining area. There were also a bunch of people sitting around talking while one poor lady ran around doing everything from cleaning tables to getting people their checks (like I said before we were there for a long time waiting). We were finally told we could go find a table in the bar area. We sat down there and waited another 10 mins before someone came and talked with us and gave us a menu. We ordered and got a salad, nachos and wings. The wings looked like they still had remnants of feathers that were plucked all the way .
